Joker and Beast were always together, not because Joker wanted to but because Beast did. She'd link her arms with his and he would give her a small smile, that wasn't exactly real and he'd pray for her to leave so he could go see you, and when she did he would run over to your tent without anyone knowing. You were good with sharp objects at the circus, you were even better than Dagger. You got the name, Harley for the fact that you were Joker's 'sidekick' even though you hated it because of all the jokes you received.

Someone told me stay away from things that aren't yours
But was he yours, if he wanted me so bad?

Beast noticed that you and Joker had become close and she hated it, because she knew she couldn't hold a candle up to you. She told you to stay away from what was her, but you gave her a little laugh and said 'If he was really yours, why is he wanting me.' before walking away, a smirk on your face.

Pacify her

"She drives me insane. You've got to shut her up." That was one of the things you'd say when you'd reach you tent, knowing that Joker would be there. "You have to stop telling her you love her, it's all just lies." Beast wouldn't give up, she'd bug you until you stopped seeing Joker but you weren't a quitter.

Every time you  walked past the two, Joker would sigh and give you a look. He'd shut Beast up a few times by kissing her but it was never the same way he'd kiss you. And you knew he'd never touch her like he did you because he loved you, and he could never love her.

And day after day Beast would give you more threats and you'd just smile at her and walk away. Because she thought you had something that was hers, when he was never hers at all. You had him all along and that was something she couldn't handle, because she needed him the way he needed you.

And the day you had been waiting for finally arrived. You were getting ready for anything day performing, when Beast ran out of her tent crying and ran into yours, mumbling words you didn't understand due to her state. 'He's yours' she screamed as she ran out and a smile formed on your lips, and you sprinted out of your tent and straight to Jokers but he wasn't there. You were about to look for him when you got called to perform, knowing he would be there.
At the end of the performance you both bowed and you started to walk off, but Joker grabbed your arm and pulled you back, kissing you before picking you up and running off stage.
