Our first spell for you today is a simple one, in this one you will practice honing you magic energy to different parts of your body and using said energy to affect the physical world. This will also make you more comfortable with using magic in public because the casting for this one is kinda silly looking.

So the first thing you're going to want to do is focus on your hand, not a wand, not a charm, your hand. Once you feel you've focused as deeply as you can on your hand you'll start to feel a movement in your arm, that's just your mana flowing to your fingertips, practice this motion long enough and you'll be able to do it without having to focus for a very long time.

Now once your mana has reached your fingertips and you feel comfortable enough to move your hand, stick your hand straight out in front of you. Next, raise it up to about 45 degrees of your body, then move it down to -45 degrees repeat that motion two more times except on your last downward movement keep your arm straight out of your body instead of going to -45 like before. Next, rear your hand back and push it forward.

This spell is supposed to make a gust of wind flow in the direction you've pushed your hand. Depending on which way you're facing you can start the wind, harshen the wind, slow the wind and stop the wind. All of these techniques can be super helpful for your day to day life, especially if you use things like kites and boomerangs.
