Lloyd stared down at the pair in the vengestone cage. These red-eyed Cole and Jay just glared back at him. They didn't like that satisfied glint in the Green Ninja's eyes.
Lloyd let out a long laugh. "You led me on quite a chase for my (Y/N). I should be angry, but it was almost fun." Lloyd taunted the pair. Jay Garmadon slammed his fists against the bars. "If you've touched her, I'll kill you!" He seethed with anger.
Lloyd laughed at him. His eyes taking on a malevolent sheen. "Funny, that should be my line." Lloyd countered with a dark smirk on his face that made both brothers want to punch it right off his face.
"You always were a little brat. No wonder you're dad's least favourite son." Cole Garmadon scoffed at the Green Ninja. Lloyd glared, not saying anything. His fists were at his side as his whole body shook. The cold fury in him demanding satisfaction.
"Shut your filthy mouth." Lloyd spat at the red-eyed copy. "You're nothing but a bad memory that will fade. You deserve to rot in this cage for the monsters that you are." Lloyd continued to spew his hateful venom.
"You were arrogant fools who thought they could keep my (Y/N) from me and turn her against me. You were woefully mistaken. You should have known better than to try and steal from me." Lloyd taunted them.
"Oh and don't worry about my dad. After the wedding, you'll be seeing him soon enough." Lloyd smirked, letting out a cold laugh as he walked away.

In deep frustration (Y/N) punched a kicked at the metal walls not even making a dent. (Y/N) let out a bitter sigh and sat down on the floor and hugged her legs.
"What was this strange place?" She thought to herself. Just as the strange door let out a hiss as it opened. (Y/N) whipped around and laid eyes on the painfully familiar figure, the Green Ninja.
"Hi (Y/N)." Lloyd said as he stepped in. (Y/N) rolled her eyes at the green ninja and went back to her silent pouting.
The corner of Lloyd's mouth quirked upwards as he lounged against the metal door frame. He seemed vaguely amused at (Y/N)'s reaction.
"You don't look very pleased to see me." Lloyd playfully pouted. (Y/N) said nothing she didn't even turn around to look at him. "Am I not allowed to visit my fiancé?" He says again, a small pout forming on his lips.
(Y/N) gritted her teeth. She despised the mild teasing tone in Lloyd's voice like he was letting (Y/N) in on a private joke. It reminded her of days past when Lloyd was still little and would whisper secret plans to prank the Ninjas into her ear.
She missed the sweet little trouble maker. She had felt somehow special, at being chosen by Lloyd to be his closest confidante and fellow mischief-maker. But it was she who was the joke, who had been played for a fool, who had been betrayed by this- "No." (Y/N) growled out.
Lloyd took a deep breath. His heart clenched tightly upon seeing her current state. Lloyd frowned at her actions, for some reason seeing her so upset at him made his stomach churn.
"I was never going to rest until I found you, I love you and now I have you. So why are you pulling away from me, (Y/N)?" Lloyd quietly asked her. (Y/N) glanced back at the green ninja, who was watching her closely.
Alarm bells started ringing through her head, telling her that something was seriously wrong. "What do you mean?" (Y/N) asked turning herself around to face the green ninja.
"Did they tell you I would harm you? Did my father threaten you? What was it that they said or did to take you away from me?" Desperation seeped into the green ninja's voice as he pleaded with (Y/N). He wanted things to be as they were. He wanted his (Y/N) back on his side, where she belonged.
The little boy, so desperate for affection and praise and attention, clearly still lurked in him somewhere, beneath all his carefully maintained persona of the legendary Green Ninja.
(Y/N) batted the thoughts away hastily. This was no longer the Lloyd she knew. The Lloyd she knew would never have behaved so abhorrently, betraying his closest friends and be willing to murder his way to getting what he wanted.
"That's very sweet of you, Green Ninja." (Y/N) said rather sarcastically. "But I do not need you to protect me. I was quite happy where I was and with who I was with." (Y/N) then turned back around not wanting to look at the abomination that wore Lloyd's face any longer.
"(Y/N)..." Lloyd pleads with her. But (Y/N) wouldn't face him. Lloyd had to fight within himself to keep his anger and fear from spiking.
"I know this must be confusing for you, (Y/N). That I should be more patient. So much has changed in such a short space of time for you. But I promise you, I am still the same Lloyd. Your friend, and the one who loves you. The only difference now is that I am no longer weak."
(Y/N) blanched, her knuckles whitening as Lloyd slowly steps towards her.
"We have missed out on so much. But there is no need for us to be separated any longer. Join me at my side, (Y/N), where you were always destined to be. It is the will of Destiny itself, and my dearest wish." (Y/N) resisted the urge to be sick at that comment.
Lloyd's eyes were boring into (Y/N)'s back. Tears were pricking at his eyes, and he furiously blinked them away.
"You are the most precious person in all of Ninjago to me, and now I can protect you and care for you openly as I always should have been able to. I could not let those clones my father made keep us apart."
Lloyd reached out a hand, and for a moment (Y/N) saw the old Lloyd flicker over his features, eyes filled with warmth and love.
(Y/N) honestly for the briefest of moments almost reached for his hand.
Almost...
(Y/N) growled at him and slapped the offered hand away. Lloyd stared at (Y/N), frozen in place by the emotions swirling within him.
