At school, the bell rings and Adam, Bree, Chase and Leo come down the stairs.

"Oh, I love history class! Someone is always leaving me a little piece of gum stuck under my desk." Adam says, Bree and Leo make a disgusted face "Adam, please tell me you didn't." Chase says, Adam blows a bubble with his gum and it pops "He did. He totally did." Bree says in disgust and Chase agrees.

McKayla and Marcus enter the school talking "Oh. Guys, don't look now, but here comes that guy none of us like. Marcus." Leo looks away Marcus and McKayla walks over to them, Marcus opens his arms.

"M-dog!" Adam, Bree and Chase say together and they hug Marcus, McKayla smiles at them and walks up to Leo

"What's up!" Adam tells Marcus, Leo quickly looks indignantly at McKayla who shrugs and he stands in the middle of his sibilings and Marcus "Wait. Hold the phone. Hold the phone, hold the freaky-deaky phone." Leo takes them away from Marcus.

""M-dog"?" Leo asks "Yeah. Bro's call each other by nicknames." Chase says "Just like when we call Mack, M.C and other nicknames" Bree says, McKayla agrees.

"Well, I'm your actual bro and you don't call me by a nickname." Leo says "Actually, we do. We just choose not to do it in your presence. Mr. Tiny McLittlestein" Adam says patting Leo on the head.

"Hey, what are you guys up to this weekend?" Chase asks "Other than a Saturday morning dance audition, nothing" McKayla smiles and looks at Marcus "Ah, my dad's out of town so I'll be stuck home alone with my grandma." Marcus crosses his arms.

"Aha! You said your grandma was dead." Leo points at him, everyone looks at Leo confused "The other grandma. But thanks for reminding me. I wish I could stay with you guys for the weekend." Marcus says upset.

"And I wish you weren't a spastic sociopath with abandonment issues." Leo says "Leo, give it a rest." Chase says "Chase, none of us are safe until the FBI responds to my request for a background check on this "M-dog."" Leo says.

"Leo, take it easy, so you won't get anywhere" McKayla tells Leo, he sighs impatiently "Look, Marcus, I'm sure you can stay with us. I'll just check with Mr. Davenport." Chase says.

"You call your dad "Mr. Davenport"?" Marcus ask "Really, why do you call your father Mr Davenport?" McKayla asks "Uh, No. Pssh. No. But you do, and I wanted to make sure you knew who I was talking about." Chase says nervously.

"Okay. Cool. Thanks, guys." Marcus smiles "So...Mack, you said you were going to help me with my gym class work, right" Marcus says "Sure, let's go!" McKayla smiles gently.

"Oh Uh...see you later Mack! in chemistry class, y-you're going to be my lab partner right?" Chase asks quickly, before she leaves, McKayla smile "Of course, see ya!" McKayla waves and leaves with Marcus.

The bell rings and two football players are throwing a ball near them, Chase takes a deep breath, suddenly "Bree, watch out!" Chase screams, the football almost hits Bree, but as Chase raises his hand, it flies in another direction.

Everyone looks at each other impressed and confused "What just happened?" Bree asks "Did you just...?" Adam says "I think I just moved that ball with my mind." Chase says

"I didn't know you could do that." Leo says "Neither did I." Chase says in disbelief.

"Man, if you can do that with your mind, I wonder what I can do with mine." Adam says, Bree chuckles and puts her hand on his shoulder. "We've been wondering that for years." Bree says.

In the lab.

"Chase, this is amazing. You can move things with your mind! You're like a really cool magician. You know, if there was such thing as a really cool magician." Leo chuckles.

Chase shakes his head "It doesn't make any sense. It was probably just a fluke. I mean, it's not like everything around me is gonna suddenly start flying through the air" Chase waves his hand and random objects go flying across the room.

"Uh-oh." Chase says, Bree gets up from the chair she was sitting in "I'm gonna go tell Mr. Davenport about this." Bree starts heading towards the elevator, Chase stops on the way "What? No way! If this is a glitch, and Mr. Davenport finds out about it, he won't let me go to school anymore." Chase says worried.

"Let me tap into his cyberdesk, see if I can find out anything. Okay..." Chase starts swiping through the cyberdesk contents.

