Today was the day that rias was to face off against riser to free her from her marriage.

The rating game was being broadcast from the student council office. So me ophis and Tiamat decided to see how our hard work paid off.

Once arriving we were greeted by sona her pregame and grayfia.

The three of us took her seat and waited to watch the rating game.

After some time the games came on rias team was in the ORC and riser was in the student council office.

After two teams got settled.

They started to discuss their strategies.

After a long discussions of multiple different plans they decided on one thing.

Rias and her pregame decided that taking the gymnasium would be the best course of action.

Because it was in the center of the map so whoever controlled that would be at a higher advantage.

She also wanted kiba to set up traps in the woods in order to not have a chance of the enemies attacking their weak spot.

She sent koneko and Issei to take over the gym. wow kiba defend they're based any Intruders in the woods.

The duo of koneko and Issei once they enter to the gym. Was confronted by 4 females. They were risers pregame. 1 Rook and 3 pawns.

So koneko and Issei did battle with them koneko taking the rook and Issei taking the pawns.

Issei used to kind of technique called dress break what it does is in the name. He destroyed there cloths.

I was Furious after this game I was going to beat him to a bloody pulp. If he doesn't get beaten into a bloody pulp beforehand.

Tiamat looked disgusted and so did I but something didn't seem right. Were did he learn that? His use of magic what I heard from ophis was around nothing. I guess I was more mystery I had to solve.

The fight ended with koneko beating the Rook then helping Issei deal with the week Pawns.

When they ran outside lightning struck the gymnasium blowing it up in to hell.

They looked up to see akeno flying in the skys with a sadistic smile. Retiring the one rook and four Pawns.

Well this was happening 3 of risers pregame we're sneaking in through the woods. Destroying the traps that they set up. Insulting them as they did their arrogance we're going to cost them and I already knew it.

They thought they saw rias
home base. And they ran to it only to find out it was an illusion.

Did those fools seriously think it would be that easy? Man their arrogance would definitely going to cost them at this point.

They looked shocked and started to look around only for. Them to turn around after hearing kiba's voice.

They realize they just fell into a trap. And now they were trapped with Kiba I now he definitely improved after his training so he should make quick work of them.

One of them says some arrogant ass s*** like you think you can take on the three of us at once. Seriously have they never heard the phrase of never underestimate your opponent.

To which kiba except their Challenge and gets into fighting stance.

The screen then cuts to koneko and Issei talking about Kiba.

The fools do related there in a battlefield right? They could be attacked at any moment.

After some conversations and a threat to only be hit by koneko the start to go to their next objective.

Only for koneko to be caught in a massive explosion and issei being thrown backwards due to the Shockwave.

Getting up issei see koneko injured very badly.

There floating in the sky was risers Queen the bomb Queen.

Ya issei was fucked there was no way that he was going to win fighting her.

Grayfia announced that koneko was retired. And that put the whole team at risk of losing even losing one of their members was bad enough for them to lose.

After Issei tells risers queen that he is going to get revenge for koneko it was akeno. Who appears between the two clearly this was boil down to a queen versus a queen.

Whoever won this fight decided the winner of the game.

Because without akeno there is no way that any of rias pregame especially not issei could. Beat Ryder's whole pregame.

With a bold statement by akeno she sends Issei to help assist the other.

With both queens powering up ready to face each other.

Then grayfia announces that three more of risers pawns have been retired. Probably due to the work of Kiba.

Which my suspicions were proven correct.

Sona and her queen Tsubaki Shinra commented that riser had more pieces. Which put rias at a disadvantage but they were both blind.

Me: you're both blind.

That caught the attention of both of them who did narrow their eyes at me.

Sona: and how are we?

Me: because it doesn't matter how many pieces Riser has what this boils down to. Is witch Queen survives there fight.

Tsubaki: please explain.

