At McKayla's house, it's morning and she's in her room doing morning exercises with headphones on.

When suddenly she sees a commotion, and Trent running in the hallway and quickly going down the stairs, when she takes off her headphones to see what is going on she hears the smoke detector.

"Fire!!' Trent screams down the stairs, McKayla runs after him hearing the house's smoke detector go off.

McKayla and Trent run to the kitchen where they see a frying pan on the stove on fire "Dad!!" McKayla screams seeing her father, Mason. Running to get a dish towel to put out the fire.

"Throw water!" Trent says, Mason grabs a dishtowel and heads towards the stove trying to stay calm "Stop!" McKayla says, taking the lid off the frying pan and closing it quickly, quickly the fire goes out.

Everyone sighs "You're crazy dad, this dishtowel isn't even damp!" McKayla takes the cloth from his hands, Mason passes his hands over his forehead "Woah how do you..?" Trent points to the frying pan.

"You don't throw water on a fire like that, water does not mix with oil, it spreads thousands of oil droplets into the air when it evaporates. In contact with oxygen in the air, the droplets react and catch fire at the same time." McKayla starts opening the windows to air out the place, Trent frowns "The fire reduces with the smothering, This reduces the amount of oxygen on the frying surface" McKayla says.

"How do you know that?" Trent asks, McKayla sits at the kitchen table and thinks "I don't really know" McKayla says confused "That's my girl" Mason says impressed and proud with how quick she thought.

"What happened? I heard screams, who hit who?" Says McKayla's mother, Brooke. Entering the kitchen worried about a smudged eyeliner on her face.

"Relax, it's oka...Aahg!" Trent says with disgust of the smudged eyeliner on his mother's face, she looks at him irritated, Brooke rolls her eyes and wipes her face "I was putting on makeup when I heard you scream, what happened?" Brooke asks.

"I wanted to surprise you guys with pancakes for breakfast...But I ended up forgetting the stove turned on" Mason points to a plate of pancakes on the table "Aw Mase, Honey you I didn't need to worry" Brooke says going over to him.

"Yeah, dad that's really nice of you but, no offense but shouldn't you be working right now?" McKayla says, Trent grabs a plate and starts putting himself pancakes, Brooke looks at Mason worriedly.

Mason sighs "That's why the pancakes and the family breakfast, to lighten the mood" Mason says crossing his arms, Trent continues putting himself to pancakes, putting almost all of them on his plate without leaving much left for the others, McKayla hits him on the arm to make him stop.

"What happened?" Brooke asks putting her hand on Mason's arm "I got fired" Mason says, everyone looks at each other upset "What? When?" Brooke asks "Yesterday on my night shift" Mason says.

"Why? I mean just because you don't have any security in the kitchen doesn't mean you're a bad security guard!" Trent says, McKayla tilts her head slightly in agreement.

Mason glares at Trent "Because they reduced the number of employees in my sector, and I was one of the lucky ones" Mason says frustrated "Aw Bae" Brooke hugs Mason.

"I'm sorry dad, I know how much you loved that job" McKayla says upset "Yeah, not as much you loved the money that job gave you" Trent says, Mason agrees, hugging Brooke.

"Yeah well, that's it now....and I see helping your mom at the bakery isn't an option" Mason points to the burnt frying pan "The breads are grateful" McKayla says sarcastically.

"I'm going to start looking for jobs today, I'm sure there's somewhere out there looking for a security guard" Mason says thoughtfully, trying to conform "Of course there's Honey, everything's going to be fine, right kids?" Brooke says.

"Yeah!" Trent and McKayla say trying to cheer him up "They'll see that firing you was the biggest mistake that company made!" Trente says "I agree" McKayla says with a piece of pancake in her mouth.

"I'm going to double my shift at the bakery, if you don't get a job in a week..." "We put Trent to work" Mason interrupts Brooke "why me?" Trent says "Because you're a dork with 20 years on your face, It's about time you stopped being a wimp and got to work" Mason says.

