✨Why have Realm Rules✨

All communities retain its cohesion through a set of acceptable behaviour. This may be viewed as common sense, but with online communities, many normal visual and auditory clues are missing.

Our Realm rules are here to support us and remind us of the most appropriate ways to engage with our fellow members. The aim is to protect anyone who reads or contributes to the community, and help everyone to have a rewarding experience.

When you engage with our community, you are agreeing to follow these rules strictly and any amendments thereof  in future.

👉 Participation: It is not a community if people would not participate. Participation means creating something together, sharing knowledge, and contributing common goals.

👉 Dedication: Unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes, but no plans.

Black and Gold Community planned a lot of stuff that are to be done in the future.We are all committed to our work in both real life and virtual life.

We understand that you have some commitments outside of Wattpad, and we do not want to force you to do Community works.

We have to be professional and organised in every way possible. If you have an emergency or you cannot be part of our community then do let us know before leaving it.

👉Experience: You don't have to be an expert in any field in order to join our community, but passion in what you do is a requirement. We are all learning. Initiative is all it takes.

You have to take the given tasks seriously because our Head Admin never allows lethargy when work is concerned. We are friendly when needed and strict when required. Please feel free to contact us whenever you have any query.

Esprit-de-Corps is a feeling of loyalty and pride shared by a group, inspiring enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard for the honor of the group.

You must have certain skills that are required to run a community i.e., planning, organizing, directing, controlling, coordinating etc.
