"Good morning young master" I smiled

"Some water" I offered

Young master drank the water

"There now that we have settled this Agni bring some porridge ciels butler bring some bed clothes"

I left my master to sleep and went downstairs to the kitchen, I saw Agni making curry

"Thank you for help Agni it's much appreciated"

"Oh you're very welcome sebastian" he said

"By the way where's Catherine? I don't remember seeing her when we arrived"

"Oh she umm....Me and the prince had not seen her for two whole days the last time we saw her I told her to go but bread in the market but that was it" he said

'Two whole days?! what happened?'

I started to worry Catherine has never been gone only once to go with finny to buy trees but it was only a few hours and I scolded her when she arrived at the manor for scaring me and not telling me

"But last night she arrived" Agni said

"Did you ask where she was this whole time?" I asked

"Yes, but she would not answer me instead she said she wanted to sleep and went to bed" he said

"Thank you I shall take over from here" I said

I went to Catherine's room

*Knock knock* "Catherine are you there?"

'No response?'

I entered the room it was dark very dark I turned the lights on to see Catherine laying on her bed with her back towards the door

"Catherine?" I said

Her ears perked and she tensed it was visible to me that she was uncomfortable with me being here

"Sebastian? You're back"

"Yes, it's me I'm back" I said

"Why weren't you here for the last 2days?" I asked

"........."

"Catherine answer me" I demanded

"Liar" she whispered

"Excuse me?"

"You're such a liar!" She cried

"Catherine what are you talking about?"

"Liar you said there would be no other girl, you lied to me!" She cried

"I didn't there is no other!" I exclaimed

"Then why did you sleep with her huh?! Aren't I enough I-I trusted you and you lied to me!" she said turning to face me

"Demons joy in the suffering of others did you want me to suffer sebastian are happy?!" she asked

Tears ran down her face like a never ending waterfall her eyes puffy and red from crying

"I'm a Cheshire cat I'm everywhere and I'm nowhere I can be in two places at once I saw you and it hurt, it hurt so much Sebastian" she said

"I never wanted to hurt you Catherine thats the last thing i'd ever do please you have to believe me" I said reaching out to her

"Don't touch me!" she said as she moved away from me

"Please Catherine she means nothing to me!" I tried to convince her

"I-I loved you sebastian and you betrayed me!"

"No I'd never betray you or hurt you please Catherine listen to me!" I said desperately grabbing her shoulders

"You never loved me did you?" she asked looking at me with sorrowful eyes

"I-I care about you Catherine" I said

"You always say that! why can't you say I love you?!"

"Is it that difficult to say three simple words sebastian!" She cried

"Please I don't want to lose you Catherine" I begged

"Then tell me you love me! tell me and I'll forgive you" she said

I let go of her shoulders "I'm sorry Catherine,but I can't say those words" I said

Tears fell from her eyes as she heard what I had said to her

"I hate you" her voice shook

"What?"

"I hate you! I hate sebastian Michaelis! I hate you! you're just like them! you make me fall in love just to hurt me" she said punching my chest repeatedly

"I'm sorry" I said

She sobbed "I hate you"

"Please Catherine give me a chance just one more chance I'm begging you" I said to her falling on my knees for her

'I was going to lose the best thing that ever happened to me in my immortal life and I couldn't bear it'

"No more chances, no more just leave me alone, don't look for me, don't talk to me don't look at me...it's over" she with tears that never ceased to fall from her porcelain face

I felt a powerful pull on my heart something I never felt ever since I've lived on this earth

She walked towards the door I couldn't lose her so I tried to the only thing I could

I pinned her to the wall next to the door and kissed her passionately hoping it would work, she struggled against me, she wasn't a little kitten anymore she had strength and it overpowered my own she pushed me away

*SLAP!!* she slapped me across the face

"It's over sebastian goodbye forever" she said as she walked away

Catherine's POV

I walked away from sebastian once I exited the townhouse I used my speed to get as far away as possible I met Luke at the bridge he told me to meet him

It was raining very hard thundering I quickly spotted Luke

"Luke is that you?"

He no longer had his beautiful silver hair it was now white and his bluish eyes were now as cold as ice

"Yes, this is my true form are you frightened" he asked

"No, I'm not"

Unable to hold my emotions inside any longer I hugged Luke

Luke's POV

"Marie!" I exclaimed at her sudden actions

She hugged my waist

"You saw sebastian didn't you?" I assumed

She nodded

I wrapped my arms around her

"I see you're hurting aren't you he couldn't say it could he?" I asked

She shook her head

I used my powers to put her to place her to sleep

She slumped against me

"Demons are truly disgusting creatures I could've loved you more than anything in the world my dear, however that will never happen for you are in the light and I'm shrouded in pitch black darkness"

"I can't stand watching you be in pain my darling, but you have to use that pain and turn it into strength don't worry everything ends tomorrow..."

I picked her up bridal style and held her close to me her face laid on my shoulder

I smirked as I looked at her face my eyes flashed pink

"...and I'm afraid tomorrow so will you"