"Mason!" Brooke says, Trent presses his lips together irritably and McKayla rolls her eyes "I'm going to get ready for school" McKayla leaves "I've been telling him that for years...""he hasn't finished school yet" Brooke says, Mason laughs "I'm almost there!" Trent says.

"Okay, but if I say that you need to work to help your family, you will work!" Mason says, Trent rolls his eyes "Fine!" Trent says "Okay, that's enough. Trent is going to get ready for school" Brooke says.

Mason puts his hand on his forehead, he is visibly stressed "We're going to be okay, Honey" Brooke says gently and kisses Mason quickly and gently, he smiles at her stroking her arms.

McKayla walks up the stairs wearing a shirt and gym shorts that come down to her mid-thigh, Mason frowns, "Hey! Where do you think you're going?" Mason says irritated.

"To school?" McKayla says "No pants?" Manson approaches her, Trent goes down the stairs and takes his backpack, and opena a gum.

"It's a shorts dad, gym shorts I have dance training later. Its confortable" McKayla says confused "You're not going to go out like this" Masons says, Brooke tries to hold back her laughter and puts her hand on her forehead.

"What!? Dad!" McKayla says "You heard me McKayla, go put on pants" Mason says "this goes to mid-thigh" McKayla complains "McKayla, Now!" Mason says "Mom!" McKayla says "Just go McKayla, it's not worth arguing and you'll be late" Brooke says calmly.

McKayla rolls her eyes, and go up the stairs. Her father really is someone who sometimes isn't worth discussing, due to many things. Including his security work, he has become someone extremely protective and systematic.

Things that broke out of the systems he was used to to protect his family bothered him beyond control, and his daughter's adolescence and growth, is one of the things out of his control that unfortunately he needs to deal with but has great difficulty doing so.

Brooke was responsible for supporting him through this difficulty and making him overcome it, opening his eyes to the fact that McKayla is no longer a little girl.

Brooke approaches him "Let the girl dress the way she wants, she has her own style and it's beautiful. Just because you don't approve doesn't mean something is necessarily wrong" Brooke says, Mason frowns "did you see that thing?" Mason says "the cheerleader skirts I wore to school were a lot shorter back then" Brooke says.

"It was different," Mason says, "has it ever crossed your mind that she's the age we were when we started dating?" Brooke points out, Mason grinds his teeth in agony at the thought.

Brooke smiles "yeah, at her age you and I used to skip school, with the car that you secretly took from your dad to go to that ice cream shop in front of the park" Brooke says with a dreamy smile, remembering those times, Mason rolls his eyes with a smile.

"and where did that get us?" Mason points to Trent in the living room playing and pulling the gum in his mouth, Brooke looks at him with disgust, Mason nods at her and she looks at him and sighs "To a lovely family" Brooke says.

Mason smiles "You're very cute Brooke, but you have to admit that we were both irresponsible, and she's my little princess, I won't let anything happen to her" Mason says "I love your instinct as a protective father, Baby. But she is very intelligent and responsible, trust her" Brooke says leaving.

Mason sighs, McKayla comes down the stairs wearing jeans, she stops in front of Mason and smiles waiting for a comment "I love you" Mason says, as a way of apologizing for being hard on her "I love you too" McKayla says they both give a fist bump.

"Come on, Trent!" McKayla says, Trent goes to the door "Take that gel out of your hair, you look like an old woman who got caught in the rain" Mason ruffles Trent's hair.

As for Trent, Mason puts himself in this sergeant position, where his duty is to train Trent to be tougher than him, but he exaggerates, rarely praising the boy and putting too much pressure on him, he doesn't even realize how much this affects Trent who, no matter how hard he tries, isn't as tough as his father.

Trent sighs "I love you too dad" Trent says frustrated and leaves, Mason closes the door behind them.

