Weapons, Got a Billy club that can be used as a Grappling hook or Close quarter Combat, also added some Electric Batons to stun your enemies.

Benny: (Looks at the suit) This will do fine. As long as Luan and the Rest of the Louds are safe from Vicious. (Closes Package)

The scene cuts to the part at night where Benny on the rooftop wearing the Costume, all his weapons and Gadgets equipped and at the moment not wearing the helmet. (You'll barley see the suit) Then he hears the Police Sirens then Vanishes into the night.

Meanwhile at an Abandoned Wearhouse a Mysterious Criminal who is now Fully equipped with Ammo clips with an AR-15 With 30 round Semi Miniguns. This man has Extremely pale skin, Tons of scars around his body and wears Leather Pants, Bullet proof vest and a Light Black Jacket. Along with him are tons of his goons and thugs. This leader is Vicious price.

Vicious: Alright All of you Let's go Have some fun. I want Y'all to Loot, Gamble, I want you all to steal. I want all of you to create Chaos Like what we did in New york City!!!

All the Goons and thugs are Cheering and they all split to different teams to Secretly Terrorize Royal Woods. Little did anyone even knew that there's a speedster superhero that also defends Royal Woods.
