Cynthia's POV

It was early in the morning I looked at the clock and realized that it was late morning

"Luke! Luke! Where are you dammit?!" I yelled angrily because he usually wakes me up

Luke barged in through the doors

"My lady what is it? And if I may stop cursing a lady should never curse" he said rather irritated

"We're going to ciel's mansion today so you have to get everything ready"

"My lady are you sure you want to go to phantomhive manor?" Luke asked uneasy

"Is everything alright Luke? you've never been uneasy before especially when I decide to go somewhere" I worried

He bowed "everything is fine my lady please don't mind my tension it's just that I wanted to make sure you were completely determined to go to phantomhive manor"

"Well, I told you ciel is like family I am going to see him and that's final"

"Of course my lady I shall have the Lana and Donna change you"[A/N the maids are sisters and humans so that's why their names rhyme]

Luke left the room and no later Lana and Donna came to change me into my casual clothes

"My lady would look so adorable in blue" Lana suggested holding up a blue dress

"No sis my lady would look so adorable in white" Donna said holding up a white dress

"No sis you're wrong she looks better in blue" Lana spat

"No sis you. are. wrong. she looks better in white" Donna spat

I rolled my eyes as both sisters bickered

"White!!"

"Blue!!"

"White!!"

"Blue!!"

I sighed in annoyance suddenly I heard a thud my eyes widened

Lana tackled Donna

Both sisters had started a silly cat fight over which dress I should wear this evening

"Luke!!!" I yelled in panic

Luke quickly came into the room

"What's going on here?!"

Luke looked at Lana and Donna fighting and he quickly separated them, both sisters were left sitting on the floor with their hands crossed over their chests

"Now what's going on?"

"I highly think our mistress would look her best in blue don't you think?" Lana stated

"No, she wouldn't Luke don't you think the mistress would look her best in white?" Donna stated

Luke sighed and picked them both holding one of them in each arm against his body

He looked at them and both sisters blushed furiously

"Though I think blue and white are such beautiful colors for our mistress to wear, I think our mistress would look her best in heated passionate red don't you both agree?" Luke asked in his lovingly sweet voice which secretly made me gag every time I heard him use that voice, he stared at the sisters with his piercing blue eyes

"Yes, Luke"

"Now will both of you dress the mistress in red?" Luke asked

The sister's literally melted at the sound of his voice

"Yes sir"

He let both sisters go from his grip and pushed them towards me

He sighed "Now do as I ask"

Luke gave me a smile and I returned it with a glare

'Damn demon' I thought

Lana and Donna both searched in the closet and picked out a red dress according to Luke's orders

I headed for the dining room to eat breakfast

Emily soon came with a plate of food she placed it in front of me and I started eating

Luke soon came into the dining room

"My lady the carriage is ready we will go to the port and we should be arriving at London by tonight"

"Very well let's go then"

I left the dining room with Luke as he escorted me to the carriage

Emily's POV [note when it's Emily's pov Luke is referred as Luze]

I picked up the leftover plates that my lady left on the dining table, I placed them on the cart and brought it to the kitchen for the sisters to clean

"Lana, Donna, the young mistress Luke and I will be heading over to London to visit the phantomhive's we don't know when we will be back so we entrust you with the errands of the manor if anyone comes please send a letter to my lady in London do you understand" I explained

"Yes miss Emily!"

Luze soon entered the kitchen

"Emily come we're leaving" he said

Luze stepped in front of the sisters he looked at them with a serious face

"You two...you know what to do"

They nodded

"Well then, I'll leave the mansion in your hands" he said

Luze and I walked down the hallway

"Luze what are you going to do when we arrive to phantomhive manor? You'll have to face Sebastian Michaelis the person who caused Marie so much pain and suffering" I asked in a whisper

Luke stopped dead in his tracks and grabbed my shoulders rather roughly

"You will not speak about her in front of me or while we are in phantomhive manor, one little slip up Taurus and I will end your life!! Do you understand?! just one mistake it's all that'll take to make Sebastian suspect something and especially if my past is shown in his head there will be more trouble than needed Taurus do you understand how high the stakes are?!" He shouted

I trembled in fear I've never seen him so angry before surely he's lost his temper once or twice but never this far"Y-Yes!"

