They wake up and go to breakfast starving since they missed out on breakfast, and Hermione catches up with them, "where were you two?" Hermione asks. 

Harry tells her what happened yesterday. 

"Thank Merlin you guys are okay. Though I agree that was a pretty stupid move."

"At least no muggles saw us." Ron mumbles.

Harry sighs. "Maybe." They take their seats and Ginny sits next to Harry. "Good morning, Ginny. I see you got into Gryffindor."

Ginny nods blushing a little. 

Harry looks at Severus to see Lockheart is pestering him. He laughs a little enjoying how annoyed the demon looks. 

McGonigal hands out their list for classes and Harry groans seeing they have defense first. Ron seems to agree with him. 

They take their seats and Lockheart comes down from his office, "Hello class-" Harry stops paying attention already bored of him. Then half asses a test that is all about Lockheart. 

At the end of the day Harry is then forced to spend more time with Lockheart, signing autographs for him. Hes not listening to whatever the man is saying just wanting to get the time over with. 

"Kill."  A voice says from somewhere nearby.

Harry looks around confused.

"Are you okay Harry?" Lockheart says noticing something other than him for once.

"Just. Thought I heard something." Harry mumbles. 

"Look at the time, well it really does fly when you are having fun." Lockheart laughs to himself.

Harry leaves at Lockheart's dismissal. He sighs and Hermione and Ron run up to him, "You got done late." 

"Fresh meat, rip! tear! kill!" Harry turns in the direction the voice is going and tries to listen to the wall.

"Are you ok? Did Lockheart make you go mad?" Severus asks walking up but stopping hearing a snake in the walls.

"It's going to kill!" Harry yells running after the noise. 

The three of them follow Harry confused. "What are you talking about?" Severus asks wondering if Harry was able to understand the snake. 

They round a corner and see Miss Noris tried to a lamp seemingly frozen in fear, on the wall is "The Chamber Of Secrets Is Open Enemy Of The Heirs Beware" written in what looks like, and if you ask Severus, is blood.

Suddenly dinner lets out and everyone of course needs to go by where the four of them are standing.

Filch pushes his way through with Mcgonigal, Lockheart, and Dumbledore behind.

Filch lets out a cry of horror. "Miss Noris! You killed her!"

"Shes not dead." Severus says poking the cat. "Paralyzed. And I can assure you, he doesn't have the knowledge to know how to do this."

"Of course, you'd vouch for the brat! He didn't show up to dinner! You say that's a coincidence!" 

"He was with me the whole time for his detention." Lockheart says, "Sighing autographs we had a lovely time." he says placing a hand on his shoulder witch Harry brushes off in disgust.

"Don't touch me." Harry mumbles stepping closer to Severus. 

Lockheart frowns a little and Drumbore steps up to the cat to get a inspection as well. "Severus seems to be right, the cat is paralyzed, don't worry Mr. Filch, we will fix this and get to the bottom of who done this. Off to bed all of you.

Mr. Filch cries a little as he gets Ms. Noris and takes her to the hospital wing, Severus gently guides Harry to his chambers so that way he can get Harry dinner since he missed dinner. 

"Severus, I want you to find out everything you can about The Chamber of Secrets. Dumbledore and McGonigal didn't seem to like that being brought up." Harry says as Severus gives him dinner. 

"Of course young master." 

Harry eats a few bites. "Did you hear it? That voice?"

"No. I did not."

Harry frowns, he must not be going crazy.  It did lead to something. "Do you have any idea what happened?"

Severus shakes his head. "No my lord. I know as much as you."

Harry sighs and finishes eating. "Well thank you Severus... Can you walk with me back to the common room?"

Severus nods and opens the door for Harry and follows him to he common room. "Goodnight my lord."

Harry nods and goes to Ron and Hermione who are waiting for him. "Are you okay?" Hermoine asks.

"Yeah, Severus just gave me dinner and I told him to find out what the chamber of secrets is." Harry explains. 

Ron looks at Hermione then Harry, "You said you heard a voice?"

"I did. In the walls." Harry looks down. "Maybe I have the power of a voice that will tell me if something bad is happening?"

"I don't think so. besides, you didn't have one last year." Hermione says rolling her eyes.

"Of course." Harry mumbles rolling his eyes. He stands up, "well I'm going to head to sleep, goodnight." 

Ron follows Harry as Hermione goes to the girls dorms.

"Harry are you okay?" Ron asks.

Harry nods as they go about there normally nightly routine.

Severus goes to the library to try to find anything about the Chamber of Secrets, when he finds something there, he sneaks out to see if he can get into the ministry, the answer is yes, and find something there.
