Epilogue

Here is the epilogue of this book. :)

So would you like me to post Jason's book tomorrow or make you wait more?

*** 5 years later ***

"Mom!" I jumped slightly when I heard yelling from the kitchen and a glass shattering.

I rushed to the kitchen just to see glass shattered on the floor and Jason looking angrily at his brother.

"See what you did?"

"What happened here?" I asked angrily. "And What are you doing in the kitchen?"

The two boys just glared at each other not saying anything.

And obviously Sebastian also had to take Hunter's temper.

I looked at them then Elena at the corner just holding her doll.

"I didn't do anything mommy. I was just playing with Poly." She said pouting.

Yep! She did something.

"She threw the glass!" Sebastian and Jason both exclaimed.

"Elena. Why would you do that?"

"T... They were fighting and didn't want to play with me." She said still with a pout.

"Okay. Go to your room, Elena. I'll be right there." I said pointing at the door.

Her face dropped as she was about to cry. She just ran out and toward the stairs.

"And why were you two fighting?" I asked with a hand on my hip as I looked at my boys.

"He's a idiot." Jason snapped.

"No you are." Seb snapped back as they faced each other again.

"Enough!" I said angrily. "How can you be bestfriends one second and ennemies the next?"

"But he started it!" Seb yelled.

"Stop it! If I hear you two fighting again, I'm gonna have to tell your father to deal with you two." I said and they both frose.

Well at least there is someone they are really scared of and listen to beside me.

I nodded. "I better not hear you fighting again." I said walking out of the kitchen.

Sometimes they were adorable, but then they would turn into complete monsters, as Hunter calls them.

I walked up the stairs, and toward my little girl's room.

She was laying on the bed and sat up just as she heard the door open.

"It wasn't me." She immediately said.

"You didn't throw the glass in the floor."

She frowned. "I did that. But it wasn't me."

"And Why?"

Her frown deepened. "They wouldn't play with me."

"That is not a reason. You know I don't want to act like this. Throwing things like that? I don't like it and I don't want you to have these kind of reactions ever again."

"Yes mommy."

"Good. Now you stay in your room until I call you out for dinner."

I walked out and slowly closed the door. I let out a sigh.

Why is Hunter not here when you need him?

He is supposed to be the mean parent, not me.

When I started walking down the stairs, I heard the front door open and close.

So now he decides to show up?

I crossed my arm over my chest as I reached down the stairs.

"Is that how you greet me?" He grinned as I just stood in the last step of the stairs staring at him.

He opened his arms and I sighed going into them.

"Your kids are driving me crazy."

He chuckled. "So when they are cute and cuddly, they are your kids. But when they turn into monsters they are mine."

"Yes." I nodded against his chest.

"What happened?"

I sighed pulling away slowly. "Don't worry. I took care of it."

"I'm sure you did." He smiled kissing my forehead.

"Hi dad." Jason yelled from the kitchen.

"Hi dad." Seb repeated.

"Stop imitating me." Jason said angrily.

"I was not." Seb snapped back. "He is my dad too."

I smiled shaking my head. "We need to change kids."

Hunter chuckled lightly. "Where's Elena?"

"In her room. Punished." I explained pointing at the stairs.

"I told you they were monsters." He said lowly.

I laughed lightly. "That's because they look like you."

"True." He nodded before grabbing my hand and started walking up the stairs.
"I need to talk to you about something important."

I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at him. "What?"

He didn't answer and just continued walking up the stairs and toward our bedroom.

He closed the door as we walked and looked at him confused. "You're starting to scare me. What's wrong?"

"Kevin." He said taking his jacket off.

My heart jumped. "Please don't tell me he escaped." I said nervously.

"No. He didn't."

I let out a sigh of relief. "Then what is it?"

"His biological parents had another kid. Kevin has a brother." He said.

"What? Do we know him?"

"No. I can't seem to find anything about him after his eighteenth birthday. He might have changed his name."

