Masuta "Ouma"/Anishi SHSL Puppeteer

Alias: Masuta "Ouma"

Actual Name: Masuta Anishi

SHSL Puppeteer: An Ultimate with duality to it. Able to make puppets so life-like that it's jarring once you realize it's fake, and able to manipulate someone like they're just a puppet.

(Masuta isn't actually related to Kokichi in any way, he just wants to make people think he is, since it'll give him the upper hand with accusations against someone.)

Masuta is known as a very manipulative, and amoral soul who possesses an obnoxious and exuberant yet trickster-like, and even downright cruel personality at times, while mixed with Nagito's twisted view of the other Ultimates, yet being more cynical. Being able to pick apart anything someone says, and able to figure out motives way before everyone else. Depending on the situation he will convey this trait in a demanding and/or menacing way. But if you spend time with him he'll be a more trickster than a manipulator. While he's perceived as a seemingly child-like character. He'll get accused often during the Class Trials, while getting very hyper over small things. He's also been suspected of being the Mastermind, but this is not the case, he's actually one of the Mastermind's puppets. He'll randomly give cryptic clues for the current objective, unprompted. Which makes certain members of the class cast suspicion on him. He wears a mask; with features of an usual D.I.C.E. mask, but with notable changes. He'll be seen playing with his puppets during Class Trials, or investigations, when he gets bored and will rarely contribute to the group. Masuta will be seen observing his fellow classmates' behavior, mostly during meals. When asked or pressed on this behavior, he'll just play it off by saying he was zoning out or something of that nature. Since he'll never take off his mask; his physical mask or his persona, he gives off a never-ending creepy vibe. He'll weirdly lie about his Ultimate on occasion, which makes him more suspicious. He'll never be seen interacting with any of his classmates, which he'll call it; "getting attached", which he explains that it's because "Any one of them could die at any point in time."
