I-I tried... | The Truth Scenario

(Recommended Song)- Billie Eilish- Everything I wanted

Victor put down his phone shakily as he watched it come to life with a ton of messages. Either from Avery, or the stupid Zero_Zero guy... Why was he doing this? He didn't want to even acknowledge anyone or anything right now. He was a monster. Victor tried his hardest to forget what happened years ago. He was only young...he didn't mean for it to happen. Yet it did. Victor made his way upstairs slowly holding his phone in one hand, he then opened his bathroom door shutting it but leaving a small gap. He strips slowly hanging up his clothes and wrapping one of his favourite fluffy white towels around him, normally it would bring a smile onto his lips, and a happy hum would leave his lips. Yet all it brought was wave after wave of sadness. Victor watched the water fill up the bathtub. No bubbles, no scents, no bath bombs. Nothing. It was just lukewarm water. The blonde haired male slowly stopped the tap watching the last drops of water disappear as he drops his clean white towel on the floor, it pooled around his feet messily. But for once in his life Victor didn't care. He just left it there. Victor glanced at his phone that was on the side, right beside the sink as he saw it come to life. His head was attacked with too many thoughts, not nice ones. Dark, painful, terrifying thoughts. Victor had never felt this way. Victor had never hated himself like this...this was a new level of self hate. It was like poison, tainting and attacking him quickly yet quietly. Numbing everything else but the guilt, pain, and hate.

Victor slides into his bath, flinching at how cold the water was his body then submerged into the water, his head staying under as he held his breath. Memories of the young boy came flooding back, his tears, his yells, his begs, the splashing and the struggle. People laugh at Victor and his hatred for swimming for water. Yet they never understood. They never understood the sleepless nights, the mask he wore after those sleepless nights saying he had just stayed up looking at make up. How he screamed and cried in his sleep until his parents came rushing in. How Victor couldn't even look at water without hearing the screams. Sure he had gotten better. Yet he still couldn't face what he did. After half a minute Victor pushes himself up, breathing heavily, the water rushing down dripping from his hair. He kept his head above the water laying there lifelessly, he then bursted our into tears when hearing the ringtone he had set for Avery go off. "I-I tried...So hard..." Victor said to his phone, thinking Avery could somehow hear him as he chocked on his tears. "S-So hard t-to forget..." he cried out to himself wiping his tears away, yet it was useless. Victor just cried even more when he wiped his tears away. The male didn't pay attention to someone knocking on his door, he just went back under the water his tears becoming one with the water. He didn't even pick up his phone when Avery called again, he didn't answer the messages either. Victor had left his door unlocked, only because he was out once reviving the messages. So he rushed back home to do this, and he forgotten to lock the door.
