Two Weeks Later

In the Mentor's Quarters. Adam, Bree, Chase and McKayla are on a video call whit Leo.

"It's really weird not having you here, Leo. Everybody really misses you." Bree says "It's been two weeks. When are you coming back?" Chase asks "I'm sorry, guys. When I said I was done, I meant it. I've hung up my mission suit forever." Leo says.

"Then can I have it? I found a guy in Japan who's willing to pay top dollar." Adam says, McKayla hits him on the arm and shakes her head "Idiot" she thinks.

"I appreciate the call, but things are actually great back here. Uh, school is much better without Perry and I get to spend a ton of time with my mom." Leo says "Aw that's so sweet" McKayla says "It's every sixteen-year-old boy's dream." Bree says sarcastically.

"Are you sure we can't change your mind?" Chase asks "Sorry, guys. I'm staying here. I gotta go. Mom's hosting her book club tonight, and I'm in charge of dessert. Turns out, my laser sphere has caramelized the perfect crème brulée." Leo forces a smile.

Chase smiles gently at Leo, McKayla nods with an understanding smile "Ooh, that sounds good. Do I, uh, have to read a book to get in on that?" Adam asks, Leo frowns.

"Later, guys." Leo hangs up "I feel bad. We should've given him more credit." Bree says "It's true" McKayla thinks "I know. And he deserves to be up there with us at the award ceremony tomorrow." Chase says.

"Couldn't agree with you more. And that's why he's gonna be." Adam says "How?" McKayla asks "Say hello to the newest member of the bionic team." Adam pulls out a cardboard cutout of Leo "Cardboard Leo." Adam smiles.

McKayla frowns "What is that?" Chase ask "Uh, it's a life-size cardboard cutout of Leo, hence the name Cardboard Leo. Pay attention, Chase. This stuff isn't that hard." Adam says.

"Uh you were humiliated now" McKayla mocks Chase "I think what he means is, are you crazy?We can't bring that to the ceremony!" Bree says "It's just depressing," McKayla says.

"Of course we can, and it's not depressing cuz if things get boring, I'm gonna fold him into an airplane and fly him around." Adam makes flying noises "Whee!" Adam says.

In the common area.

Donald walks in with the bionic trio and the duo of cousins "So 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, we'll take the hydraloop to the mainland, and we will travel to the President's award ceremony in my self-driving limo." Donald says.

"I call shotgun!" Adam raises his hand "Adam, it's a limo. Everyone rides in the back." Chase says "You sit where you want. I will still be holding the shotgun." Adam says.

"McKayla, Luke, I reserved front row seats for you since apparently wherever we are you are" Donald says "Exactly that" McKayla smiles "I'm glad that's clear" Luke pats his back.

"Once the president is dazzled, I will undoubtedly be showered with a big, fat contract and piles of cash, which I just might share with you three." Donald says "Mm-hmm" McKayla says sarcastically "Really?" Bree asks "No." Donald laughs.

"Wait, wait, wait. So even though it's our award ceremony, now it's become all about you?" Chase says "You know, for the smartest man in the world, it really took you a long time to figure that out." Donald walks away.

"I knew from the start tho" Chase shrugs "We all knew Buddy" Luke says.

Douglas, Taylor, and Logan walk in.

"Taylor!" Bree says "Hey!" McKayla says "Taylor!" Chase, Taylor hugs them.

"I'm so glad you're okay" McKayla hugs Taylor tightly "Thanks to you, if you hadn't gotten me out of the way I would definitely lose my vision or worse. I don't even know how to thank you" Taylor smiles, McKayla hugs her friend again.

"Hey! Good to see you up and around. Just so you know, this is Adam." Adam says loudly "I didn't lose my hearing" Taylor says "She obviously didn't lose that nasty attitude either." Adam says "Stop, she didn't lost anything" McKayla says.

"But i'm impressed, Taylor. You've made a lot of progress in a few weeks." Bree says "Thanks. I have been working really hard." Taylor says "I'm glad you recovered well" Luke says, Taylor smiles.