Meanwhile in the lab.

Adam is smelling his shoe "Ugh! Smells like something died in here." Adam looks inside the shoe "Whoa! Something did die in here! Chase, look at this!" Adam says showing the shoe to Chase "No." Chase says "Well, at least tell me if this is fur or mold." Adam says "No!" Chase says with disgust.

Adam tries to put his shoe on, but rips a hole in it with his foot "Adam, what did you do to your shoe?" Chase says "I guess I don't know my own strength. The same thing happened yesterday with my underwear." Adam says, Chase frowns.

"Ooh, that reminds me, I got your a new headband for gym class." Adam tries to put the elastic waistband around Chase's head, but Chase rips it off in disgust.

Chase walks to the other side of the lab "Man, Mr. Davenport warned us about this. As we get older, our chips have to be re-calibrated to adjust for our growth." Chase says, Adam laughs "Oh, well, then yours will never have to be adjusted. 'Cause your body doesn't grow, get it? I'm saying you're small." Adam says "I get it!" Chase looks at him irritated.

"When Mr. Davenport gets back, he can re-calibrate your super strength. Toss me my backpack." Chase says, Adam throws Chase's backpack, and it slams into the lab doors, slightly bending them.

"Or we could do it now. Quick, get in your capsule." Chase says "Ah, but I like being ridiculously strong. I'm like King Kong without the little lady in his hand." Adam says, Chase puts his hands in his pockets impatiently "Go ahead, Chase, jump in." Adam extends his hand to Chase, and he shakes his head indignantly "Go!" Chase says "Fine." Adam says.

Adam gets in his capsule and Chase walks over to the console "All right, let's see, Adam's size parameters. Six-one, hundred and seventy-five pounds." Chase says "Make it a hundred and eighty. Had a big breakfast." Adam chuckles in the capsule, Chase shakes his head.

"Since your strength has intensified, I'm gonna dial it back from an 8 to a 6." Chase says "Hold on, you can adjust my strength?" Adam asks, Chase nods "Well, don't dial me down, make me a 10!" Adam says "No way. That would be like giving a stick of dynamite to a...well, you." Chase says.

Chase presses a button and a light flashes a couple of times in Adam's capsule "There. Done. Now hurry. We're gonna be late for school." Chase leaves the room.

"Uh, yeah, I'll be right there! I just have to...not do something for a minute" Adam presses buttons on the console and gets back in his capsule, and the light flashes again. Adam steps out of his capsule, shattering the door in the process "I can't wait to see if it worked!" Adam says excitedly and leaves.

In the cafeteria.

Chase, Adam and McKayla are going to a table, Chase moves a chair "Man, I always get stuck with the wobbly chair." Chase says "take mine" McKayla says "But then you'll have the wobbly chair" Chase says "Here, let me fix it. Hold my tray." Adam says handing his tray to McKayla.

Adam accidentally rips the back of the chair off with his super strength, Chase and McKayla's eyes widen slightly "Adam!" Chase says gritting his teeth "Budget cuts, am I right? The evidence is all around us, people." Chase says laughing nervously "I wonder where our monthly fee money goes,what a shame!" McKayla supports him

"You maxed out your super strength, didn't you?" Chase says quietly to Adam "Of course I did, look who you're talking to." Adam smiles, Chase quickly looks at McKayla "Do you believe that?" Chase whispers, McKayla shrugs and returns the tray to Adam.

"This is so dangerous. You can't control your strength, and it could cause a ton of glitches. We have to change you back, now!" Chase says "Calm down, you're overreacting." Adam sets his tray on the table, and the whole table collapses, Chase pulls McKayla away from the table by reflex, tugging at her shirt and pulling her closer to him.

"Okay, you can dial me down to a 9." Adam says, McKayla and Chase they look at him in disbelief, McKayla looks around seeing the reactions of the other students.

