I was looking towards Avi, who was holding her engagement card, and looking really happy and why not after all she loved him.... No...no.., she loves him, I correct myself, I knew it he didn't live me anymore and now, it was proved that he never loved me. I control my tears who was ready to come out and told her happily.

"I a..m hap...py  fo..r yo..u" I said with  smile but my smile didn't match with my words,my voice was shivering because of the news but I couldn't let her know that I was not truly happy so I composed my self and then covered my shivery voiced .

"I was just wandering how you engaged so sudden? And who? You want to first settle your carrier,than how?." i asked her curiosity and thanks the god this time my voice didn't shiver.

"Oh, you know na, love is the best thing in this world when it happens we could do anything for the person who we love, so here I am going to engaged and about your next question you know him very well ." she said happily which was clearly showing on her face.

"It's him, I know it 's him" I said myself again and again.

"I am happy finally you got your love " I said trying my best that didn't show her any hint of sadness which made her think that I was not happy for her.

"I know you will, that's why I come here to share this news to you so I could invite you personally ,I didn't trust him that he will invite you, so I came here myself." she said then showed me her engagement card, which I didn't want to see.

"How could I see that person name with anyone else than me" I thought.

But now I couldn't do anything about it, I have to move on my life for myself, for my family, I thought then accept the card with my shaking hands.
when I saw the name of that engagement card, i became shocked and happy as same time.
"It's not him ,it's not him he did not move on" I said in mind.
Than asked her so she could also tell me same thing and cleared my doubt.

"There is written Tommy name " I asked .

"Yes, because I am going to engaged with him" she said happily.

"I mean you and him, how? " I asked to confusingly.

"I know what are you thinking that we were always fighting but we also were good friend than our friendship turn into love ,now I love him"she said ,than I didn't know what happened to me but I hugged her happily it made me more then happy when she confirmed it was Tommy not him.

"I am really happy for you " I said happily, and this time I was truly happy for her. When I was hugging her then my eyes met with Sid, in whole situation I was forgotten about him present, that he was also there. And he also saw the whole scene, When I looked into his eyes I only saw sadness and pain which made me remind about my mistake what I did to him. I was going to explain  to him , he went out from there.

"I know you are happy but I didn't leave you that easily " she said with smrik.

"What has she planned " I thought then asked her.

"So what I have to do so you could leave me" I asked confusingly.

"Nothing much, only you will have to come in my engagement " she demanded.

"I.... I co.. couldn't " I said in shocked and nerves as the same time .

"How could I go there not after what happened there " I thought.

"Why kaira, it was very long time then why you couldn't " she asked.

"I wasn't not ready to face it" I said.

"But you have to..... " before she completed I cut her.

"I know I have to face my past one time but I wasn't  ready to face my past that soon so please leave it if you really care for me than don't force me " I said.

"Its not soon kaira, it's almost 10 years and if I say truth than you two have to meet and solved your problems " she said

"You do not know anything, please don't try to talk about it" I  requested

"OK" she agreed which i really glad.

After that we only told about random stuff, like what happened our life I told her about my profession which gave her shocked, because as she knew me very well that I couldn't see anyone in pain and how I couldn't be a doctor.

  After one and half hour, When our girls talked complete, she told me she has to take a flight so she have to go. When she was gone, I remembered about sid that how he was gone from here. I moved towards exit so I could meet him and asked his forgiveness.

After 15 minutes I was front of his house. I parked my Scotty and moved towards door.

I knocked the door after two minutes ,door was opened by his mom.

"Morning aunty, is sid here " I asked.

"Morning kaira, and yes ,he is here in his room, packing his bag. " aunty told .

"Bag?, but why? " I asked in confusion.

"He is going America for his mitting ,didn't he tell you" she asked

"Ummmm.., he told me but  I forgot aunty" I said sadly, he was come there so he could meet me and share his happiness with me but I made him said. He always told me that he wants to start his hotel business so he was trying to get some client so they invest some money when after all lots of hard work he got this change so he could make his own hotel, he came there so he could share his happiness but I did, I made him sad. I really need to ask his forgiveness, I thought.

"Kaira if you have fight with him, then solve it before he go"she said .

"OK, aunty" I said than moved towards his room .

When I reached there I saw the door was already opened and said was  sitting on his bed and packing his stuff.

I moved quietly and stood there silently so he could notice me but he didn't, he continued doing his work without giving me a glare.

'How rude' I thought , then sat near him .

"I am sorry" I said, breaking the silence .

"Why, didn't you happy that he was not move on his life " he asked rudely.  

"It was not what you thought " I said.

"Then what was that? " he shouted angrily.

I can explain " I said try my best to convene him.

"What will will you explain that we got jealous, or you didn't forget him, or you could not stop loving him" he asked which I didn't have any answer. It was true that I got jealous but I couldn't love him anymore not after what he did, I thought.

"It was because I didn't expect avi here and also with her engagement news. I was not really to face my past " I said him truly.

"That is the problem kaira, you are not ready for anything not for me, not for my love, not our engagement, not to move on in your life. If you are ready than we didn't have any problem."  He said sadly.

"I already told you that I need some time, sid, and you was agreed for if then what happened now ?" I asked.

"Yes, kaira I gave you time so you could forget about him and move on with me but you didn't even trying for it" he argued.

" I am trying ,sid. Can't you see our engagement ring .i wore it by you not him, what you want me to do" I asked unable to understand ,what I could do for him.

" If because of this ring you are thinking that you could forget him than why you couldn't forget him till now because you couldn't kaira, you couldn't "  he said shouting.

"He..... He..... Was...
Not in my...... life.. anymore " i told him so he could stop but he didn't.

"Yeah, because he is here " he said point towards my heart.

I didn't love him after what he did. "

"Yeah, you didn't that's why you jealous. You know what, you not only saved his love in your heart but also you saved his hatred ." He said sadly smiled.

I tried to deny him but he stopped me.

"And don't try to deny it " he said angrily than closed his bag and moved towards door but stopped in middle.

"I will back after one week but I will not meet you till you don't take a decision for us ,and one more thing I didn't ask you to forget him but I was asking you to let me help you so you could forget him" he said then went from here.

"I will " I said myself when he went from here.