"Have any of you guys spoken to Leo? I was hoping someone convinced him to come back to the academy by now." Taylor asks "We talked to him earlier today, but no luck. He won't change his mind." Bree says.

"Oh, yeah, it's really annoying when people don't understand what you're going through." Adam says loudly, Taylor makes a face and walks out of the room "You see, there's that attitude again." Adam says "See, there's that stupidity again" Luke says.

Bree laughs loudly, everyone looks at her and she clears her throat "What? That was funny" Bree says, Luke smile proudly.

In the Mentor's Quarters.

Chase is reading a science magazine while McKayla reads a book McKayla has her legs over Chase's legs.

McKayla can't fully pay attention to the book because she can only think about Chase, McKayla closes her book and approaches Chase, leaning on her own legs "What are you reading?" McKayla asks.

Chase scoffs "I know you don't really want to know" Chase says "I do!" McKayla says, Chase looks at her "I want to hear you talk about" McKayla says "Damn she's perfect" he thinks.

Bree walks in holding two dresses "Hey, Mack which dress do you like better for the ceremony? Red or black?" Bree asks "What shoes are you going to wear?" McKayla asks "Those heeled sandals, you know my favorite" Bree says.

"Then wear the black dress" McKayla says "Are you sure?" Bree asks "Wait let me see red again" McKayla says "Yeah red is the obvious match for your skin tone." Chase says absentmindedly, McKayla frowns.

Adam walks in holding Cardboard Leo "Hey, Chase, which one of these outfits look better on Cardboard Leo? Blue...or black?" Adam asks "Why are you dressing up Cardboard Leo?" Chase asks.

"Hey, if I have to wear a suit to the award ceremony, so does he. But, the joke's on you because we're both going commando." Adam says, McKayla frowns and shakes her head "Adam, get rid of that thing." Chase says.

"No! When real Leo watches from home, I want him to feel like he's still an important part of our team." Adam says "Have you lost your mind?" Bree says "His intention is cute tho" McKayla says.

"This is not our brother, it's a piece of cardboard!" Bree says "No, it's four pieces of cardboard and I spent an extra $250 on the glossy finish so you WILL respect him" Adam says "I give up" Bree leaves room.

Adam looks at Chase and McKayla "Go with the blue. It's all the rage this season."Chase smiles, McKayla chuckles, Adam frowns and leaves.

McKayla bites her lip lightly "Uh, I also want help deciding on my dress, can you help me?" McKayla says gently holding his hand on her leg "Really?" Chase says "Yeah, I have three options. Want to see?" McKayla says shyly, as she moves her hand a little up her thigh, Chase blushes.

"Uh I-i...i want!" Chase says and he clears his throat "I want" Chase says shyly, McKayla giggles "I'll be right back" McKayla says and leaves.

In the limo.

Donald and Douglas sit on the bench at the back of the limo, while McKayla sits in the middle of Bree and Chase.

Luke walks in "Woah I've only seen limos in movies" Luke says impressed "But I've never like this kid" Donald says "Ph you bet. That's a thousand times better" Luke smiles "Did I say you liked this kid?" Donald says.

McKayla asks Chase to move aside so Luke can sit next to Bree "You look really stunning in that dress" Luke says "Oh...thank you" Bree says shyly "And also very hot, but as I'm a polite guy I'll pretend I didn't notice that" Luke thinks.

"You know. It flatters your skin tone and highlights your eyes" Luke says, Bree frowns "I told you so" Chase says. McKayla and Bree exchange confused looks and shrug.

"So, how'd you guys get this thing to the mainland?" Chase asks "We had to helicopter it in from the island." Donald says "It was hung from incredibly strong cables. The same ones they used to pull Mr. Davenport into his tux pants." Bree says, Luke chuckles.

"For your information, I got into these pants without any help from technology." Donald says "It's worrying that you say this phrase so naturally" Luke says.