"What's our excuse now if this table was bought last week?" McKayla says softly to Chase who just looks at her with an annoyed look because of Adam.

In the lab.

Adam fixes his capsule door, Chase shakes his head "I can't believe you maxed out your strength after I specifically told you not to." Chase says.

"In my defense, you telling me what to do is like a monkey telling a hedgehog what to do... It's ridiculous. But it would make an awesome buddy cop movie." Adam says.

"Can we just please get this over with? I gotta get back to school. It's karaoke day in my Latin class and I'm singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star." Chase says, Adam frowns "♫ Scintillat scintallat paulo stella...♫ " Chase sings and smiles.

"You Do know you'll never date McKayla, right?" Adam says, Chase glares at him "Yeah? And if you get someone, she is gonna have to cut your food, so we're even. Get in your capsule." Chase says irritated.

Adam gets in his capsule and Chase presses buttons on the console "All right, reducing super strength in 3, 2, 1..." Chase says as he press the button a bright light flashes a couple of times in Adam's capsule.

"All right, we should probably test it out to make sure that you're back to normal. Come here." Chase says, Adam and Chase walk over to metal container.

"This is made out of ultra-strength titanium. Think you can break it?" Chase says "Sure, stand still while I smash it over your head." Adam says "No, with your hand." Chase says "Not as fun, but okay." Adam hits the container twice, and it doesn't break

"Ugh! I'm back to normal. Now I'm only a hundred times stronger than you." Adam sighs "I guess I'm gonna have to hit you more often to make up for it." Adam says, Chase looks at him distressed "You really don't have to." Chase says "Oh, that's sweet, but I really do." Adam says

"No, you don't" Chase starts to walk away "Yes, I do." Adam says "No, you don't." Chase says leaving "Come here." Adam starts advancing on Chase "Stop. Get away. Don't touch me. Don't... Get away, get away. No, no!" Chase says, Adam tackles him to the floor and Chase yells.

In the main hallway.

Chase and Adam walk in and see McKayla who was at the water fountain, "Hey, you guys are back!" McKayla smiles and goes to them, more specifically Chase.

"I missed you" McKayla says shyly, she didn't mean to say it but it just came out. Chase looks at her with a twinkle in his eye "Really?" Chase says with a wide smile, It is take a deep breath "Yeah" McKayla tilts her head and puts her hand on his arm.

Chase tries but fails to contain a giggle "I missed you too" Chase says gently, Adam rolls his eyes, McKayla smiles shyly looking down and tucking her hair behind her ear "Did you miss me too?" Adam asks.

Chase looks at Adam irritated, McKayla clears her throat "Yes, I missed you too" McKayla says awkwardly "I need to go back to class" McKayla says "See you there" Chase says, McKayla leaves.

"Hey, Chase, when you zapped me, I think you took a little bit of weight off." Adam says his clothes look bigger "Adam, that's impossible. It doesn't work like that." Chase walks over to the water fountain.

"The re-calibration adjusts the ratio of your muscle mass to your body frame and, who am I kidding? You stopped listening five seconds ago, right? Adam? Adam?" Chase doesn't see Adam anywhere "I'm down here!" A high, thin voice says.

Chase looks down and sees a pile of clothes on the floor and a tiny version of Adam standing in a shoe "Told you I was losing weight." Chase widens his eyes in disbelief.

Chase lies on the floor to talk to Adam in the shoe "Chase, what's going on?" Adam asks "I... I, I guess I was in such a rush to re-calibrate your chip, I accidentally forgot to enter the size parameters, which caused a glitch and..." Chase says worriedly "I'm two inches and naked! Do something!" Adam says.

Adam is in Chase's locker, wearing a purple ninja outfit.

"Really, Chase? A purple ninja outfit? You know purple's not my color!" Adam says "It was from the lost and found. There were only two action figures, this and power girl. And you do not have the legs to work that skirt." Chase shakes his head.