"But Kevin didn't have any contact with him, right? Or we could have known. But why is it important. It's not like that brother of his has done something."

"Ella, most of the money Kevin stole were transferred into an account in Greece. We didn't have any knowledge of where it was. We couldn't find where it was until someone decided to unlock that account. And someone did a couple of days ago."

I sat down and buried my face in my hands. "So Kevin is in contact with that brother. What if that man is as crazy as him. But you can find something about him right."

He sat next to me grabbing my hands. "I told you. After his eighteen birthday, nothing could be found about him."

"But there's no trouble right, since all he did was unlock an account."

"I hope not. It's not like Kevin can risk adding more years to his jail time. And no one is scared of him. He is just a nut job that likes causing trouble for nothing." He said.

I sighed and nodded.

Well at least, he has 25 more years to go.

****

"We're all downstairs, you can come out." I said smiling lightly after opening Elena's door.

Her punishment wasn't over, but we were all downstairs and I can't let stay in her room on her own.

God. I'm such a softie.

"Mommy." She called when I was about to leave the room. She walked toward me and grabbed my hand.
"I'm sorry. I won't throw a glass again."

I smiled and went down to her level. "You won't even let me stay mad a little." I said pinching her nose lightly making her giggle.

"I won't do it again." She said wrapping her small arms around my neck.

"Good." I said pulling her into my arms. "You are my little princess, so don't go round throwing stuffs when things don't go your way, okay?"

She nodded against my neck tightening her arms around me.

We walked down the stairs. Hunter was sitting on the couch as the two boys had their eyes glued on he TV while they played video games.

She ran to Hunter as soon as she saw him.

"Daddy!" She yelled as he picked her kissing her forehead.

"How is my little girl?" He asked smiling down at her.

"Jae and Seb were mean to me." She said.

"We didn't make you do anything, though. You got into trouble on your own." Jason said and he turned back to his video games.

"Yeah. We didn't." Seb replied, his eyes never leaving the TV.

"Is that so? But I heard you threw a glass against the wall today." He said and she frowned.

"I was playing with Poly." She pouted and Hunter tickled her side making her squeal. "And they were mean to me."

"Not a good reason."

He put her down and she went to sit in between her brothers silently.

I let out a sigh.

Now that's how I like them.

"That's how you like them?" I turned my gaze to Hunter as he looked at me.

"You have no idea."

"Come here." He said beckoning me over.

He grabbed my hand when I was close to him and pulled me to his lap.

"I'm afraid Elena is going to turn into Godzilla like you."

"Don't call me that." I groaned resting my head against his shoulder. "And she won't."

"We'll see about that." He said lowly before kissing my cheek. "You didn't even punish her."

"You are the mean one, not me." I smiled wrapping an arm around him.

"Since I'm the mean, they wouldn't mind if I kidnap you and take you upstairs."

I chuckled. "Don't even think about it. I'm not going anywhere "

"Just wait a couple of minutes and you'll see if I'm leaving you the choice."

"Crazy."

He shook his head before he started rubbing my sides slowly.

We just sat silently as Jason started showing Elena how to play their game and a smile stretched on my face.

**** THE END ****

So this is the end. Thank you guys so much for your support and those times you made me laugh and made my days better.
I love you.

Ps: So do you want Jason's tomorrow or next years? 😂

¥¥¥     Here is the prologue....

"I'm closer than you think.
25 years. You took 25 years of my life and locked me up like an animal.
The day I'll live you in peace is the day I die.
The day you stop hearing about me is the day I go six feet under.
It's now about family business anymore.
It's about destroying every last one of you.
Until you lose everything.
Until you all disappear.
Then I will be satisfied.
You thought this was over.
It was just a 25 years break.
I have nothing to lose, but you all do.
Now it begins."

The note said.

"It's obviously him. What do we do with this clown?"

"Nothing. Let him come to us. Let's keep this between the three of us, for now. Don't even tell Victoria, Jason."