He opens a file "Ooh. Whoa. Guys, this isn't a glitch. I can move objects by manipulating the energy around them. I've unlocked a hidden bionic ability called molecular kinesis." Chase smiles.

"Yeah, Chase, I'm also gonna need you to unlock your ability to use smaller words." Adam says, Chase rolls his eyes "According to this, we all have hidden abilities." Chase says

"What?!" Bree says curiously "What are they?" Adam asks "I don't know, let me see." Chase explores the files, a lock sign appears on the hologram.

"Oh, no. It's shutting us out. Mr. Davenport must have put a security lock on it. I'm sorry, guys, I guess we'll just have to discover them on our own." Chase shuts down cyber desk "Fine." Bree says.

"Ooh! Maybe my new ability is that I can speak Russian. Testing, testing... Is this Russian?" Adam says walking around the lab as if looking for something "Keep lookin'." Bree says.

In the living room.

Mr Davenport is on the couch when Adam, Bree, Chase and Leo walk in

"Hey, Mr. Davenport. Is it okay if Marcus spends the weekend here? His dad is away and he doesn't want to spend it with his not-dead grandma." Adam says, throwing himself on the couch.

"No. Don't do it. Marcus is an evil, two-faced liar. And also... a Sagittarius. They're shifty." Leo says suspicious, Bree gets up "I'm a Sagittarius." Bree says "I rest my case." Leo says.

The doorbell rings, "You know, guys, this is really not a great weekend...." Mr Davenport says, Chase gets up to answer the door "for visitors. I got a lot of stuff..." Mr Davenport concludes, Chase opens the door and Marcus walks in.

"Marcus. What a surprise. We were just talking about you." Chase says, Leo walks up to Marcus "Yeah, let me catch you up to speed. You're two-faced and no one likes you. Goodbye" Leo says as he points to the door.

"I love this little guy. He's so full of fire!" Marcus says pretending to be sympathetic to Leo.

"Mr. Davenport, my dad left before my grandma got there and I was all alone and this is the only place that I feel safe and... please don't make me leave!" Marcus hugs Mr Davenport tearfully

"Yeah, okay, okay. Okay, all right. You can stay." Mr Davenport says, his watch beeps as Marcus wipes away his tears.

"Oh." Mr Davenport says looking at his watch "What is that?" Marcus asks "Uh, that? That means it's, uh...it's happy time." Mr Davenport smiles nervously.

"How about you stay here and be happy, and we'll be happy over there." Mr Davenport tells Marcus and signals Adam, Bree, Chase, Leo, to run to the other side of the room.

"Guys, that is the mission alarm. We have to get down to the lab immediately." Mr Davenport whispers to them "Leo, distract Marcus." Mr Davenport says.

"What?! No...no. No." Leo says, Marcus walks over to them and Chase and Mr Davenport run out of the room.

"Uh, Marcus. We'll be right back. We gotta go... pick up a pizza." Bree says "All of you?" Marcus asks "Uh, it's an... extra-large."Adam and Bree run out of the room.

Marcus goes to the sofa, Leo approaches him "Okay. So they're busy, I hate you, and you hate me... So why don't we kill some time and brush up on the latest issue of..." Leo picks up a magazine "Ladies Life Monthly." Leo smiles, Marcus rolls his eyes and sits on the couch.

While distracting Marcus, Leo sent a text message to McKayla.

"Mack! Come here now, Everyone will need to leave, and I will need to welcome the unfortunate visit of M-Crazy-Dog that's here, I need help!!!!" Leo's message says "I'm coming!" McKayla responds.

Leo puts his cell phone aside and picks up the magazine "Okay. So, when you are on a romantic candlelight dinner, do you prefer dessert to be A) A relaxing foot rub, B) A night away from the kids, or C) Chocolate mousse?" Leo reads a magazine article. "How about D) Finding clever new ways to ruin your life?" Marcus says, Leo looks at him blankly.

The doorbell rings, Leo gets up and opens the door, McKayla is standing at the door in a running outfit "how did you get here so fast?" Leo asks "Because I knew it was likely that Marcus would come here this weekend, and that you would definitely want me to help, So I decided just in case of my running routine on your street in case you needed me" McKayla smiles kindly.