"Ha. Just hurry up and fix this! I can't stand being smaller than you." Adam says 'You know, I've been smaller than you for my entire life. Now you know what it's like. Do you remember all the names you called me?" Chase says

"Not all of 'em, but I remember there was Tinypants McGoo, Microman, Tiny Boy, Ant Boy, Eency Meency Little Woman..." Adam laughs, Chase takes a smaller container from his locker and places it over Adam.

"Hey! Whoa, hey! Why is it dark? What's going on? Let me out!" Adam screams, Chase smiles and removes the container "Hey, what'd you do that for?" Adam says "I wanted you to see what it's like to be picked on by someone larger than you. But, since I'm a nice guy, now I'll take you home to fix you." Chase says.

"Thank you, Chase. That's really big of you. And I don't get to say that very often." Adam chuckles "You just can't stop yourself, can you?" Chase says.

"I'll try. Um, you're huge...ly small. Nope, can't do it." Adam laughs "You know what? Forget home. We're gonna have a little fun." Chase smile "No, no, no, no. No! No!" Adam says as Chase picks him up.

"You know that new tarantula in the science lab?" Chase says as he holds Adam in his hand "Oh, yeah, Harvey! He's great." Adam says.

"Well, let's see how great he is when he gets a surprise visit from a tiny, purple ninja." Chase smiles "No!" Adam. starts yelling as Chase puts Adam in his pocket and walks away happily.

In the main hallway.

Chase walks happily around school after making fun of tiny Adam a few times, McKayla walks up to him.

"Hey, what are you so smiling about?" McKayla asks, Chase laughs "I shrunk Adam, now he's the size of a mouse and I can finally pick on him by being the big brother" Chase says excitedly.

"You know, what scares me most about all of this is that I'm starting to think this is normal" McKayla says confused "Welcome to the club" Chase smiles, they go to the water fountain.

"All right, Adam, time for a water fountain jerk bath." Chase chuckles and looks at McKayla "Really?" McKayla says.

"If you had the chance to shrink Trent and make fun of him, wouldn't you do it?" Chase says "No" McKayla says, Chase sighs "Of course not. Look who I'm talking to, you are..." Chase looks at her face, he quickly touches her chin "You" Chase says softly, McKayla smiles and puts her hand on her own chin shyly.

Chase starts looking for Adam in his pockets "Adam? Adam? Oh, no! Adam? Adam?" Chase starts fumbling around and shaking his legs trying to find Adam, while two girls pass by and stare at him, McKayla pokes him so he realizes that people watching.

Chase laughs awkwardly "New internet dance craze. Look it up!" Chase says irritated, they leave "what's wrong?" McKayla asks "I missed him" Chase says "Oh no" McKayla starts to look around.

Leo walks in "Leo!" Chase walks up to him "'Sup?" Leo asks "I need your help. I accidentally shrunk Adam and he is gone!" Chase says desperate "I got your back. You were with me. We were kayaking. No questions asked." Leo says.

"No! I He was in my pocket but he fell out. I lost him!" Chase says "They'll never buy it. Stick to the kayak." Leo says, McKayla walks up to them.

"I don't know where he is. He could be anywhere!" Chase says, McKayla giggles "It reminds me of a movie, a great movie where there was this mad scientist and he shrunk his kids and then he had to try to find them around the house and..." McKayla stops when Chase stares at her.

"It's not time, right" McKayla says "Not at all" Chase says "Sorry" McKayla looks around again looking for Adam, Chase gives her a slight smile but she doesn't see.

Adam is standing on the circular bench, waving frantically to Chase, McKayla and Leo "Chase! Leo! Napkin Girl! I'm over here! Over here!" Adam screamsz a girl goes to sit down on the bench "Aah! Incoming butt!" Adam rolls out of the way.

"Ha! No one can defeat the butt-ninja!" Adam celebratesx a boy goes to sit down "Hey, I have those jeans. No, don't sit down, don't sit down!" Adam falls off the bench and into the girl's bag.