"It's true. He used a girdle. And I had to tie it. And that thing did not want to be tied. I have rope burns." Douglas shows his hand "Aw Apply aloe topically. Ir helps" McKayla smiles gently "Oh Thanks, I didn't know that" Douglas smiles, McKayla smiles proudly, Chase frowns at her.

"What?" McKayla asks, Chase rolls his eyes. Adam opens the car door and climbs in with Cardboard Leo "Hey, make some room for Leo." Adam says.

Adam awkwardly passes over everyone sitting in the limo and cardboard Leo's foot hits Luke in the face "Ow!" Luke says "Hey, watch the face. That's my money." Donald says as Adam sit in the limo seat.

"I thought your brains were your money." Chase says "No, I mean actual money. I just had $50,000 worth of work done to this thing." Donald says "Too bad it didn't work" Luke says with his hand on his cheek where the cardboard Leo hit him "What?" Donald asks "Money well spent" Luke gives a thumbs up.

"This thing could not be more in the way." Bree says pushing cardboard Leo "Exactly. Just like the real Leo." Adam smiles.

Bree notices the cardboard cut on Luke's cheek "Oh that cut you" Bree points out "Relax, it's just a small paper cut it's not serious" Luke says "Yeah but I won't let you show up like that at the ceremony" Bree says taking her toiletry bag.

"What?" Luke says "I'll cover it" Bree grabs some makeup "Bree, no need" Luke chuckles "No, I insist. Here" Bree gently cups his face and covers the small cut with makeup.

Luke blushes intensely feeling Bree hold his face gently, she taps the makeup sponge lightly on his face what it makes him smile "Everyone needs to look perfect at the ceremony. Including you" Bree says "Although you are always perfect" she thinks, Luke looks at her in the eyes as she continues to hold his chin.

"That's very kind of you" Luke says calmly, Bree bites her lip "Seatbelts, everyone." Donald says, Bree lets go of Luke's chin and he swallows hard "Good as new" Bree says over his cheek "Thank you" Luke says..

"Drive to the presidential award ceremony." Donald tells the car "Whoa. This thing does whatever you tell it to? Cool! Pop a wheelie!" Adam tells them car "No!" Everyone shouts.

"It's okay. It's okay. The first thing I taught the computer was to tune out Adam's voice." Donald says, everyone breathes a sigh of relief "Pop a wheelie!" Donald says, the car does a wheelie, and everyone in the limo screams.

In the limo, a little while later.

"I gotta hand it to you, Mr. Davenport. This is the smoothest ride I've ever been in." Bree says "Yeah. You would never know this thing doesn't have a driver. The only thing that gets in the way is the look of sheer terror on other people's faces as we pass by." Chase says.

"It's part of the entertainment. Wait, can we pass by my brother's house? He's going to have a freak out!" McKayla laughs. Chase chuckles.

"Driver error is the number-one cause of car accidents. This little baby will make automobile transportation a hundred times safer." Donald says "And taxi drivers are going to hate you, Donny" Luke says sarcastically.

Donald glares at him"In case of emergency, the entire vehicle goes into lockdown. You are safer here than anywhere in the world." Donald says.

Chase looks out the window "Oh, cool. We're going over the Hurst Memorial bridge. Interesting fact. It's one of the largest suspension bridges in the world. Erected in 1951 by a small group of...""Here's another interesting fact. No one cares." Bree interrupts Chase.

Chase rolls his eyes "Did you know that the coloring of this bridge was designed specifically for...""Hey, if anyone is going to tell you a fact about the bridge. It will be me" Chase interrupts Luke.

"Do you own the bridge now?" Luke says "We got it, you both know a lot about the bridge. But can we stop arguing about a bridge now?!" McKayla says, Luke and Chase make annoyed faces. Chase and Luke constantly argue because they want to know more about each other on certain topics.

Luke isn't stupid enough to think he's smarter than Chase. He knows it's impossible but he wants to show Chase that he's smart. But every time he tries to show this, Chase feels threatened and defends himself and the two get in a little competition of who knows more.