"Woah! I wish those three were like you" Leo says, McKayla smiles proudly "Mack, what are you doing here?" Marcus asks "Uh...same as you, I came to spend the weekend with my friends" McKayla hugs Leo.

Mr Davenport runs in "Hi Mr Davenport" McKayla says "Oh great McKayla is here too" Mr Davenport says sarcastically, McKayla frowns.

"I mean, McKayla, Marcus. Uh, excuse me, I have to borrow Leo for a second... Something went horribly wrong with the pizza. Excuse me." Mr Davenport leads Leo the other side of the room.

"So, what were you and Leo talking about?" McKayla sits next to Marcus, he observes if Leo and Mr Davenport are far away "He told me you guys were reading a magazine or something..." McKayla says.

"Sorry, Mack. but I really need to go to the bathroom, do you know where it is?" Marcus gets up "I think it's over there, in the first door on the left" McKayla says, pointing the direction "okay, I'll find it" Marcus leaves but he goes in the opposite direction that McKayla pointed.

"Hey Marcus, wait! It's not that way!" McKayla follows him. She's afraid of losing sight of Marcus and Leo getting mad at her.

...

"How's it going?" Mr Davenport ask Leo "Oh, fine. I'm distracting him with my mom's lady magazines. Turns out the chicas actually prefer a man with insecurities. Who knew?" Leo smiles

"Look, this mission is very complicated. I had to send Adam, Bree and Chase into space." Mr Davenport says "They're in space?!" Leo says loudly, Mr Davenport asks him to lower his voice.

"And I'm stuck here making small talk with a narcissistic commitment-phobe who nine out of ten women wouldn't take home to meet their mother? I expect combat pay for this." Leo shows the magazine article.

Mr Davenport and Leo walk back over to the couch, but neither Marcus nor McKayla are there.

"Where'd they go?" Mr Davenport says "Well Marcus' probably up on the second floor dangling my hamster out of the window and McKayla is trying to stop him." Leo says

"Just find them and get them out of here." Mr Davenport says "Ahem!" Leo clears his throat and raises his hand asking for money "Fine. Combat pay." Mr Davenport hands him cash.

"Thank you. But just so we're clear, this does not include my gas, mileage, meals..."" Just go!!!" Mr Davenport shouts to Leo who runs away.

In the lab.

Mr Davenport enters quickly and doesn't even notice Marcus in one of the capsules "Hey, Mr. Davenport!" Marcus says "Hey, Marcus. MARCUS!!!" Mr Davenport screams.

McKayla stands up from behind one of the consoles "Man this place is amazing!!" McKayla says impressed "AAAHH!" Mr Davenport shouts again.

Leo runs in "I couldn't find Marcus and McK...Oh, boy." Leo says when he sees McKayla and Marcus in the lab

"What is this place? What are these?" Marcus asks as gestures to capsules.

"Uh, thos...those are... Leo, tell him what those are." Mr Davenport pushes Leo in front of Marcus "Oh. Um, they are... washing machines." Leo says.

"They are very weird models of washing machines" McKayla looks at the capsules "Yes! These are my new high-tech industrial washing machines. Each load costs 150 quarters." Mr Davenport says

"Okay, back upstairs, you little weirdo." Leo pulls Marcus by the arm "You too girl, go upstairs and I have work to do" Mr Davenport gestures to McKayla.

"But I want to watch you work." Marcus says "No!" Leo and Mr Davenport says "Marcus we better go upstairs, we don't want to disturb Mr Davenport" McKayla says "That's right M.C, listen to her" Leo agrees.

Mr Davenport guides Marcus to the exit and McKayla follows them "Leo, I will be back before the rinse cycle has enough space to land." Mr Davenport says

"Got it. Okay. Until you're back, I will make it my mission to control the rinse cycle. But I think the rinse cycle might need more... of a payload." Leo says, Mr Davenport rolls his eyes.

In the living room, Mr Davenport quickly takes Marcus' things and guides him to the door.

"I'm only gonna have time to come to a rolling stop, so when we get to your house, aim for grass..." Mr Davenport says, McKayla walks in "...and you can run back to your house" Mr Davenport says, McKayla raises her arms in confusion.

