Chapter 25

Sapphire Miller's POV:

The air around me stopped and everyone seemed out of the world. Why is it bothering me this much? I shouldn't be bothered right? But somehow, it's killing me from inside seeing the people in front of me. I have to control myself and act normal. You must be wondering what happened. Well, Richard came to the airport with a girl and told that she was arranged to marry him by his parents.

Few minutes ago.....

"Guys meet Annabelle Grey, my fiancé" Richard introduced.

"Haa?" Lily questioned.

"Yes" Richard answered looking towards his fiancé with so much love and Lily coughed vigorously.

I saw him take her hand and kiss it. Did he forget about the kisses we shared? How can someone forget about it? I never forgot the time we spent together. I don't know why but my heart aches right now. Maybe I should return home.

"Lily I'm not feeling well I'll go back home" I whispered pulling her away from others.

"Why don't you feel good? You were good until now. Don't think about your Mr Fox if that's what is worrying you, Richard said he'll handle him right" Lily said.

"I really don't feel good" I said to Lily.

"Ok then I'm also not going. You do know I'm only going there because you're there. If you're not going what's the need for me to go. I'll postpone my dream of going to Paris for later then" Lily said dramatically.

"Don't act Lily. Please understand I am not feeling good" I answered Lily.

"Tell me a better reason Sapph" Saying that Lily dragged me to Chris's private jet. That's how I ended up in the plane sitting right in front of Richard and his fiancé. They are chatting, talking and laughing about god knows what. How come he never talked to me like that? And why the hell am I feeling this way

"Hey aren't they looking lovely together?" Lily whispered sitting beside me after getting herself a drink and I don't know why but I felt the need to glare at her.

"Hmm" I answered concentrating on the book I was reading.

"Darling I want some pie and few candies" Ms. Fiancé asked Richard who readily got up to get what she requested for. I can't see them feeding each other candies it's better to leave this place and go find somewhere else to sit but I couldn't do that because my so-called friend trapped me here making me listen to some drama, she saw few days ago. My life has become a drama now from where will I concentrate on this drama Lily's is telling. Lily slept drinking too much.

"Hey I'll take her to the cabin and let her rest" Chris said taking Lily into his arms and I just saw them with some feeling I don't recognize. By the time we arrived in Paris, I saw a movie with lead actors being Mr. McCarthy and Ms. Fiancé. Why the hell am I going through this? We reached Chris's Villa in no time and got settled in. That night I went to sleep with various thoughts running in my mind.

Next morning.......

"Hey Princess" Al said kissing my forehead and I replied a hey and went back to eating. I made an eye contact with Richard and he just smiled and turned his head.

"You know you're glaring at them" Lily said and I looked at her strangely.

"Hahaahh why would I glare at them?" I questioned Lily.

"That is the question which I should be asking you, Why are you glaring at them?" Lily asked.

"Hahahah no I'm not, so slept well?" I asked Lily trying to change the topic.

"Don't change the topic Sapph. I'm your friend and you can share anything with me" Lily said and I just didn't say anything.

"Tell me what's bothering you babe" Lily asked taking me to her room and I don't know why I started crying badly.

"Ok ok everything will be fine if you tell me what's the matter" Lily said hugging me and patting my back. She hugged me until I felt a little better.

"Now tell me what's the matter with you?" Lily asked again and I knew I had to tell someone about what I was feeling.

"Why is it bothering me seeing Richard and his fiancé?" I questioned Lily and she smiled.

"Oh is it bothering you seeing him taken?" Lily asked smiling a full smile.

"I'm not joking Lily" I said trying not to cry.

"Ok ok I understand. But, were you not the one who told me you are avoiding Richard to keep him safe?" Lily questioned.

"Yea I want him safe" I answered.

"Then why are you bothering about him when you decided to avoid him?" Lily questioned which I didn't have an answer for.

"Try thinking Sapph. I don't know what made you feel he's not safe when you're with him. If that's the case you should never talk to your brother or me also coz you are with us and we aren't safe" Lily said.

"That's not the case Lily you are not understanding I love Richard so I couldn't see him hurt trying to save me" I answered not thinking what I was saying.

"What? You love Richard hahahahah there finally you accepted you love him" Lily said smiling wide.

"I love him hahah I do love him" I said realizing my feelings for him.

"Now that you've realized what you feel for him, stop making trouble and go tell this to Richard" Lily said clapping like a child.

"What but he has a fiancé" I said sitting on the bed sad again.

"Well we can always get rid of her" Lily said smirking evilly.

"Getting rid of her? How? Lily I know you are planning something ridiculous and we don't know if Richard feels the same way about me" I said trying to find out what she's planning.

"Making Richard love you is not a big thing first of all we need to get rid of this fiancé" Lily said trying to calm me down.

"What if he doesn't love me?" I questioned Lily.

"He'll love you and if he doesn't love you he'll have his balls cut because babes those balls of his belongs to you I promise" Lily promised sincerely and I was about to ask her another what if she interrupted me.

"Got a plan hahhahah" Lily said smiling. Lily made sure that our plan would succeed. We all gathered in the living room as planned and Lily started with her plan.

"Do you think we are doing good by planning all of this? I mean I feel Richard loves her" I questioned Lily because I felt bad for doing this.

"We are darling. Its not a bad thing to pursue your loved one. So be it if he loves her the important thing here is my best friend loves him and I'll do anything to get them together" Lily said and I hugged her and then her plan started. Everyone sat in the living room and were chatting and then suddenly Lily winked at a person standing in the corner of the room.

"Ohhhh ohhhh ohhh I feel a negative aura surrounding you. Something bad is going to happen to you" Rose the fortune teller came towards Richard and his fiancé, started waving her hands in various directions and with different facial expressions started shivering. Everyone went silent and concentrated on what was going on.

"What bad" Ms Fiancé questioned with a worry on her face.

"You're about to marry him right?" Rose questioned her to which Ms. Fiancé replied a yes.

"Change your decision. You both don't suit each other. The planets are not co-operating on union. The planets will go on a strike if this union happens" Rose said shivering moving her hands in different directions.

"What are you talking about? What planets?" Ms. Fiancé questioned.

"How dare you question me like that? Anyway, did you not attend school? Planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune" Rose answered and I tried hiding my smile and at the corner of my eye I could see lily trying hard not to smile since her plan is working.

"Can you tell me clearly what you're trying to say?" Ms. Fiancé asked looking worriedly at Richard.

"Girl stop this when it is possible. You don't want to face the consequences of a bad union, do you?" Rose said doing her gestures. I must say Rose being a fortune teller, she's doing a wonderful job acting.

"What consequences will she face?" Richard asked horrified.

"She's not good for you boy. Leave her when you can" Rose told Richard in a deep voice.

"Tell me why she's not good for me, give me a reason" Richard asked.

"I ca-can sense your future. I-it's dark when she's with you, very dark" Rose told in a creepy way included with the creepy hand movements.

"And?" Richard asked.

"Here comes the finale" lily whispered to me. She didn't tell me the finale dialogue saying that it's a surprise for me and I had to wait and watch.

"Richard, you are going to die of Hemorrhoids if she's in your life. A death very painful death" Rose shouted in a creepy way and Lily smiled at me pulling both her thumps up.
