(y/n) POV

"So what exactly did the two of you do all day?" auntie Ruby asked, "Blake convinced me to read for fun! And if I'm being honest...it sucked, books are boring." Mama Yang said, "BOOK STUPID!" I shouted as I threw my book at Mama, "Four years of trying to instill a love for reading in my son, all gone in a matter of moments." Mama said as she glared at Mama Yang, "Sweetie there aren't even words it's just pictures!" She said, "BOOK STUPID!" I said happily, "I've got this. (y/n) read now." Mama Yang said, "Ok!" I said happily as I picked up my book and sat down, "I hate you." Mama said as she glared at Mama Yang, "I love you too." Mama Yang said as she kissed Mama's cheek.

Blake POV

"Goodnight honey," I said as I kissed (y/n)'s forehead, "Mama and Yang are going out on a date so be a good boy for auntie Weiss and auntie Ruby while we're gone alright?" I said as I tucked him in, "Ok." He said sleepily, "Can Mama have a goodnight kiss before I go?" I asked as he gave me a quick little kiss, "Goodnight kitten, I love you." I said before I left and shut the light off.

Yang POV

"Hey is he still up? I was hoping to say goodnight before we left." I said as Blake walked downstairs in her new dress.

 "No sorry, he just went down. Maybe he'll wake up if you go see him?" She said as she tossed me my shoe so I could finish getting dressed.

"You know I love (y/n) but It's gonna be nice to have a night to ourselves for once." I said as we left.

Ruby POV

I was sitting around watching tv when I heard a knock at the front door, "Really, did you two lock yourselves out again." I said as I opened the door, "Sup red." Aaron said, "A...Aaron w...what are you doing here? It's late." I said, "I just couldn't stop thinking about you. So what do you say will you go out with me?" He asked, "I'd love to." I said, "Great then let's go." He said, "Wait right now? I can't I have to babysit my teammate's son." I said, "Oh well then what if we stayed here and watched a movie, maybe order a pizza, and depending on how the night goes, get into some trouble." He said as we walked inside.

"Heres the drinks. I'm gonna go get the snacks, hope you like cookies!" I said as I ran to the kitchen and grabbed the snacks before coming back, "That was fast." Aaron said, "Well I like fast." I said as I took a drink.

Aaron POV

It's been almost an hour since Ruby and I started the movie, "H...Hey, Aaron I...I don't feel so..." Ruby said as she passed out, "Sorry about that red, but I have bigger plans to get to." I said as I walked upstairs towards (y/n)'s room.

"Sorry about this kid, nothing personal." I said as I clenched my fist and activated my gauntlet.

I was about to fire when I heard a small bell ring from out in the hall, suddenly everything got colder and I began to see my breath, "I'll say this once. Step away from the baby." A woman said from behind me, but when I turned around to face her all I could see was her mask.

"Who are you?!" I said, "I'm his family!" She said as she drew her sword and rushed at me.

I quickly activated my second gauntlet and blocked, "I saw what you did to that poor girl downstairs! People like you make me sick!" She said angrily as Ice began to form on my arms, Well now I think this my cue to leave!" I said as I shot my gauntlets forcing her to jump back allowing me to jump out the window and escape.

Blake POV

"Tonight was amazing Yang. Thank you." I said as I kissed her, suddenly there was a gunshot, "(Y/N)!" I shouted as I sprinted inside and up to (y/n)'s room, "WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?! I HEARD SHOOTING!" I said frantically, "MAMA!" (y/n) cried, I pushed my way past a woman and ran over to (y/n), "It's ok honey Mama's got you." I said as he clung to me and cried, "It's good to see you again...Blakey." the woman said as I turned around, "Aunt Kuroka?" I said, "I heard about what happened in Atlas and I decided to come and visit my old friend. So imagine my surprise when I saw some boy drug Ruby and try to kill poor, sweet, defenseless (y/n). I had to step in." She said, "Thank you. Thank you so much." I said as I broke down into tears still holding (y/n), suddenly she hugged us both, "It's alright I'm here and I promise I won't let anything happen." She said as she comforted me.
