Your POV

"Will Smile be okay?" Sebastian asks me now finished healing Cel's symptoms.

"I can't completely cure it with the supplies I have, but he'll be alright. He just needs to rest, but he needs to be more careful in the future." I replied counting my stock of herbs and other remedies.

"I'm impressed _____________ I didn't know you could do that. I mean I know you can perform and stuff but I didn't know you....." Doll said before I interrupted her so she won't go on.

"Well then if you don't mind I'll go out for a moment. I want to be alone for a while." I said packing my things up and leaving the tent and starts to head back to my tent to call it a day.

As I was about to head into my tent I was stopped by Joker asking me where I was for the past hour and I snapped and just told him that he should talk with Doc. When I entered my tent I went straight to my bed (clot? sleeping bag? I don't know what do you guys think? Leave a comment below about what it is.) and just lay down there thinking of this case. When I was at the Undertaker's place I saw vision of the fate of the missing children, and all I saw was a mansion on fire with Ciel and Sebastian walking away from the burning mansion. I sigh and said to myself very quietly so that no one but me could hear these words.

I guess I'll just tell them that I'll head back to the mansion and look after those so called 'troublemakers' for Sebastian.

The peace didn't last for long for I sense a person outside and I just shouted that person to enter then sitting up to see my vistor which happens to be Dagger.

"How are you coping with the circus life yeh Shadow?" Dagger said sitting down next to me on the bed

"I'm fine thank you very much but I'm worried about Smile." I said thinking of Ciel's current condition and how I should tell him amd Sebastian of me returning of to the mansion.

"Shadow, I know this is sudden but I want to know a bit more about you if it's okay." Dagger said out of nowhere scratching his neck.

"Why?"

"Well you went into the first tier in a flash and me and the others don't know anything about you so what's your story?"

I thought for a couple of seconds and thanks to my visions I knew that all the first tier except Snake was going to die so I decided to tell him parts of my past.

"I'll tell you my story if you swear if you don't tell anyone else about my past."

"Alright I swear I won't tell anyone."

"My story well it begins a long time ago when I was born at midnight on a full moon I never knew my father because he died before I was born, but I knew my mother who was beautiful with her long blonde hai and blue eyes.But that didn't last for long......" I began Dagger listening word for word and had the nerve to ask.

"What didn't last for long?"

"When I became three years old my mother was forced to abandon me for my own safety. Then she left me in the care of a seven year old boy named Daren a former prince of now a non existing country. Over the course of the years I fell in love with him as a brother but at the same time as a lover. Then one night Daren threw a party and that night was the night I lost everything."

"What happened?"

"That night an enemy force attacked the mansion we were living at and was burned to the ground. It was all a distraction so that we wouldn't notice our assassin from behind and kill us when they had the chance. That plan failed for Daren and I heard their footsteps and we confronted them. You see I learned how to sword fight so I easily defeated one of the attackers in a couple of swipes, but I was careless. Because one of the assassin snuck up behind me and was about to kill me. Then Daren who was fighting that assassin came and protected me which seal the contract with his own death."

Dagger became silent for a while to say what I was saying before his eyes shot wide with surprise and when he spoke his voice trembled with disbelief.

"You mean..... that he-e-e....."

"Yes protected me from a fatal blow that would have killed me if he didn't do so, but I wished he did so I wouldn't... feel this pain in my heart."

"Shadow...."

"Oh don't pity me Dagger it was bound to be like that and after the whole incident was over I left and started to travel around the world. On the way I learned all of the languages in the world, and other useful things that I would need in the future. Years later I decided to settle in Britain and here I am." I said finishing the story before beginning to speak to Dagger who was in total shock.

"What's your story now that I told you mine."

"Well I spend most of my life living on the streets alone and having one leg only made things worse for me. The only good thing that happened to me was when I met Beast who too was missing a leg back then. Then we met Joker and the others and later our patron took us to live with him into his mansion."

"And who is this person you call patron? You know I did tell you everything about my life it's time to tell me all of your. Heck I even told you my biggest secret that I had." I said interrupting Dagger when he was about to stop there.

"Alright, well the rest of us call him father but his real name is Lord Baron Kelvin. A couple of years later Doc made us prosthesis body parts for us and we made the circus and here we are." Dagger continued on with his story making both of us sitting in silence.

As tension grew between us Dagger coughed slightly into his hands and started to talk.

"I better get back to my tent and please don't tell Joker and the others about this please."

After a while I nod my head ever so slightly and Dagger became relaxed and exited the tent.

Well that takes care of the case, so tomorrow I'll tell Sebastian and Ciel on what's going on in this case and had back to the mansion.

The next day

"Good morning young master and good morning to you too Sebastian." I said seeing Ciel and Sebastian leaving the medical tent and started to walk beside them as we head out of the circus.

"Good morning Miss ____________. We are about to leave this zoo care to join us." Sebastian said carrying Ciel bridal style.

"Yes and I have something to tell to you when we go back to the town house." I said keeping up with Sebastian's speed since he was starting to run at the speed of sound.

"Alright then tell me when we leave for Lord Kelvin's mansion."

"So you already know who the mastermind behind this whole case is isn't right Sebastian?"

"Yes my kitten let's just say that I had to use a bit of seducing in order to get all of our information." Sebastian said with a small mischievous smile.

"Well when we go back to the town house we need to talk." I said putting on a serious expression on my face.

"Alright my kitten but after we take care of young master first though. Understand?" Sebastian said in the similar fashion that he did before.

"Understood."

Sorry Sebastian even though it's forbidden for me to love you for me being a creature of light, and you a creature of darkness. I have already fallen for you hard and I swear on my own name that I will love you to the last day of eternity.
