It has always been the two of them, from the beginning. Everyone could see it and it didn't surprise anyone when it happened. When they got together. The two of them were just made for each other, it was so clear. They fit together perfectly like puzzle pieces and if one of them were lost then the whole thing would be ruin, they would be incomplete and broken forever.

In the very beginning when someone would meet the two of them they already thought they were a couple even before they were, just based on how close the two of them were with each other.
They were always next to each other, supporting and being protective. Their happiness and love spread warmth, smiles and joy to those around them. Others wanted to find someone like they had, they wanted to have that one special person who understood you completely, who accepted you fully and was always there for you no matter what. Someone who stood by your side even if they had their own worries or fears.

Dick and Wally were perfect for each other, that is what everyone knew. 

Everyone could tell when the other was alone without the other one because sadness filled the room and everyone. 
When Wally was without Dick, he was bouncing all around and irritating everyone because he wasn't right beside Dick.
When Dick was without Wally, he was disconnected to everything. He folded into himself and kept quite and seemed so empty and lost.

But when the two of them were together it was so cute and full of life everywhere.

They were always there for each other, through sadness, pain, anger, loss and happiness.

Wally was everything and so much more for Dick. He was his best friend, the person he trusted most in the whole world. He was the only person Dick truly allowed all of his walls and secrets to. Wally was there for him in the early mornings and in the middle of the night. He stuck by Dick's side through everything. 

Without Wally, Dick wouldn't be who he was around the team. Wally brought him out of his shell, his comfort zone and help make him blossom. 
Wally put a smile on his face and didn't let his darkness, his pain and loss overpower him. Wally's life gave Dick's life energy.

Dick just couldn't see his life without Wally. 
Wally was the one of the best things to happen in his life after his whole world exploded. He gained Bruce, Alfred, Robin and especially Wally.

The speedster brought light and joy to his sad and shattered heart. His everything make Dick's heart skip a beat, made him lose his breath and made butterflies flutter inside his stomach.

Dick brought so much happiness and love for Wally. He was his best friend, Dick was the only person who never seemed to get mad or upset with him like so many others did. Dick's kindness, his smiles, his blue eyes, everything about him consumed Wally, making him love him even more. But Dick had been through a lot, more so than anyone should ever go through and it effected him a lot at times and seeing the sadness so tightly threaded in him hurt Wally's heart and no matter what Wally was going to be there for him.

He cared way too much for Dick to let him be swallowed up by all the darkness that laid within this world and inside him.

The tears he cried, Wally cried too. The pain, cuts and heartache Wally took on upon himself too. He loved Dick with every single thing he had, every molecule ached to be there and around Dick, for Dick gave Wally something special to live for.

There was no way he could ever see his life without Dick. It just wasn't possible. Dick has been there every minute since he became Kid Flash. Dick inspired him every second of the day even if he didn't realize it. Despite all of the things he has seen and been through he keeps hope alive inside of him, he manages to smile and to love everyone and everything. His kindness brings air to Wally's lungs. His laughter and smiles makes his heart quicken and pump more blood to his body.
Every little thing that makes Dick who he is was also making Wally who he was for Dick. Dick's small smiles, hugs and cuddles made Wally want to hug Dick in the late evenings after a scary nightmare, to wrap him up in a tight warm hug until he felt safe again. The little things Wally did for Dick was because of how amazing Dick was and all of the things he did to him, even without knowing it.

If Dick was gone, then Wally didn't know how to keep going. Dick was his whole world and not being by his side and sharing that seemed pointless.

They loved each other so much, it was powerful their love. It kept each other going and sent out kindness and hope to others.

Dick and Wally had found their soulmate and there was no way they were ever going to lose one another over anything. Their love meant way too much.