"Chase, I think I just saw a little, purple ninja dive into that book bag. And there's something I'll never say again." Leo says "We hope we never experience this situation again," McKayla says "Go, go!" Chase says.

They run over to the girl but she gets up and walks away right as they reach her. She walks into the cafeteria and Chase grabs her bag from her and starts searching it.

"Sorry, ma'am. Random bag search. There's been a rash of crouton theft as the salad bar. We're not saying it's you, but we're all thinkin' it." Leo says, the girl rolls her eyes "We're really sorry for the inconvenience, but know that we would never do this if it wasn't necessary... and you would never understand why it's necessary" McKayla says to the girl and gives a akward smile.

"A-ha! I got him!" Chase says "You got him?" Leo asks, Chase grabs Adam but accidentally bumps into Perry "Dude! You almost spilled my third lunch." Perry says, McKayla frowns "Right. Sorry." Chase says.

Chase, McKayla and Leo walk away and Chase opens his hands to find that Adam isn't there anymore. Leo points and Adam is sitting on Perry's burger.

"Oh, wow, gigantic food. It's so beautiful. Ooh, pickles." Adam says, Perry puts the bun on her burger, trapping Adam "Adam, get out of there!" Chase says "Oh boy, that would definitely be the worst way to die!" McKayla says scared.

Perry starts to take a bite while Adam screams, and Chase runs over and tries to wrestle the burger out of her hands "Braver men than you have tried to take my food before. They ain't men now." Perry says, Chase grabs the burger.

"I won't let you eat my brother!" Chase says, Perry scoffs "You vegetarians make me sick. It's a turkey, not your brother! Now give me back that bird, hippie!" Perry tries to get the burger back

Chase and Perry play for the burger "Hey let go!" McKayla helps Chase, Bree walks in "Drop the burger, Terry!" Bree says "How about I drop you, girlie?" Perry says

"Hmm, I had a feeling you might say that. Which is why I brought in the big guns." Bree says, Perry's mom storms in "Theresa!" Perry's mom screams.

Perry swallows hard "Mother?" Perry says, McKayla laughs "Woah!" McKayla says, Chase and she look at each other and try to contain their laughter "What are you doing here?" Perry asks her mom.

"This lovely young lady called me and said you were causing trouble. What did I tell you about wrestling for food?" Perry's mother says "That if you're gonna do it, you better win?" Perry says "Don't you sass your momma!" Perry's mom says "Sorry, mother." Perry says scared.

Perry's mom grabs the burger from Perry and sets it on the table. Chase tries to grab it, but she smacks him away "Hands off, troll!" Perry's mom tells Chase, McKayla laughs, Chase looks at her slightly irritated.

"Aww, poor little troll" McKayla says gently, teasing him as she runs her hand through his hair lightly, Chase laughs softly and blushes at the same time looking at her while Perry and her mother were arguing, all he could think about is how everything McKayla does looks so perfect.

After messing up his hair, she fixes it back to what it was, she does it gently and slowly so she can feel the softness of his hair as much as possible, she kind of gets lost in it and just comes back to reality, when she sees that Chase hasn't taken his eyes off her for even a second.

McKayla looks away shyly, Chase takes a deep breath and lightly bites his lip when Perry's mom grabs Perry by the ear and the burger "No, momma, no, no, no, momma! No, no" Perry's mom throws burger in the trash.

Chase, McKayla and Leo look at each other and scream, they run over to the trash can and a lunch lady pours leftover food into it just as they get there "Ew!" McKayla says in disgust "Thanks a lot, Ruthie." Chase sarcastically says to the lunch lady.

Chase and Leo pick up the trash can "I lost my retainer." The two say together and look at each other confused, they both awkwardly laugh and carry the trash can out of the room.

