This fight had broken Lloyd making tears stream down his face. "I can't lose her. I just can't." Lloyd cried trying to wipe his tears away but feeling his heart shatter again made him tear up once more.

"They've stolen my (Y/N) from me. They must pay!" Lloyd sobbed then looked back at the two remaining Ninjas. They watched in silence as every last inch of Lloyd's sanity shatter as jealousy and anger took over him. He wanted to see her again and keep her with him.

She's mine but she's not here and it feels wrong.

He ached for the blood of those who kept him away from his (Y/N). He thirsted for their blood.

"They must pay! Pay for taking my (Y/N) from me!" Lloyd shouted and slowly started to plan his revenge he planned to kill every one of them.

(Third Person P.O.V)

Lord Garmadon watched as (Y/N) was having an intense internal struggle. "What is wrong?" Lord Garmadon asked watching her still pace around.

"I want to thank them as well as yell at them." (Y/N) said referring to Lord Garmadon's four sons.

"Do both." Lord Garmadon suggested and (Y/N) gave him a strange look for what he'd just said.

Lord Garmadon noticing (Y/N)'s confused look he chuckled and began to explain to her what he meant.

"Explain to them what you need to tell them just don't explode at them." Lord Garmadon instructed to the puzzled girl.

(Y/N) nodded and proceeded to gather the four boys to explain what they had done.

"Do you know how dangerous this could have been you should have listened to me. I know it worked out especially with Lloyd new strange ability that allows him to drain or "leech" another person's energy." (Y/N) began to hysterical explain to the four boys.

"(Y/N) calm down. We get it." Jay said trying to calm her down. "You love us and we got really lucky."

"We know all this and we're sorry we made you worry but 'we' were worried about you and when we saw that Zane had already snuck out we figured we may as well." Kai explained their actions to the one they love.

"Speaking of Zane. He also mentioned to us that you had a little moment of doubt." Cole bluntly interrupted.

(Y/N) gave Zane a dirty look which he returned with a darling smile.

"So we've decided you two need a private moment so he can help you through it a bit more." Jay stated with a smirk.

"Then you can come back and yell at us if you want but right now we or rather Zane will focus on you for a bit." Kai added rather nervously.

"Now get going you two. We set up a late-night picnic under the stars to help cut off any distractions that (Y/N) my try to use to not talk about her feelings." Cole said with a knowing smile.

(Y/N) grumbled under her breath at that comment. "Before you object, it's not healthy to go into battle distracted." Lord Garmadon directed at (Y/N).

(Y/N) sighed and relented to the wisdom of Lord Garmadon's words.

(Third Person P.O.V)

(Y/N) and Zane Garmadon were lost in their own world with the rooftop dragon roost making a private space for them.

Starring up at the night sky with stars surrounding and sparkling around them. Zane was mesmerised at the sight, but more so with (Y/N) smiling.

Zane's breath caught in his throat when (Y/N) suddenly looked at him. He barely had enough time to capture the smile in his memory when (Y/N) lent forward and kissed him on the cheek.

"(Y/N)?" Zane asked quietly as a blush grew across his face. Zane sat there admiring how cute (Y/N) looked curled up like that. The slight glistening of her (E/C) eyes were extremely beautiful.

Cautiously Zane brushed some hair out of her face, brought her hand to his mouth and placed a feathery light kiss to it.

"I promise," Zane said looking back up at (E/C) eyes. "You don't need to worry. We'll take care of everything for you (Y/N). So please stop leaving us out. We fight together." Zane promised and pleaded with the woman he loved.

(Y/N)'s eyes widened impossibly big and his blush went ten times brighter. Zane's lips quirked up at that. As much as his heart was hammering right now he needed to take care of the person in front of him.

(Y/N) was avoiding talking about what so many things. Her never-ending nightmares, her past, the problems with others, her problems with Lloyd.

"(Y/N), you need to relax and regain your strength." Zane pointed out to her, cupping her face in his hand. "And I'm not just talking about Lloyd. We love you. All of you, your dark side and your light side. So please let us love you just the way you are."

"Zane... I can't... I don't want to hurt any of you." (Y/N) responded looking down as she did. She was weakening and she hated this feeling. Her emotions were to blame. She needed to be stronger not weaker.

Zane could tell she was building up her walls again. Pushing her feelings down so deeply that they may never surface. Pushing the four of them away, alongside her emotions. In some desperate attempt to protect the four of them.

Zane could tell that their beloved (Y/N) needed to take some time to recover back to full strength. Though she wouldn't allow herself that time to heal physically or emotionally.

"I'm thinking that Cole's lovely nice warm chocolate cake is almost done, I hope that sounds good." Zane continued as if nothing out of the ordinary was happening. That he wasn't witnessing the girl he treasured damaging herself before his eyes.

Zane stood up and headed downstairs. "I'll be back with some once it's done. Just try to relax (Y/N)." He stated before dashing down the stairs.

(Y/N) stared after the white-haired teen. "What was happening?" (Y/N) thought of the kiss Zane had given to her hand causing her to bite her lip.

"Zane Garmadon was a very handsome person especially with those wonderful vermillion eyes of his and it wasn't like she'd hadn't caught herself thinking of all four of the Garmadon boys on occasion."

(Y/N) quickly shook her head. "No. I have to push these thoughts from my mind. I have to focus on defeating Lloyd." She scolded herself.

Instantly the thoughts came rushing back of losing the fight against Lloyd, how he was sapping her of power and energy with every blow.