The brakes of the limo screeches, jolting everyone in the car "What was that?" Douglas asks "I don't know. Partition down." Donald tells the car, the partition goes down, revealing cars swerving on the bridge.

"What's happening?" Bree asks worriedly "The bridge cables are snapping." Chase says "Ah Man! This thing has been standing since 1951 and when we decided to pass it the cables snap. Are we really that unlucky?!" Luke says frustrated.

"Put it up, put it up!" Douglas says "Partition up!" Donald says "Everybody hold on!" Donald says.

Limo swerves and bumps into stuff, McKayla holds Chase's hand tightly and closes her eyes in fear. The limo finally stops.

"Is everybody okay?" Donald asks "Yes" McKayla says "A little hungry, but..." Adam says "Are we...rocking?" Luke asks "Wait. Why- Why are we rocking?" Bree asks.

"The limo must be wedged over something." Donald says "What do you think it is?" Adam says "Partition down." Donald says, partition goes down, revealing the sky.

"Oh this isn't good" Luke says "Ooh, look, clouds. I didn't know this thing could fly. Can I get a ginger ale and a bag of peanuts?" Adam says "We're not flying. We're dangling off the bridge!" Chase says.

Chase looks at his phone "Okay. According to this, a transport ship slammed into the bridge. If those cables keep snapping, we're done for." Chase says "Thanks for saying what we're all seeing." Bree says.

McKayla takes a deep breath trying to stay calm "McKayla, Darling. I know you're scared but if you could not dig your nails into my arm my skin would thank you" Chase says painfully, McKayla lets go of his arm "Sorry" McKayla says.

"We have to get out of here." Bree tries to open the door "Why won't the doors open?!" Bree asks Donald "The limo's computer sensed the emergency and put the car into immediate lockdown mode." Donald says.

"The technology that makes it impossible to get inside the limo also makes it impossible to get out." Douglas explains "Even with our bionics?" Bree asks "Safer here than anywhere else in the world huh?" Luke says sarcastically.

"Yes, thanks to Douglas." Donald says "Me? The limo was your idea!" Douglas says "Yeah, until you ruined it. "I can break into your limo. I'm a bad boy. I have spiked hair and wear too many bracelets."" Donald says.

"Hey, don't talk about him like that. If he did it, it was because you encouraged him to do it" McKayla says, Douglas agrees "Can you stop that?" Chase tells McKayla annoyed, she looks at him "Stop what?" McKayla says.

Chase rolls his eyes "Just, stop fighting. We have to get out of here." Chase says "Well, I'm not just gonna sit here all day. I'm busting us out." Adam punches the car and it starts rocking.

Luke holds Bree so she doesn't fall on top of him, while Chase doesn't hold McKayla and she falls on top of his lap while Chase tries not to fall on top of Adam.

"Everyone stop moving." Douglas says, everyone stops, Bree holds Luke's hands on her belly breathing quickly, hesitantly they look at each other with their faces so close that they can feel each other's breath but both are whit scared looks.

Donald starts breathing rapidly, Douglas frowns at him "Stay calm, Donnie. We'll figure a way out of this." Douglas says "It's not that. I gotta figure a way out of this girdle." Donald hyperventilates.

"Oh, no. If that thing bursts, it'll take us out before the bridge does." Douglas says dramatically.

In the common area.

The students are watching the bridge accident on the news.

"It's bad. There's still tons of civilians on that bridge." Logan says "We've got to rescue them." Taylor says.

"Wait. That's Mr. Davenport's limo. Adam, Bree, and Chase must be trapped inside, or they would've started the rescue by now." Logan says.

Taylor turns to the students "Listen up, guys. I know you've never been on a mission, but you can do this. Get moving. I'll send the coordinates." Taylor says, the students all leave.

"What are we gonna do?" Logan asks "We're gonna call Leo." Taylor taps buttons on the console and Leo pops on the screen on a video call.

