Kyber shards. (Kybers don't die unless their entire gem is destroyed so shattering a kyber or shaving some bits off of it will create slightly smaller less powerful versions of the original each with a minor difference in personality with said personality being derived from the original. They all can self destruct with one kyber capable of leveling a small state instant while an entire battalion can destroy a planet. Kyber shards are basically suicide bombers as well as cannon foder.
