Mount Justice.

Artemis and M'gann walked in with bags of snacks for their movie night they were gonna have after another mission. The entered the common room and froze when they say Robin with his head rested on Wally's lap fast asleep.

It was so odd to see the very hyper hero so still and peaceful. Wally looked over at them and placed a finger on his lips to shush them, for he didn't want them to wake up his sweet, little boyfriend.
M'gann smiled and flew into the kitchen while Artemis wondered why Robin was asleep.

The team was meeting at the bio-ship to go on their new mission. Artemis sighed, they just had a long mission the night before and now they had another mission tonight. Her body was still a little sore from the other mission but she wasn't going to tell her team that, but she was very glad to be coming back to the cave after the mission for some time off and to relax a bit. She could tell the others were happy that they all were going to be getting a small break after all they have recently done.

"Are we ready to go?" asked M'gann as she glanced at everyone.

"Well we would be if everyone was here. Where is Robin and kid idiot?!?" Artemis said and crossed her arms looking towards the door awaiting for their two goofball teammates to arrive.

"Maybe someone should go check, Robin was asleep earlier. He could be ill'' said M'gann letting the worry she had for their youngest teammate seep into her voice.

"He's not sick'' came a voice and everyone turned around to see Wally standing behind him. "And he's asleep because he has had a busy day or days.'' said Wally then sighed.

"We've all had a busy day! Two missions in a row and-"began Artemis but Wally interrupted her from going on and being harsh towards his boyfriend.

"Yeah he and all of us went on that mission yesterday but did you forget that he had patrol with Batman. The Joker escape Arkham last night after our Long mission. Not to mention he has been studying for these two big tests he has Friday. He's driving himself into the ground and...I'm worried. I hate when he pushes himself too far. He just needs some rest'' said Wally and glanced down at the ground feeling bad for his sweet boyfriend.

"So where is he? We have a mission" asked Conner and Wally looked up at him.

"He's still sleeping. He has only been asleep for 2 hours! He needs more and that is why we are going on this mission without him'' said Wally and walked towards the bio-ship but Kaldur stopped him by placing his hand upon his shoulder.

"Are you sure about this my friend? We could us his help and-'' said Kaldur.

"Please Kal, he needs this! He will get sick if he keeps going like this. He hasn't slept in almost 3 whole days'' said Wally, his big green eyes begging his leader to just let Robin stay behind and rest.

"But-" began Artemis but Wally snapped at her.

"I said we're going on the mission without him! He needs his rest!'' yelled Wally and then lowered his head feeling bad for yelling. "I'm sorry, I'm just...''

"Worried. Don't be, I'm totally feeling the aster'' said Robin and everyone turned around wide eyed and looked at the boy wonder. He let a small yawn escape but he quickly smiled and rushed over towards them.
"Are we going or what?" asked Robin who glanced over all of them. Kaldur stepped forward and placed his hand on top of Robin's shoulder.

"I think it would be best if you sat this one out my friend'' said Kaldur and Robin took a step backwards, the whites of his mask widen.

"You're benching me?!? Why?!?'' yelled Robin, but anger and hurt flashed across his face but as gone as quick as they appeared.

"We know that you are under a lot of pressure and are...tired'' said M'gann and Robin shook his head but before he could say anything Wally rushed over towards his side and took Robin's hand in his which was shaking slightly.

"You're tired babe, you are and we just wants what is best for you'' said Wally and gave Robin's hand a tiny squeeze.

"What's best is me going on this mission. Batman-" began Robin.

"Batman will understand'' came a deep voice and Robin turned around and saw Batman standing behind him. Robin lowered his head, feeling like he let Batman down in a way.
"Go home. Rest. This mission is cancelled.'' said Batman and turned to leave before anyone could say a single word. 

Wally pulled Robin into his chest knowing full well that his boyfriend was blaming his self for this and that he was thinking that Batman and Bruce were disappointed in him which was far from the truth.

Wayne Manor.

It was late in the night as Bruce came up to his son's bedroom. He gently pushed the door open and glanced in silently and a small smile formed upon his face.

He tiny son was fast asleep, resting his head upon the young speedsters chest who was also fast asleep. Dick had a tiny, peaceful smile as his arms and legs were tangled up with Wally's.

"Night son'' whispered Bruce as he turned to leave, allowing his precious son to catch up on some needed rest.
