*Later...*

"Poor Xuli!" Said Jack. He, Audrey, Tim, Lily, Alex, Ben, Kim and Terry were gathered together in the G.O. Dome of the Ancients in the middle of the night, so no grown-ups could find out they were awake, or they're in big trouble.

"Yeah," Said Audrey, "She really doesn't like the feeling of failing."

"I wish there was a way we could do something to cheer her up." Said Tim.

Lily said nothing.

"Lily?" Asked Audrey.

"I'm thinking about a little something," Said Lily, "What's the date?"

"The fifteenth of May." Said Tim.

"Which means tomorrow is the sixteenth of May, and you know what that means?"

Jack, Tim, Audrey, Kim, Terry, Alex, and Ben tried to digest the thought, but all got it at the same time.

"Tomorrow's Xuli's birthday!" They all said at the same time.

"Exactly," Said Lily, "And you know what happens during a birthday?"

"Now I get it, we're gonna throw a surprise party for Xuli's birthday to cheer her up?" Said Terry.

"Uh-huh," Said Lily, "So...who's in?"

"Count me in!" Said Audrey.

"And me!" Said Tim.

"If it's to make Xuli happy, then I'm in." Said Jack.

"And us!" Said everyone else.

"So we're settled!" Said Lily, "We'll throw a big surprise party to cheer Xuli up!"

They were just about to leave when:

"Tim? Lily? Jack? Audrey? Kim? Terry? Alex? Ben? What are you doing here this late at night?"

Lily's big sister, Captain Bailey, stood there, watching the kids with confused almond purple eyes.

"B? How did you-?"

"My friends and I used to gather here and talk to each other about things. But I see that you've found it already. So, what were you crazy kids talking about?"

"You saw how Xuli was upset earlier? From failing to clean up the Great Pacific Garbage Patch?" Asked Kim.

"Yeah, she cried herself to sleep tonight. I had to walk in and comfort her in order to keep her happy. After all, tomorrow is her birthday."

"Uh-huh," Said Terry, "It was Lily's idea, if you start to protest."

"We're planning on making a surprise birthday party for Xuli tomorrow," Said Lily, "So we could cheer her up."

"That's a brilliant idea, guys!" Said Bailey, looking pleased.

"Swear that you won't tell Xuli, it's a surprise, remember?" Said Jack firmly to the young Captain.

"I swear it." Said Bailey, smiling.

"Good," Said Lily, "You could go tell Ubercorn who could tell the boys. Then we'll start."

"Okay," Said Bailey, "But you kids better get out before somebody spots you."

"Okay," Said Audrey. She and her friends quickly used their G.O. Rolls to quickly get out. Bailey followed in her G.O. Board, and flew to JetPad.
