Black Blood
Prologue
Water dripping down of girl with beautiful long, blonde hair, they say to ‘wash away your troubles’ do they not? She was calm and relaxed just washing her hair when she heard a noise. She could clearly hear it, it was from downstairs at the front door. She got out of the shower and covered herself with a gown. She walked over to the door and swallowed her breath. She opened the door a little bit and peeked through. When she saw that no one was in the hall she stepped through the door and began walking to the direction of the stairs. She peeked from the wall to see if anyone was downstairs but all she saw was the door wide open with the whistling wind entering the mansion carrying leaves and dirt. She sighed a breath of relieve, but only for a second when she realized the noise she heard earlier wasn’t the door being pushed open by the wind, but the door creaking open slowly as if to make sure no one was watching before entering. She quickly looked over her shoulder then back at the leaves entering the mansion. She took a step back and hit the wall behind her. She looked up at this massive wall carrying a painting of her husband, a young brown haired and hazel coloured eyes man sitting on a royal red chair. She took a step back and looked up at him as a single tear escaped from her eye. She wanted to cry but stopped as she saw the painting’s eyes began moving. His eyes dwelled all over the room but stopped as his eyes locked with her's. The girl couldn’t move, her limbs became numb, she wanted to run, to call for help, but couldn’t. The eyes of the painting turned instantly red and looked that of a snakes, a chill went down her spine and she was about to collapse when she felt something pressed into her back. She quickly looked over her shoulder to see a figure in a black cloak piercing her skin with a sword. Her breath was taken instantly and toppled to the floor. Blood was spilled all over the painting as well as the floor. As she laid there on the floor, all feeling slowly disappeared. When the figure pulled the sword out of her backside all pain immediately took over and a loud, painful scream went through the entire mansion. The sword was full of blood which the figure shook of onto her. Her eyes dwelled to the man. She could see under his cloak that he was grinning, evilly. He stared at her for a while with a massive smile on his pale face then began to chuckle and step over her body. Her eyesight began fading away. She saw his feet walking down the hall but she couldn’t hear them. Her hearing had completely vanished. Her eyes closed and stopped breathing entirely. The wife of one of the richest nobles in the world, Emma Antonios is now dead, killed by an unknown man for an unknown reason. The figure walked down the hall, passing more than 20 doors on the way out untill he stopped at a door with a light shining in. He opened the door slowly then walked inside. The walls were pink and yellow full of butterflies and fairies, the floor was a light pink matt. Toys were spread in the room, more than can be immediately identified. In the middle of the room was a crib. The figure walked over to the crib and examined the soft and fragile baby inside. It’s a beautiful baby girl sleeping peacefully. She doesn’t have long hair yet but you can see that she has blonde hair. The figure stood there with the strange smile he has, with the blood filled sword in his right hand. He smirked then lifted up the sword above the crib. Blood began dripping from the sword onto the baby’s face and body. He then lifted up the sword and placed it in the scabbard. He took a step closer and leaned over the crib and carefully picked up the sleeping baby. He examined her as she lay in his arms. He began to chuckle then walked out of the room and down the hall again, carrying this soft blooded skinned baby girl. He stopped as he stood above the dead body. His smile never disappeared from his face and he felt no guilt. Anyone who sees his smile could immediately fall to pieces; the madness will take over, a truly terrifying smile indeed. He didn’t waste a second longer and stepped over the body and walked down the stairs. When he reached the open doors he turned around and looked at the blood-stained painting of the noble. He grinned then quickly turned around and started walking into the darkness of the night. The moon was high and almost no sound was heard, not even an owl or wolf. The mansion is in the middle of a rather small forest with a path leading from the road to the mansion. The figure followed the path in till he reached the road then stopped. He held up his right hand and clenched it into a fist but when he reopened it again a small red light appeared at the palms of his hands. The light grew bigger in till it was about the size of the figure. The figure stepped into the light and vanished along with the baby. The baby opened her eyes and began to cry instantly, that very cry now haunts the mansion and the forest. Any who come near will hear two sounds, the crying, or the screaming. It will drive any normal human to madness. But of course, not many are normal humans in this world...