"M-Mr. Davenport, I'm sorry if I did anything wrong, it's just you've no idea how much I look up to you. My dream is to someday follow in your footsteps and maybe, just maybe, get a sliver of your success." Marcus says, McKayla rolls her eyes, Marcus's kiss-ass side was getting more evident every second.

"Aiming kind of high, aren't you there, kid? Tell you what. You come over some other time, and I will enlighten you with a little lesson in Davenportology." Mr Davenport says.

"Cool! And maybe I could share some of my own theories with you." Marcus says "Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is gonna be all about me." Mr Davenport says "I agree" McKayla says.

Marcus leaves and Mr Davenport turns to her "Mr Davenport, I apologize if I invaded your work space, my job was to contain Marcus and I was not capable of that. Also apologize to Leo because he was the one who asked me for help...it was never my intention to disturb" McKayla says, visibly different from Marcus, her apology is sincere.

Mr Davenport sighs "No one is upset with you McKayla, it's not your fault, and about what you saw there..." "I know, you're a billionaire who works in technology, it's obvious that you would have a workshop or a Lab in your house, I understand and don't worry, this subject dies here" McKayla says.

"Seriously?" Mr Davenport says "of course, I take my friends' privacy very seriously...you're lucky I was the one who saw that about Caitlin, otherwise you'd be in the news right now" McKayla giggles "I have no doubt about that" Mr Davenport says.

"And don't worry, I'll talk to Marcus about it" McKayla makes a padlock gesture on her mouth, Mr Davenport smiles and she goes through the door.

Mr Davenport never really noticed McKayla until now, but he took an immediate liking to her at that moment, she seemed to be an smart and mature type of person who could be trusted.

In a way, he felt relieved to see that his children had a friendship with a girl like McKayla.

Later in the lab

"On my way home I discovered what that little red light on my dashboard of my hydrogen car means. It means "you're out of hydrogen and you're walking home." Mr Davenport enters worriedly and "How's the mission going? Guys? Guys? What's the status of the space station? Are you there?" Mr Davenport says

Adam, Bree, and Chase are revealed to be standing in the door way "Yup, right here." Bree says "Oh. Hello." Mr Davenport says akwardly.

"Where have you been?" Chase asks "You totally abandoned us! And the entire mission!" Bree says irritated "Adam floated out into space and almost became the world's dumbest satellite." Chase says 'Yeah." Adam says.

"And he would have if I hadn't stumbled upon my molecular kinesis. Oh..." Chase lets slip, Mr Davenport glares at him"also I stumbled upon my molecular kinesis." Chase says nervously.

"How did you find out about that?" Mr Davenport asks "I think the more important question is how could you not have told me sooner?" Chase says.

"Uh, Mr. Davenport, what other abilities do I have? Because I vote for the ability to look into the future and see myself far, far away from all of... this." Bree gestures to Adam and Chase.

"Yes, it's...it's true, you all have abilities you don't know about. But I can't tell you what they are or when they'll appear." Mr Davenport says "Why not?" Adam asks "Because I don't know what they all are or when they'll appear." Mr Davenport says

"What do you mean you don't know?" Chase asks "Look, there are certain things I can't tell you right now, but it's for your own good." Mr Davenport says seriously.

"Strange things will continue to happen, and I promise eventually I will give you the answers you're looking for. But for now, you just have to trust me." Mr Davenport says

"But, Mr. Davenport..."Please, I need you to trust me." Mr Davenport interrupts Chase.

"And you have to be careful who you allow into your lives. We had a close call today. Marcus and McKayla found the lab." Mr Davenport says.

"What?" Chase says "Mack would never invade the lab like that" Bree says "But Marcus tho..." Chase thinks "Hmm... Who would have guessed that Marcus coming here would lead to bad things? I'll tell you. It's Mr. Tiny McLittlestein! Right here!" Leo brags.

"We're just lucky I came down when I did, or they could have discovered all of our secrets." Mr Davenport says.

Chase takes a deep breath, he reflects on what Mr Davenport has just told them, but he can't let the intrusive thought of telling McKayla the truth cross his mind.

He wonders "Would it be so bad if she knew the truth?" But it's the kind of thought he keeps to himself.