He wasn't getting rid of that power either but it was as though he was leaching it from her and using it to make himself stronger.

(Third Person P.O.V)

"How's (Y/N)?" Jay asked his brother as he helped himself to a slice of fresh cake.

"I think she's regressing." Zane sighed, his brother also joining him in sighing. "I hate that Lloyd! She was getting better." Cole growled, slamming one of the cupboards shut.

"He's a bad boy." Kai added to the discussion. "He needs an ass-kicking." Jay vigorously continued. "He's hurting (Y/N)."

"Why won't she just let us get rid of him? We just need to pound him into dust and he'll never bother her again." Cole questioned his brothers.

"Because she doesn't want us to get hurt." Kai pipped up with a sad tone in his voice. The four brothers sighed again.

"She's quite a gal." Zane admitted outloud."You said it, brother." Jay agreed, slapping Zane on the back. "She in danger and hurting so badly but all she can do is worry about us and our safety."

Cole cut a generous slice of cake onto a plate watching in satisfaction as steam rose with it carrying a delicious aroma before handing it to Zane.

"Our girl deserves nothing but the best." Cole stated handing the plate to his brother.

While Zane Garmadon was no master chef he thought this was quite impressive and was quite proud of his brother.

"Then come with me, I'm failing her on my own." Zane confessed to his brothers while he placed the plates, spoons, and two glasses of milk on the tray before making his way back to the roof.

His brothers silently followed behind him all carrying their own food and drinks. Zane let out a sigh of relief. "We really do work better as a group." He thought to himself.

They walked out onto the roof, happy to see (Y/N) still looking up at the stars.

Zane smiled recoining her on the picnic blanket and set the tray down on (Y/N)'s lap watching carefully to see (Y/N)'s reaction to it. (Y/N) stared at the plate and for a split second Zane definitely spotted longing on her face before (Y/N) scolded herself.

"I shouldn't be here." She stated firmly. "I should be planing and training, not this." (Y/N) said about to hand the tray back to Zane but Cole stopped her.

"Hey, none of that talk." Cole gently instructed. "We're all here, together. Let's just enjoy this."

"You remember how to do that, right?" Jay asked wrapping his arms around her from behind, giving her a nice warm hug.

(Y/N) kept staring at the plate. It took a minute for Zane to place that expression. It was mistrust.

"Do you think I slipped something in with your meal?" Zane asked quietly. (Y/N) immediately shook her head no.

Kai tugged at her sleeve. "Please, don't shut us out. We love you, and we know it hard for you to accept that but we do and we want to be with you, through good times and bad." Kai desperately pleaded.

Kai then took the spoon and cut off a chunk of cake holding it up to her lips.

His three brothers were impressed it wasn't like him to take charge. But this was their (Y/N) they were interacting with and all four of them would do anything for her.

(Y/N) took the offered spoon from Kai and ate the spoonful, finding the warm cake delicious although being extremely uncomfortable as the four brothers watched her take every bite.

When Jay saw (Y/N) apparently slowing down, he gently encouraged her to eat until nothing was left. Needless to say (Y/N) finished the slice of cake and Cole took away the dishes.

The rest of the night was spent with everyone moving into the lounge room to watch TV after it started to get too cold.

"Hey, dad." Kai called out to Lord Garmadon as he walked through the front door, taking note of the sombre mood even though four out of the five people on the couch were asleep.

"Hi, son." Lord Garmadon said quietly trying not to wake the others as Kai walked up and hugged him.

Lord Garmadon smiled down at Kai. It was good to be greeted with such a loving family way after being alone for so long without one.

"Um... Dad." Kai said looking up at his father with big round innocent ruby coloured eyes. "How do you help the person you love when they won't let you?" Kai asked his father.

Lord Garmadon's eyes flick towards (Y/N) for a small second, then returned his gaze to his brunet son.

Lord Garmadon smiled at his son a ruffled his hair. "Oh, Kai. Just be there for them and love." He instructed his son. "I know we had a turbulent beginning but I'm glad your my dad." Kai stated hugging his father tighter.

"I'm glad you're my son, too." Lord Garmadon replied returning the sentiment. "I'm glad all four of you are my sons."

"Dad, will you teach us how to fight?" Kai pleaded with his father. "Why?" Lord Garmadon questioned him. "I know I'm not the bravest but I'm tired of you, my brothers and (Y/N) being in danger and not being able to help any of you." Kai admitted sadly.

"Oh, son. If that is what you want I'll train you." Garmadon promised him. "Yes!" Kai Garmadon shouted waking up those sleeping on the couch and a course of whining and complaining at being woken up.

"Kai!? What's going on?" Jay complained as he stretched and yawned, rubbing the sleep out of his brilliant scarlet eyes. "Sorry." Kai apologised to his brother.

"Hey, dad. When did you get home?" Cole asked unwrapping his arms from around (Y/N)'s waist. (Y/N) politely waved to Lord Garmadon while shaking Zane awake. Zane growled and tried to bury himself deeper under the sheets.

"Ok, sleepyhead." (Y/N) yarned leaving him be. "(Y/N), I'd like to talk to you and my sons about training the five of you." Lord Garmadon explained and Zane sat up after hearing that.

"Dad we would love that." Jay began to explain to his father. "But (Y/N)'s still messed up emotional."

(Y/N) went to object but Lord Garmadon cut her off. "I know." He answered. "Her training will focus on that fact with the four of you being her training partners." Lord Garmadon added with a sly smile.

He was more than happy to help set up a few dates disguised as training sessions for his sons, to help them win the heart of the one they loved.
