Warning panic attack

Dipper and Mabel walked into school. Dipper was very nervous. Almost digging His nails into Mabel
"Dipstick would you let go already! Your gonna give me scars!" Mabel shouted
"S-sorry!" Dipper said looking at all the people "there's just so many people"  He mumbled
"It's ok bro bro!" Mabel said comforting him "you going to make friends fast!"
Dipper stopped when he saw a tall blond haired young man walking through the hall. Dippera face turned bright red.
"Nobody knows I'm gay yet! Not even Mabel! I can't let her know yet!" Dipper thought
"Hey bro you ok?" Mabel asked "your face is red!" Mabel said poking his cheek.
"Blush? I mean... what why would I be blushing! It's not like" Mabel's head jerked around
"Who's the lucky girl?" She asked
"W-what?" Dipper blushed bright red
"You like someone" Mabel continued "who is it?"
"Nobody!" Dipper turned around to open his locker
"Excuse me?" And devilishly handsome voice said "where is room 129?"
Dipper turned around blushing furiously
"I-t's o-over there" Dipper said pointing and stiffening
"Ok, sorry I'm new" the handsome stranger said "my name is Bill,"
"Dipper!" Dipper answered with a. Voice crack. He cleared his throat and blushed even more. Mabel looked at Dipper confused.
"Well we can be your Friends!" Mabel said with a smile "we are the pines twins. Dipper and Mabel Pines!"
Dipper was as stiff as a board trying his best not to move and still blushing furiously.
"You guys are twins cool!" Bill said smiling at Dipper
Dipper felt butterflies in his stomach. He gripped his stomach. realizing that was too obvious he quickly stopped
"Well I'll see you around Pines!" Bill said as he walked away.
"Dipper..." Mabel said in a serous voice
"Mabel... I have to tell you something" he grabbed Mabel's arm and pulled her into the janitors closet. Luckily the janitor was mopping so he wasn't there.
"Dipper you're scaring me" Mabel said fidgeting her hands
"I'm scaring me too," Dipper confessed
"Dipstick?" Mabel said puting a hand on his shoulder
"I'm- Im- g-" He tried to say
" lil dip?" Mabel asked "you know I'm always here for you"
"I'm- I- Im gay!" Dipper finally said it. He turned away squinting his eyes expecting a bad reaction of some sort. But instead she smiled.
"Dippy! That's great!" Mabel said " and I'm the first person you came out to?" She asked
"Y-yeah," he answered
"Which means I'm your favorite!" Mabel said jumping. Dipper gave a slight smile.
" so you ok with it?" Dipper asked
"Of course dipstick!" She said " wait is that why you were blushing at the guy out there?"
"W-what n-no it's just" Dipper blushed and covered his face with his hands
"OMG you like him!" Mabel shouted
" MABEL SHHHHH!" Dipper said blushing and covering Mabel's mouth

Lunch time

Dipper sat down with Mabel, Candy, Pacifica and Grenda. Friends that she had made that day.
"Where's bill?" Mabel asked smirking
Dipper blushed
"I- I don't know" He stuttered
"Hey Dipper! Mabel!" bill called from behind Dipper "can I sit with you guys?
"Yeah sure," Mabel said nudging Dipper. Dipper didn't know how to react with feelings, he just froze up and didn't say anything until half way through lunch.
"Dipstick you're quiet today!" Mabel said
"Dipstick?" Bill asked. Dipper blushed more
"A nickname it's stupid..." he mumbled
"Well I can give you a better one!" Bill put his hand on his chin "Pine tree! Because of your hat!"
Dipper laughed "pine tree would also go with my last name!" Dipper said smiling
Bill felt weird. Like his heart was about to jump out of his chest.

Dipper and Mabel walked out of school. Dipper exhausted from his first day.  And Mabel who couldn't wait for tomorrow. She looked over and saw Pacifica. She stopped and stared in awe
"Mabel?" Dipper asked
"Dipstick" She said turning to Dipper "I think I like her! over there!"
"How was she able to say that so easily?" Dipper thought
"Great!" He said pushing her towards Pacifica "go get em tiger!" He laughed.
Dipper decided to write in his dairy. Something he often did when he was alone after a couple minutes Bill showed up.
"Hey pine tree!" Bill said putting his chin on dippers shoulder
"W-WHA! BILL!" Dipper said closing the book and stuffing it back into his backpack.
"Is that a dairy?" bill asked
"N-no! Diary's are for weirdos!" Dipper blushed
"Exactly" Bill teased "just kidding, but is it a diary?"
"M-maybe..." Dipper responded
"Can I read it?" He asked smiling
Dipper thought about what he just wrote. That he came out to Mabel and that Bill was handsome and had a great personality.
"NO!" dippers voice cracked.he started blushing furiously.
"Are you ok?" Bill asked
"Uhhh uhhhh" Dipper started to panic
He started breathing heavy, he started shaking, and he was getting dizzy
"pine tree!" Bill said "MABEL! Get over here!"
"What?" She said walking over holding hands with her new girlfriend. She saw her brother having a panic attack.
"Dipstick!" She said out of concern. She took him and sat him down "get some water bill..." she ordered.
"Is he ok?" Pacifica said
"He'll be fine." Mabel answered. Bill came back with the water.
"Are you sure he's ok?" Pacifica asked "he looks like he about to pass out."
"Yeah he's fine," Mabel answered "Bill what triggered the panic attack?"
"I asked him to read his diary, which was a dumb thing to do, sorry pine tree" Bill sat down next to pine tree
Mabel took Dipper home
Dipper had calmed down
"So diary huh?" Mabel teased
"Yeah" Dipper said pulling the diary out " I mean you can read it if you want, I trust you." Dipper blushed bright red. Mabel took the book. She read about him being scared to come out. And then she got to the last page. "WAIT! I FORGOT ABOUT THAT PAGE!" Dipper said trying to grab it back.

Dear diary,
I came out to Mabel today after seeing a really handsome guy in the hallway, he has a great personality too! He sat with us at lunch and he's in some of my classes. Mabel also sorta came out to me, she likes a girl named Pacifica.

Dipper blushed bright red putting his hands in his pockets.
"Speaking of Pacifica," Mabel started
"I met her last summer, we're dating now!"
"But you! How!" Dipper couldn't comprehend how outgoing Mabel was. He ignored it and supported his sisters "that's great!" He hugged Mabel
"I know, she's just so great!" Mabel said love struck
"Blah" Dipper pretended to throw up
"Ok then what about you and Bill?" Mabel asked
Dipper blushed
"NOTHING" he ran up to his room in embarrassment.