"Can't talk, Big D. The crème brulée was such a hit last night, the book club gals came back for brunch. Alm it up, Betty." Leo says absentmindedly "Wait. He can cook? Is there anything this guy can't do?" Logan says.

Leo sees Taylor on video call "Taylor. It's good to see you. I am glad that you are fine...I heard you've been training." Leo says "Forget about me. There's been a horrible accident with your family's limo." Taylor says.

"What? Where?" Leo asks "The Hurst Memorial bridge. The limo's barely hanging on. I know you quit the team, but your family needs you." Taylor says "Okay, I'll meet you both there." Leo says, Taylor seems hesitant due to all the recovery she's been through.

"Don't worry. We're gonna make it though this together. All three of us." Leo says to comfort her "All right. Let's do it." Taylor says, the video call ends and she and Logan leave.

In the limo.

"If I can find a way to shut down the computer, the limo will terminate lockdown mode." Donald says "Have you tried overriding the security architecture?" Douglas suggests.

"What about jail-breaking the cryptographic interface?" Chase suggests "What about the off button?" Adam suggests everyone look at him.

"I don't think he's taking this very seriously, Leo." Adam talks to cardboard Leo "Stop talking to cardboard!!!" Chase tries to take the cardboard away from Adam, the car jolts and starts to rock on the bridge.

Everyone holds on, Chase this time holds McKayla on top of his lap "Don't move. Every time you do, we're one step closer to plummeting to our death. Just stay still." Donald says.

McKayla tries to get off Chase's lap "Ah you heard him" Chase holds her back "I don't think that's a very comfortable position..." McKayla says shyly "It's really not the most appropriate word for it" Chase thinks, while he blushes nervously.

"Mack, stop thinking about yourself and think about the safety of others" Chase says "Mm-hmm because that's exactly what you're thinking about I see" McKayla blushes.

"I have to sneeze." Bree says "Can you hold it?" Chase asks "No." Bree starts trying to hold back a sneeze "Pinch her nose!" Donald says.

Luke pinches Bree's nose to prevent her from sneezing "There you Go" Luke tells her gently. Adam sneezes violently and the whole car jolts again "Oh come on!!" Luke shouts.

At the bridge, students are helping civilians when Leo arrives.

"Sorry I'm late. I was in such a rush, I went to the wrong bridge. You'll be happy to know all is well on the Norcal connector." Leo tells Taylor and Logan.

"That's the last of the civilians." Logan says "Get them off the bridge and set up the triage area. Where's the limo?" Leo asks "Over there." Logan pointsm

In the limo, Donald turns on the news on the screen, showing the bridge accident.

"Oh. Good idea, Mr. Davenport. Turn on a good movie to take our minds off this tragic situation." Adam says, Bree sighs in distress and looks at Luke who is looking at the screen "Ooh, looks like an action flick." Adam says.

"That's not a movie, that's us!" Chase says "No it's not. If this were real life, the car would move when I do this" Adam threatens to move and McKayla tugs his ear "Don't you dare!" McKayla threatens "Okay, it's real, it's real!" Adam says and McKayla lets go of his ear.

Leo, Taylor, and Logan are shown on the screen "That's Leo. He came to save us." Donald presses a button in car "Leo, can you hear me? Leo?" Donald says.

"Yes, Big D, I can hear you. We're coming to get you." Leo says "No. It's too unstable. I don't want you to get hurt. Listen to me very carefully. We're locked in. See that silver shark fin on the rear windshield?" Donald says.

"I see it." Leo says "That's the housing unit for the computer system. I need you to find a way to disable it. Then it will release the locks, and we can climb out." Donald says "Got it." Leo nods.

"They can do this. Right?" Bree says "Obviously they can!" McKayla says firmly.

'We gotta figure out a way to disable that computer system." Logan says, the car jolts again, and starts rocking slightly "Wait. Our EMP ability. It disables any electrical charge. If we generate a sphere, then Logan can guide it to take out the limo's computer." Leo tells Taylor.

"Yes!" Taylor says "Let's do it." Taylor and Leo hold hands while a sphere of energy accumulates in their hands "Keep going." Logan says.

