Black lives matter (BLM) is a movement, organization, and commonly used hashtag to gain support for black lives. BLM was made in 2013 when Trayvon Martin was murdered. This organization is trying to eradicate white supremacy that is still running rampant today. They fight against violence that affects black lives. This movement is to overall empower and support black lives everywhere.
