"I think he's mad..." Mirae sort of laughs, twisting her phone so you get a view of his new Instagram post. The post which you've seen, liked, and left a little heart comment on. She's laughing but you don't think it's that funny.

A little part of you hopes he forgot your face already or he didn't think much of it. The caption clearly says otherwise. It's been 2 days since the encounter, and it still plagues your mind that you managed to piss him off.

Why's he thinking of it anyway?

You prop your elbow on the counter, suddenly ticked off that he can't let a little tongue slip go.

"I clearly apologised and explained I didn't mean it to come off that way. He's more sensitive than I thought," You huff, then passive-aggressively wipe off Mirae's coffee spill.

"You shouldn't be drinking on the job," You frown at her, feeling annoyance prick your whole body. Mirae holds her hand up in defence with a little nose scrunch that makes her glasses slide down her nose.

"We won't get customers for the rest of the day anyway," she says nonchalantly, moving to another spot on the counter with her coffee and turning back to her phone.

"Well, that's such an optimistic thing to say."

"What? It's true! Someone reserved the whole place from 5 till 7pm" she looks up for a split second to check the wall clock. You do the same. It's  already 3 minutes past 6.

"Why aren't they here yet?" You ask in annoyance.

"They're... here," Mirae's fixated on the door, eyes wide and lips slightly parted. When you turn, you see why.

Jungkook strolls in casually with a furry coat hanging over his shoulders, fingers intertwined with a dark skinned girl.

"Oh, he's petty,"