Leo looks at Taylor worried, remembering the accident he caused and lets go of her hand.

"What's the matter? Why'd you stop?" Taylor asks "I can't do this. What if I hurt you again? What if I hurt them?" Leo says worriedly.

"Leo, it's okay. It was an accident. And if I'm not gonna let it stop me from being a bionic hero, why should you?" Taylor says, Leo seems hesitant.

"This is it, Leo. This is your chance to prove you're the leader I know you are. So...are you in?" Taylor holds out her hand "Yeah. I'm in." Leo takes her hand.

In the limo "Hello. Sliding off a bridge over here!" Donald says "Hang on! We have a plan." Leo says.

"You know, based on the last 40 times that he said that, I'd say we have, oh, a 10% chance of making it." Chase says sarcastically, McKayla scoffs and shakes her head in disagreement.

"Hey, hey, he came all the way out here to save us. Give the kid some credit....12%." Donald says.

"Can you guys stop this? What's the problem with you? Don't you think you've already worn the boy out enough, so much that he wanted to give up? Now that he's here against his will just to save you, something that he is capable of. You should see this as a second chance to support him" McKayla says .

Everyone looks at each other thoughtfully "She's right" Luke says, everyone agrees slightly while Leo outside is motivated by his friend's speech.

Taylor and Leo hold hands while a sphere of energy accumulates in their hands

"Little more. Okay, Logan, on my cue. aim the sphere at that silver fin." Leo says "Got it." Logan says.

Leo looks at Taylor "Trust me. We got this. All right, Logan... Now!" Leo says, Logan aims the EMP towards the car, and disables the silver fin on the window, making the car unlock.

"They did it. Let's get outta here."Douglas says, Everyone take off their safety belts "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Single file, people. Me first." Douglas says, he tries to leave and the car rocks unsteadily.

"Wait, wait, wait. Open the sun roof and Bree can super speed us out one by one." Chase says "Yeah." Bree says, Donald opens the sun roof "Let's go." Bree says.

Bree super speeds Adam, Luke, Douglas, and Donald out, one boy one.

"Damn it!" McKayla says seeing that her dress got stuck in her seat belt "It's stuck" McKayla says "Quickly, I'll help you" Chase helps her get free "Go!" Chase says, McKayla starts to climb out and is knocked back into the car by the jolts.

"Chase!" Bree shouts "McKayla!" Luke shouts worriedly "We have to go now. The whole bridge is about to go down." Taylor says.

"I'll get Chase and M.C. You guys get everyone else out of here." Leo says "But, Leo, we can...""There's no time! Go!" Leo demands.

"Grab on!" Bree super speeds away with Adam, Luke, Donald, Douglas, Taylor, and Logan. Leo grabs onto the back of the limo with his bionic arm.

Chase climbs onto the roof of the limo "McKayla come on!" Chase holds her hand to help her but the jolts destabilizes them again.

"Leo, you have to let go or it's gonna take you with it." McKayla says "I'm not letting go." Leo says.

"Go!" McKayla tells Chase "I'm not leaving without you!" Chase says firmly "Chase! Go!" McKayla says "No!" Chase says "I can't" McKayla says in fear.

"Guys, it's really heavy!' Leo says, Chase looks at McKayla "Come right after me and I promise I'll catch you" Chase says "What?" McKayla says.

"You can do it" Chase says, McKayla shakes her head "No" McKayla says "Yes you can M.C! You're a hero, remember?!" Leo says "I believe in you as much as you believe in me" Leo says, McKayla looks at Chase and nods.

Chase struggles to get out of the car while Leo struggles to hold onto the limo "Give me your hand." Leo says, Chase and Leo struggle to grasp hands. Finally, they lock hands and Leo pulls Chase onto the bridge.

McKayla is on the roof of the limo "Woah!" McKayla tries to keep her balance until she can hold Leo's hand, the limo starts to fall "Jump!" Leo shouts being almost taken together.

