It's lunchtime and I'm sitting at my usual spot with Yoongi and Jungkook. As per normal I'm across from Yoongi and Jungkook is beside me.

But Jungkook seems slightly on edge today. He keeps looking around at everyone, his eyes lingering on one particular table more than the others.

I look over at it and see the girl he rejected yesterday amongst her group of friends. He must be worried about what she might say, or already has.

"Is everything alright Kookie?" I ask him, dragging his attention back to our table.

"Yeah, why do you ask?" He answers casually.

If I didn't already know what was going on, he probably would've had me fooled with that all-too-natural response.

"You seem a bit distant, that's all." I shrug and pick at my food.

"Am I? Sorry, I've been kinda distracted." He mumbles.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" I ask, looking over at him eagerly although I try to hide it.

He seems to take a moment to actually consider it, and I gulp as I await a response. Will he actually say something?

"Sure, later. Now's not really a good time." He decides.

"Okay." I smile. I can't help it; after all he might soon actually tell me about yesterday himself. That's good.

Jungkook's eyes start to wander back to the other table again and I flash a glance at Yoongi, who gives me a thumbs up. Jungkook turns his head back to our table with a sigh and rests his head in his hand.

"Hey mochi, do you know everyones' names here?" He suddenly tilts his head to look over at me.

"Pretty much, why do you ask?" I say.

"Do you know the name of that weird guy who's storming our way and looks like he has some beef?" He gestures with a nod of his head to a boy approaching us quickly.

I feel a wave of worry wash over me as I look at his face and immediately recognise him. If he's coming over to us, we're definitely in trouble.

"His name is Ilsung, and he's Dawon's older brother."

"Who's Dawon?"

"The girl in the middle of that table." I point to the table he keeps staring at, at the girl he rejected.

"Oh shit." Jungkook mutters.

Ilsung finally reaches our table and stands right in front of Jungkook, staring down at him with his arms firmly crossed.

"You're the new kid right?" He says lowly.

"Yeah, what of it?" Jungkook replies.

"You must already think you're the shit or something." He scoffs with a small roll of his eyes. "You hurt my sister's feelings yesterday."

"I told her I didn't feel the same. I'm not obligated to return someone's feelings just to make them happy." Jungkook explains.

"What?" He growls.

"I thought she took it quite well, so I don't see why you're so angsty about it." Jungkook tilts his head in mock confusion.

"You still didn't have to lead her on, asshole." He retorts.

"But I didn't." Jungkook frowns.

"Fucking smartass, I'll teach you a lesson." He snaps. "You mess with someone I care about and I'll do the same to you."

Suddenly Ilsung reaches between us and grabs a water bottle, taking the lid off and holding the bottle upside down over my head, letting the water spill out all over me.

I gasp and my whole body jerks in shock but by the time Jungkook snatches the bottle from Ilsung I'm already soaked.

"What the fuck?" Jungkook yells at him.

"I beg your pardon? What's going on here?" A teacher walks in on the scene, but I don't feel hopeful to see them.

"The new kid totally just poured his water bottle on poor Jimin just now." Ilsung lies to the teacher, who quickly turns to Jungkook.

"Do you care to explain yourself young man?" He asks.

"What?! I didn't even do it! It was this idiot!" Jungkook points angrily at Ilsung, who's smirking.

"Calm down, it's pointless." I tug at the younger boy's sleeve to get his attention.

"Huh?" He frowns at me.

"The teacher is Ilsung's uncle, he's not gonna take your side on this." I sigh.

Jungkook groans but backs down and sits back in his seat with slumped shoulders. The teacher crosses his arms and narrows his eyes at him.

"I don't want to have to do this, especially to such a new student, but you leave me no choice..." he begins saying, and I know exactly where it's leading.

"He really didn't do it..." I mutter in frustration, although I know he won't even listen to me.

"You don't need to take his side Jimin." He turns to Jungkook, "I'll see you at detention immediately after school."