He sighed and let my shoulders go "I'm sorry for losing my composure, lets go our mistress is waiting"

I fixed myself and walked behind him we exited the Mansion and entered the carriage

"What took you both so long?" The mistress asked

"Just explaining to the maids how to take care of the mansion while we are gone my young mistress" Luke said

"Oh Luke there's another reason why I'm going to Britain one of my families laboratory has been under investigation of a recent incident that happened over 6months ago the laboratory exploded and many were killed however according to witnesses and police reports the laboratory was attacked and the scientists and assistants were killed quite gruesomely no reports of any kind exposure of toxic waste, but reports say that the explosion was caused by a chemical reaction that ended in poisonous gas being released into the air killing several of the scientist on duty that night also one of my fathers rivals the founder of the Chesire pharmaceutic company Matthew Chesire was found dead a few weeks later after his return from America he was found in his laboratory at home dead since stein laboratory belongs to my family who was involved In the medical field it's my responsibility as head to investigate and give a report of the happening" my mistress said

I looked at Luke his face was stoic and blank as if he had nothing to do with it or as if he didn't care

However even though he was trying to remain calm I knew he was uneasy he had something to with it

My eyes widened realization coming into me he did it! He attacked the laboratory!!

'Luze whatever mess you got into 6months ago you better have a plan on getting out of it you're such an idiot how could you not clean up your tracks after what you did?! Leaving all the work to me, you ungrateful demon damn you!!' I scolded him mentally

'I messed up with my last contract left some few tracks behind I was going to clean up after I had eaten my masters soul' he responded flatly.

'Shut up! Now I have to cover your tracks, erase the memories of the survivors, and make sure to tidy up everything' I mentally yelled

Luze sighed 'do what you want'

I'm so furious at him how could he be so irresponsible?!

The carriage stopped meaning we arrived at the harbor

Luze helped the young mistress down and then he helped me we boarded the ship

We arrived at our room Luze changed the mistress into her bed clothes it seems it would take longer to get to London this time so according to the captain we would be arriving in the morning  "Apologies my young mistress you'll have to share your suite with us for the trip" Luze said

"I don't care really" she responded

"Me and Emily will stay in the opposite room my lady if you need us please call" Luze said

She nodded and went to bed

Me and Luze went to the other room I started changing clothes for bed

"What are you doing? You're a demon you don't need to sleep" Luze stated

"Yes, I know but I like the feeling of being deep in a slumber unmoving I don't get bored I can start thinking about what to do when we get London" I responded

"Taurus did you bed someone this evening?" He asked

"Huh? No why?"

"You're a succubus you live off sex if you don't bed a man monthly you'll get weak or stressed" he explained

"I know, but I had to attend to the young mistress so I couldn't find anyone" I stated

"Well today's your chance there's a lot of men on this ship who dream of intimacy humans are really lustful creatures" he said smirking

I pouted "Do you really want me to bed a man Luze?"

He sat next to me placed my head on his shoulders "I just don't want you to die that's all...it'll be troublesome if you die and I no longer have your protection to help me"

"Fine if that's what you want I'll do that right now!!" I snapped angrily

I stood up and left the room

Luke's POV

I saw how Taurus left the room angrily I sighed and grabbed a cigarette I got out of my jacket pocket

I went to the balcony of the room and lit it up with my powers

The puff of smoke left my lips as a demon smoking doesn't really affect it's more like a bad habit that Taurus hates

As a high ranking demon it doesn't really affect me smoking or drinking it's just for "fun"

I looked at the ocean I saw the waves ripple and crash against each other

"Going back to London eh?" I muttered

Flashback

"Ugh"

I had fought against the reaper and lost he took Catherine's heart from me

"Hehehehe seems you've lost demon" undertaker laughed

"Dammit you don't understand you can't bring her back even if you wanted to it was her last life" I strained

"Heheh that's where you are wrong certain supernatural beings can still remain alive with the right special tools however" he said

"I'll make a deal with you demon since you care so much for this cheshire cats heart"

"I'm listening" I said holding my shoulder

"I need this heart for some research of mine if I told you I found a way to bring the dead back to life would you believe me?" He asked

"The dead should stay dead you have no authority to say who should stay dead and who should be resurrected" I said

"A fine thought, but what if I told you I could bring back your beloved Cheshire Cat back from her world?"