Chase approaches the car and McKayla gives one last push to jump off the roof of the limo while the limo fallis into the water below

Chase runs over and holds her in his arms and pulls her off the edge of the bridge.

McKayla holds Chase's neck in fear until she meets his eyes "Am I alive?" McKayla says, Chase laughs "Told you I would catch you" Chase says, McKayla smiles and he puts her down.

"Wow! Leo, you did it. You saved our lifes. Sorry I ever doubted you." Chase says "I'm just glad you're okay." Leo says "Thanks Leo" McKayla says, they hug and then glance down into the water below.

"Wait, there's someone floating in the water!" Leo says, Chase and McKayla make a face "Is that me?" Leo asks.

"Oh, don't worry. That's just cardboard you. Trust me, he wasn't worth saving." Chase says "But Adam is going to be so sad," McKayla says, the bridge jolts and they run.

At the award ceremony.

"These individuals before you are the epitome of what a hero should be." The President gives the speech.

"Itchy, itchy, itchy, itchy. Why didn't I wear underwear?" Adam thinks uncomfortably.

"They are the most selfless, humble people that I know." The President says.

Bree looks ahead confidently "My face is on every channel. Melissa Finnegan is so jealous right now." Bree thinks.

"Because of their courageous actions, the world is a better place." The President says.

"I'm gonna take your job. I'm gonna be president someday." Chase thinks with a confident smile "This place will be mine. All mine." Chase widens his eyes possessively.

"Heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but the real way to measure a true hero is by their determination to never give up." The President says.

Leo is revealed to be standing on the platform with them and the audience applauds

"If I didn't have to go to the bathroom so badly, I might actually be enjoying this." Leo thinks uncomfortably.

McKayla and Luke applaud from the front row.

"Why was Bree so worried about the dress and stuff if they were going to wear their Mission Suits to the ceremony?" McKayla thinks, tilting her head.

"I can't believe I'm face to face with the President! Aaahh! Does he need an assistant? I would do anything to work at the White House" Luke smiles wildly.

"People of our nation, and our planet, are beyond grateful for the contributions that you four have made for our safety and well-being. There is no way we can repay you for all that you've done." The President says.

"Well, don't let that stop you from writing a big, fat check." Adam says, everyone looks at him indignantly "Did I just say that out loud?" Adam asks, everyone still looks at him "Oh, good. I didn't." Adam smiles

In the training area.

Donald walks in "Listen up, everybody. Someone very special is rejoining the team." Donald says, Leo walks in wearing a mentor's uniform and everyone claps and cheers.

"Whoa. I was expecting someone completely different." Adam says "Yeah, I'm not going to lie, I was too," McKayla says.

"Not only is Leo back at the island, but because of his bravery and leadership on the bridge mission, I have officially made him a mentor." Donald says "Oh my, yes! Congratulations Leo!" McKayla hugs him "Thank you, I also thank you for believing in me" Leo says.

Everyone claps and cheers again "Couldn't be prouder of you, buddy." Chase says, they hug.

"Congrats, Mr. Mentor. And thanks." Taylor says "For what?" Leo asks "I was kind of scared to go on a mission again, Leo. But you changed all that." Taylor says.

"I'm the one who should be thanking you. You showed me I really am a leader." Leo says and they hug "I love you guys" Logan smiles and hugs them both, Taylor frowns in confusion.

Douglas starts crying a couple feet away from them.

"Are you crying?" Bree asks "No! I'm just allergic to happiness." Douglas says tearfully.

"Aww you don't have to be so tough all the time" McKayla threatens to go to Douglas and Chase gently pulls her back, putting his arms around her with an annoyed giggle "He never is" Chase says, McKayla frowns.

"Come on, you old softie. Now that everybody's safe, you can help me out of this girdle." Donald tells Douglas who starts crying harder.

Douglas and Donald walk out of the room. Chase hoists Leo onto his shoulder and they all start chanting "Leo, Leo, Leo, Leo, Leo, Leo, Leo, Leo!".