McKayla knows they need to go to the Lab so she'll stay at school "I'll see you later okay?" Chase says gently before leaving "I'll be waiting" McKayla says with a gentle smile as he and Leo leave.

In the lab.

Chase and Leo are digging through the trash, trying to find Adam "Got him! Oh, wait, no, that's a celery stick." Leo says, they dig some more "Ah, got him! Wait, no, that's a chicken bone." Leo says with disgust.

"Ooh, I found him!" Chase runs over and places Adam inside the capsule "He was curled up inside a burrito." Chase shrugs and goes to the console, Chase and Leo wipe their hands off.

"Uh, Adam size parameters, six-one, hundred and seventy-five-pounds. Strength level, six. Clothing...Yes, please." Chase presses the button, a light flashes in Adam's capsule and Adam returns to his normal size.

"Whoa! Chase, I just had the most awesome dream! I was a tiny ninja in a land of butt giants." Adam leaves the capsule "No, Adam, that wasn't a dream. I made mistake and shrunk you." Chase says

"That's right! And I had nothing to do with it. For once, Leo's part of the solution to a problem he didn't create! Yes!" Leo celebrates and leaves the room.

"Wow, I think I finally understand what it feels like to be smaller brother." Adam says, Chase sighs "Finally! So does this mean that you're not gonna make short jokes at my expense anymore?" Chase asks.

"I'm sorry, can you speak up? I can't hear you down there." Adam says "You just cannot help yourself, can you?" Chase says "Oh, I'm just kidding. Look, I don't think you're that small. And for turning me back to normal, I got you a gift." Adam says, Chase frowns in confusion.

"Okay, close your eyes." Adam says Chase shakes his head, closes his eyes and Adam holds up the tiny ninja costume "Open 'em. It's a tiny ninja costume!" Adam says, Chase looks at him seriously.

"Oh, don't worry about the size. You'll grow into it." Adam puts the ninja outfit over Chase's shoulder and leaves, Chase rolls his eyes.

Later Chase, as usual, go to McKayla's house.

Chase turns around and sees Mason standing there staring at him and holding a shovel "Ahh!" Chase screams in fright.

"Are you lost?" Mason asks, Chase widens his eyes nervously "uh... no, I just... hello sir" Chase says smiling nervously, Mason stares at Chase for another second and points up..

"That's my daughter's window" Mason says, Chase presses his lip in surprise, he had never seen McKayla's father, he was always working so all he knew about him was what McKayla told him, and what she told him They were good things but superfluous so he didn't know what to expect.

"Oh it's a pleasure to meet you sir" Chase tries to be friendly, Mason slams the shovel in one hand into the palm of the other holding the shovel with both hands, Chase swallows slightly scared.

"May I ask why this shovel?... sir" Chase says, his voice breaks at the end "I was going to renew the garden, I have an apple tree seedling to plant" Mason says "Oh!" Chase says genuinely interested.

"But that's not the point, the point is who are you and what were you going to do in my daughter's room?" Mason asks seriously "Well, my name is Chase... Davenport, and I'm friends with your daughter" Chase says.

"Hmm What kind of friends?" Mason asks suspect "Friends" Chase says scared with a nervous smile, Mason quickly looks at McKayla's window and then at Chase.

"I don't know exactly what kind of trouble you're looking for kid, but I'm sure you won't get it with my daughter" Mason says, Chase shakes his head "Uh No! I-I swear I was just going to talk to her, we..." Chase says nervously "Get lost kid" Mason says "But I just..." Chase says, Mason starts to turn the shovel in his hand.

"Oh okay, your house your rules, Again it was a pleasure met you..." Chase tries to greet him, but Mason continues to stare at him, Chase smiles awkwardly "Have a good afternoon" Chase says awkwardly and leaves quickly.

Mason watches Chase run away, he take a deep breath impatient and in disbelief at what just happened "McKayla!!" Mason shouts indignantly and heads towards the door of the house.
