So a lot of people are probably like me and they really, really hate their job, right? I unfortunately work at McDonald's, which in and of itself SUCKS, but to make matters even worse, half the time I'm working by myself (in the grill) because the people who are supposed to be working with me are just too fucking lazy to actually do it. They will just wander off and talk to people WHILE I DO ALL THE FUCKING WORK! And they're getting PAID to do this; some are getting made MORE THAN ME EVEN THOUGH I DO SO MUCH MORE GODDAMN WORK THAN THEY DO!

And no one gives a shit, not even the managers--or if they do care they're not doing anything about it; no angry message posted telling people to stay where they're supposed to be--there was a message telling people that they had to shave and wear their hats/visors, but nothing telling them to actually do their fucking job. :/

If I didn't need the money so badly, I would probably just quit because it's so fucking ridiculous; I'm constantly being screwed over because everyone is lazy. And the amount of times I get blamed for something makes me want to hit someone. Oh, we ran of nuggets? Well, that's Teagan's fault for not telling so-and-so to go drop more. EVEN THOUGH SO-AND-SO WAS THE ONE WHO EMPTIED THE FIRST TRAY OF NUGGETS THUS MEANING WE NEEDED MORE BECAUSE WE'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE TWO TRAYS! Oh, Teagan is working by herself and getting really backed up? Well, she should have said she needed help. NO I REALLY DON'T NEED TO SAY THAT I NEED HELP BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE SHOULD JUST BE DOING YOUR FUCKING JOBS AND HELPING ME ALREADY!

This seriously pisses me off so much. No one works there just so they can stand around and talk to their co-workers, so why do they all get away with it? WHY DOESN'T ANYONE DO SOMETHING? Because what's eventually going to happen is I'm going to get so goddamn fed up with to the point where I snap and actually quit and then they are going to be in a world of hurt because one of the few hard workers they have won't be their anymore. So when everyone wanders out of the grill, who's going to make the food for the customers? Hm? No one? Unless you FUCKING TELL THEM TO STAY THERE. And if they don't, suspend them or something. If there are consequences for their actions, they'll fucking learn, but right now, the only one who's being fucked over is me.
