Bio: Former Ultimate Detective, Hiroi Yoritoki had enough of the police force not giving a shit and not doing their job. He decided to take matters into his own hands. With his Detective skills and previous Police-Self-Defense training, he started hunting down the suspects of the cases he gets. First, to see if they're truly the culprit; and if they are, they've become one of Hiroi's targets. Once Hiroi gets a target, he'll never let them get away scott-free. Hiroi doesn't kill his targets because, as he states, "An eye for an eye and the world goes blind." Though sometimes there'll be a mishap and the target will end up dead. The first time this happened scared Hiroi and made him not want anyone to help him or go with him on any of his missions.

Personality: When Hiroi is assuming his 'Ultimate Detective' status, he's a kind, smart, bumbling Buffoon, with a heart of gold. When he's being the 'Ultimate Vigilante,' he's cold, focused, a smartass, and isn't taking anyone's bullshit. Even though these two sides of him are wildly different, both sides are still the same person. All the traits from both sides coincide with each other. It's just when he's either being the 'Ultimate Detective' or the 'Ultimate Vigilante,' the traits from the other aren't as noticeable. He doesn't make friends necessarily. It's more that certain people just attach or adopt him into their friend group. And for the most part everyone is just fine with that.

Skills: Hiroi is skilled with wielding both a Gun and a Knife. He's good at climbing, wall-jumping, and parkour. He's also good at reading people and figuring out possible motives.
