THIRTY ONE
After getting fired by Felix, Ren had no other choice but to turn to Felix's mother. He witnessed Felix ruining his mother's wedding but he couldn't bring himself to interrupt or stop Felix.
He just watched from afar as he successfully got his revenge and got hurt by it too, seeing as his mother favored a child that wasn't even hers.
As Felix walked away, Ren approached his mother who had her wedding dress soaked in blood.
"Ren..." she says, looking down.
"Yes, ma'am." he responded rather nonchalantly. Her husband was trying to get her to stand up from the ground and her step son had a worried look on his face.
"Did you know that he would do this on my wedding day?" She asked, although her voice was calm, anyone could feel she was angry.
"No, ma'am. Ever since he fired me I don't have any knowledge on what is happening in his life." He says.
She scoffed, "You should've done a better job keeping tabs on him. He's a monster that shouldn't be set loose." She laughed, having lost all sense, as she stood up from the ground with her husband and step son supporting her.
"You should always remember your purpose, Ren. It's to serve my family, that's your bloodline's payment to the millions of debt that your family committed." She says.
Ren was silent, "Of course, ma'am."
"Instead of keeping an eye on Felix..." She suddenly added, trailing off as if she was thinking deeply about something, "Make sure he never gets the happy ending he deserves, even if you have to kill someone for it."
She says, she was cold and had a chilling look on her face. She could never forgive what her biological son did to crash her wedding, she could never see Felix as someone she gave birth to, and she could never see herself loving a monster that she created.
Felix was beyond saving, and she could only result to the last option; destroying him.
Ren hesitated, he didn't like what she instructed him to do. And to make matters worse, when she said "someone" he could only think of one person in Felix's life that would destroy him if they died.
It was her, it was Luna.
He hated the fact that the only person who's existence hold that much of importance to Felix's life would be her.

LUNA
Me recovering was Felix's top priority so he's been running around doing chores due to how there's literally no maids (because he fired them all).
All I do everyday is eat, sleep, watch movies, and repeat. I honestly couldn't get used to it at first but now I'm okay with it.
The front door opened and Felix went in, his hair disheveled and he pulled his necktie to loosen it.
I looked at him, "Hi." I say. A smile popped in his face but his eyes were obviously tired as he walked like a zombie to the couch and hugged me.
We were both now laying on the couch. He breathed into my shoulders as he was on top of me, hugging me.
He sighs, "This feels nice..." he says.
I chuckled, ruffling his hair. Is this what lovers usually do? I never had a boyfriend nor do I dreamt of getting one since I was basically a killing machine.
"By the way," He lifts up his head so that our eyes would meet. "Wanna go to korea with me?"
"What?" that was a very random question he brought up, "What would we be doing there?"
"To meet my uncle, the man you're desperately looking for" he responds.
I looked at him, my vision taking every inch of his face as I try to read him like an open book, "Aha, so that's why you've been up running about all week? And I am not that desperate." I say, the end was me defending my last sense of aura points around him.
I sat up and he also sat up, his face was messy like he just got up from bed.
"You are desperate, you might be even more interested in my uncle than me" He says, putting his face closer to mine. I blocked his face with my hands, pushing him away.
"Oh, shut up." I say and he only laughed.
"I found him, just a couple of days ago and I just booked a flight yesterday. We're leaving this weekend." He got up from the couch as he stretched.
I laughed, "What's the point of asking me when you already booked the tickets?"
He shrugs, smirking, "I wanted to. Besides, I could always make changes for you if you decide to change your mind." He says.
for you...
what he said made me feel special or maybe I'm just so cooked that anything he says or do makes me feel special.
I smiled, "I'll go with you."

JOOYEON was struggling as he tried to shake his tied up hands, the black blindfold was covering his vision but he was sure that he was being kept in an isolated place.
It was very quiet...
not until a loud bang erupted, he flinched and could only rely on his hearing as he was currently blind.
faint footsteps started to grow closer to him, it echoed, meaning that he was in a spacious room.
His best guess was that it was in an abandoned place.
A scent overtook his nose when he felt someone's presence in front of him. It smelled like perfume, a woman's perfume and he could tell it was a smell that couldn't be afforded by anyone.
Someone took off his blind fold causing him to see a woman hovering over him. Her warm chestnut hair glistening under the only light existing in the room.
She smiled at him as their eyes met, "Hi, you're jooyeon, right?"
"Who... Who are you!?" The chains rattled as Jooyeon tried to break free from it.
The woman giggled, "Sorry for being so rough, it wasn't my idea but his" She stepped aside allowing him to see someone from the shadows
As the man walked closer to him he could see his face clearly.
"W-What... You... Why are you doing this? This is the second time you did this to me!" He says when he saw a familiar face.
Kai smiled, "This time I know you won't help me so I had to result in a rather... not friendly approach."
"Help...?"
Kai pulled a chair on the side and started dragging it, the metallic dragging of the chair made such loud sounds that bounced off in every wall of the room.
He stopped in front of him and sat at the chair, the woman was only giggling and standing behind him.
"What do you mean help? What could be that help that you're sure I won't be helping you with?" Jooyeon asks again.
There was a long silence before Kai looked at him with a look that could kill.
"To kill Luna."