Me: well look at it like this. Rias is not as strong as riser. So the only people she still has left is her most powerful peace her Queen. Then you have the useless Pawn. Who can't do anything yes he improve his magic somewhat. Then kiba a knight while powerful is nowhere near as powerful as risers Queen. And her Bishop which isn't even a fighter she's a support.

"So whichever Queen wins this wins the match it is all could have been rectified. If issei trained harder wait a minute."

I stopped talking because I realized something.

It hit me how was his better with his magic and why wasn't rias strategy better.

And then there were those time were issei and rias was missing from training. You've got to be kidding me!

Rias once again baby her Red Dragon Emperor!! Instead of focusing on her training and come up with a better strategy she helps him create his perverted technique.

Okay now she deserves to lose at this point really. What do I even say she lost this battle. She was too arrogant in her own abilities and undermining her opponent.

Sona and Tsubaki looked at me like I just saw a ghost they're wondering where I was thinking about.

Sona: care to explain what you just realized.

I started to lightly chuckle and they turn into full-blown laughter. The two moved away from a slightly. And by guessing the look on my two mates they figured it out as well.

Me+Tiamat+ophis: they've already lost.

Sona: what do you mean by that.

Me: think about it when we started the training issei could barely do anything. He could do nothing with magic and could do almost nothing with physical. Now think back to the game he was able to use magic. even though it was a technique which was perverted he still use Magic. And then there were times where issei what's missing from training.

I then continued.

Then rias started to miss out on her training as well and she would always be with Issei. She claimed that she was showing him how to do things and I buy it. But now it all makes sense now. She neglected her training and her strategy studying to help her precious Red Dragon Emperor. Make that technique. She was so confident and arrogant in her own abilities under minded her opponent.

The two put it all togethed now and were shocked they couldn't even try and state a defense it was the truth.

Tiamat: The Arrogant redhead and the perverted Dragon Emperor are both embarrassments. And they deserve to lose this game. Having to put the responsibility on to the other four members of their team because they were too incompetent they deserve to lose.

Sona and Tsubaki could do nothing but agree after hearing the evidence.

Back to the screen we find out that akeno was beaten by risers Queen because she you something called a phoenix tear.

Which apparently can heal any wounds so risers Queen who should have been beaten. Used one and replenish her strength in being a weekend akeno.

Apparently you could have two of them in the game what's a complete b******* and unfair in my view.

So with rias back push up against the wall decide to do challenge Riser directly.

She practically threw the game right there when she charged into their base and fought him.

They were on the roof of the student council building rias was being destroyed by riser.

But luckily kiba and Issei able to get there to assist her but also risers Queen returned.

Kiba and issei we're able to beat riser's queen but kiba got retired.

Now there's no way of winning for them.

Issei tryed to assist rias with fighting riser but was way to weak. And then riser attacked asia retiring her. Now what's a useless Dragon Emperor and a failure of a leader. There chances of winning right now zero.

But issei still kept fighting saying that he would defend his king at all cost.

After brutal pummeling and near death Issei in the ground was about to be killed by riser if rias didn't surrender the match right there.

And honestly I was just disappointed not in koneko akeno kiba or asia but in rias and Issei.

Issei for neglecting his training and being so goddamn damn weak which he basically Doom the entire team.

Then rias she was even worse she neglected her strategies and her training. Because she thought she could be Riser. Who had more experience. And more members which were more powerful than 2-6 if her team.

I'm was honestly ashamed of those two and I will probably never help them again. Koneko akeno kiba and Asia we're fine with me but the other two I'm never helping them.

The three of us just left after. Grayfia called the match and sona and her Queen could see the looks of disappointment on our faces. And they couldn't argue otherwise.

There you go so yeah sorry for uploading so late I had other stuff that I was doing but at least a delayed chapter is better than no chapter.

So yeah and even in the show and the manga Rias loses and in this I gave them a reason why they lost well a bigger reason why this will help develop their character later on in the story.