"That's impossible the portals to that world have been sealed of for centuries it's impossible to open them"

"True but if you have the proper tools you can open them temporarily it should give you enough time to get her out of her world" undertaker tried to convince

"It's impossible she is forever shackled to that world as long as there is no other Cheshire Cat she'll be stuck there forever" I stated

"That's why I need your help in creating a replica of a Cheshire Cat" he said

"Replica?!you plan to create more of them? You're insane!!" I shouted

"Insanity is in all of us doesn't matter what race or species you are however, my insanity is just pure curiousity I know you have what it takes to create a Cheshire Cat so do we have a deal?"

I thought about it

'Make a fake Cheshire Cat will it even work even if I can ope the portals and replace them before it closes...Do I really want to bring her back? Even if it's just a selfish am I not allowed to be happy?! And when I was that bastard took her away from me I'll take her away so far away he'll never be able to get her back just me and her together again"

I clenched my fist and looked at undertaker

"Deal I'll need a suitable body to work with" I said

"That I can arrange this is farewell demon" he said turning around about to walk away

"Wait!!"

"Where will you keep her heart? It cannot survive on its own it needs to be kept safe and away from humans"

"I have a suitable place for the heart to survive it's called Pandora's box"

"That's impossible I though the box was hidden away" I assumed

"Yes I know however it's guardian is me and I'm allowed to do anything with it the box's power is enough to keep her heart beating and alive long enough for me to continue my research" he stated

"You better go or you'll die from your injuries" undertaker said

"I won't die from something like this I have business to attend to farewell" I said

I soon disappeared

Flashback over(present time)

Luke's POV

"Marie we can be together again just stay strong for a little while." I quietly said

I relaxed for the remainder of the trip I chose not to sleep, demons don't need sleep but some like to I was one of those who did like to sleep even if it was for a an hour or two

Taurus entered the room and went to shower

I sighed I was well aware of her feelings towards me however she knows I won't return them having a demoness fall in love with me is troublesome most demoness are I can't help being so attractive

She exited the bathroom and and went to sleep

I smiled internally but even though she's in love with me she's still useful to me

Time skip next day

Emily's POV

In the end I couldn't bed anyone yesterday I just can't bring to sleep with anyone other than Luze I used to bed men with such ease before I met him but now it's different its irritates me greatly when he's disappointed in me maybe it's because I have such high standards for men now it's impossible for any human to reach

The ship came to a stop meaning that we arrived in London when I woke up Luze was already in the lady's chamber getting her ready for phantomhive manor

We all got off the ship and got inside a carriage it went to phantomhive manor

The ride was quiet although my lady was a bit uneasy to when Luze asked it was because she was so excited to see earl phantomhive again she was shaking with happiness

The carriage stopped and Luze helped my lady out then me

Earl phantomhive was there along with his butler

'This scent I know it, it's a demons scent this child is contracted to a demon'

I looked at Luze he knew it as well demons barely get along with each other and heavens they do not become friends

Plus both these demons have one thing in common both were in love with the same girl I know of Sebastian's condition and if Marie were to react to Luze then there would be bloodshed however I don't know how Luze will avoid this

"Ciel it's been so long I'm so happy to see you again after all these years" my lady said

"I'm happy to see you as well Cynthia there's a ball tonight in your honor I will make sure Sebastian offers you our family's hospitality" he said

"Hello my lady my name is Sebastian michaelis in the butler to the phantomhive family it's a pleasure to meet you"

"Nice to meet you Sebastian" my lady smiled

"Hello my name is Luke Lancelin I'm butler to the chandler family it's an honor to meet you lord phantomhive" Luke introduced

It was my turn to introduce myself "Hello my lord my name is Emily I am the chandlers family's head maid it's an honor to meet you" I bowed

Lord phantomhive smiled "We should all head inside Sebastian prepare us some tea we'll be in the drawing room"

"Certainly my lord do please come in" he said

"Luke, go with Sebastian and help Kay?"

Luke hesitated but bowed "Yes, my lady"

Soon both demon butlers were out of sight

I had a bad feeling about it I asked my lady permission to go with them to maintain the peace

"I should go with them my lady" I suggested

My lady nodded"Okay then you may go with Luke Emily"

I bowed and quickly made my way to the kitchen where they headed off to

I heard an explosion where the kitchen was in sight

Uh Oh this cannot be good!!