"I don't know what kind of sadistic mind games you think you're playing, ninja, but it won't work on me." (Y/N) snarled at the Green Ninja.
"How can you say that after all the things you've done!? You've betrayed your father, lost yourself in your greed for power! You desecrated my memory of you. You are a cheap mockery. I don't recognise you anymore." (Y/N) continued to shout at the green ninja.
(Y/N) met his gaze unflinchingly. "You are nothing to me now." (Y/N) said at the green ninja.
Something that might have been regret glimmered over Lloyd's face. But it was gone in an instant, replaced instead with determination. Lloyd caught her jaw and forced her to look at him as he gazed beseechingly at her as though she was breaking his heart.
"You only say those things because been blinded by the lies of those clones. It's not your fault; they've brainwashed you, so I'll forgive you for saying things you don't mean. I will take good care of you and find a way to undo whatever it is they've done to you." Lloyd promised her before leaving.
"Get some rest (Y/N). I'll see you later." Lloyd said sealing the door shut as he left.
"That wasn't how that was supposed to go." Lloyd mumbled to himself while pinching the bridge of his nose in annoyance.
"Is something wrong?" Zane asked as he came down the tight metal hall with a tray of food. "She's... She's not herself. I don't know what they did to her." Lloyd struggled to explain.
"It will be ok Lloyd. She is back with us now. Safe. She just needs time." Zane said trying to comfort the green ninja.
"Perhaps it would do you so good if you took your mind off of this for now. Perhaps training with Kai would help you?" Zane offered. "Yeah, maybe your right." Lloyd sighed. "Some training might do me some good."
"Good, you go relax and I'll take in (Y/N)'s meal to her and see if she'll have a nice chat with me." Zane stated. Lloyd slowly nodded and sighed. "Maybe I just need some fresh air."
"We'll be surfacing again soon." Zane assured Lloyd as the green ninja left to talk to Kai. The Fire Ninja wasn't enjoying their time underwater anymore than the rest of them and was sure to welcome the distraction.
Zane turned the handwheel on the airtight door of (Y/N)'s quarters and stepped inside stating. "(Y/N) I have brought you something to eat." Zane offered, placing the tray down on the table.
"Go away, Zane Julian." (Y/N) sighed not even looking at the Nindroid. "I'm not hungry."
"(Y/N) you are not doing yourself any favours by not eating. I know you must be hungry, you have not eaten at all today." Zane scolded her. "You'll only cause Lloyd to get upset."
"Good." (Y/N) snipped at the Nindroid. "(Y/N) you do not mean that." Zane chastised her. "Yes, I do." (Y/N) hissed at the white ninja.
"(Y/N) do not be like this." Zane responded. "I'll be however I want to be, thank you very much!" (Y/N) hissed at the Nindroid.
Zane let out a small sigh of frustration at all the Illogicallises happening right now. Once Lloyd had made up his mind, he wouldn't give up. And (Y/N) was equally as stubborn.
"He's been so lonely without you." Zane prodded. "He's a deranged lunatic out to destroy my life." (Y/N) promptly declared. Zane frowned, concerned. What lies had Lord Garmadon and their evil copies told her to make her think that?
"That is also not true. Your friendship means everything to Lloyd. He has waited alone for weeks just to see you once again, he just wants for things to become perfect between you both again." Zane tries desperately to explain to (Y/N). "Lloyd loves you. You are just too stubborn to admit it."
"He blew up my home, injured the people I live with, kidnapped two people I care about and myself!" (Y/N) growled at the white ninja, her voice full of bitterness.
"Forgive him, it was the only way for him to break you away from those bad influences was through force." Zane softly pleaded with her. It would only be a matter of time before her anger faded. And she would forgive Lloyd eventually, she always did, after all.
(Y/N) narrowed her eyes at the ninja. "You have both been through so much, but you both need to heal, not hoard up more hurt feelings and grudges. It's hurting Ninjago." Zane told her with complete sincerity.
In response (Y/N) burst out into a cold, hollow laughter. He says nothing for a short while, simply choosing to stare at her as she continues to let out her cold laugh.
"You really think I'm going to fall for that holier-than-thou goody two shoes bit?" (Y/N) replies, her breathing levelling out.
Zane did not reply in any way other than to raise one eyebrow a millimetre. Not noticing her reaching for the tray.

After that disastrous interaction with (Y/N), Lloyd sought the serenity of the training room. He was less than surprised to find Kai already here. Apparently, they were both in need of a distraction from (Y/N)'s stubbornness.
"Hey, Lloyd." Kai greeted the green ninja. "You ok?" Kai asked. Lloyd gave him a seldom nodded.
He still missed her warm hugs that made him feel so safe, her soft voice when she'd sing him to sleep, and the feeling of her hand in his whenever he needed a guiding hand.
"It will be ok." Kai promised the green ninja. Zane came walking in food splatted across his gi and a bowl still stuck on his head food still dripping down his face.
"Zane!? What in the name of the First Spinjitzu Master happened to you?!" Kai gasped. "Miss (Y/N) didn't want to eat her meal." Zane quietly said wiping some of the dripping food out of his eyes.
Lloyd sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Why does everything have to be so complicated?" Lloyd mumbled to himself. Kai just stands there a little bit dumbfounded.
