Bill is the shippy one. If they do live interviews, often fans will ask uncomfortable pairing questions. Generally, they don't turn down any questions, and usually once one person mentions it, Bill will just stand up and start petting Ted or sit on his lap, simply to egg on the fans. No one can ever tell if he's being serious or not.

Bill once sat on Ted for an entire hour-long interview because a fan dared him to.

On the first Wyld Stallyns world tour, they ended up lost in another country where no locals spoke a word of English. It took security 2 hours to find them.

During those two hours, they went into a restaurant and accidentally ordered half the menu because they didn't know how to tell the cooks to stop.

This started a tradition that they very often deliver food to fans waiting in line to get into their concerts.

The boys have had countless pizza parties with their fans in line. They buy tons of junk food and sit down and offer some to anyone who wants it.

One time, a fan threw underwear onto the stage. It was an awkward few seconds after Ted caught it because they both realized what had happened. He ended up throwing it back in the crowd.

Wyld Stallyns LOVES their little fans. If there's a kid in the audience within arms reach, they pull the kid onstage for pictures.

Very often, Bill and Ted will jump off the stage and walk through the crowd. They make their way to the very back rows, the nosebleed seats, and sing to the fans back there so everyone gets a chance to see them up close.

Bill and Ted once stayed after their concert until 4 am to meet every single fan who wanted to see them. They were dead tired and security was very angry that they did that. Would they do it again? "Every night, duder, if I get the chance."

The 4 am stunt made security limit the amount of time they spent meeting fans after the show. They never listen anyway.

Rufus occasionally joins the boys onstage for popular songs. He can't make it to every show, but he gets to quite a few, and is a definite fan favorite.

The boys keep all the fan gifts they get.

Interviews can never be taken seriously because neither of them sit still or stay on topic longer than 2 minutes.

Bill and Ted on the red carpet is a disaster. They never dress up, and they never pose nicely.

There was a rumor going around that the boys took fans into their band van for inappropriate reasons. This caused them to lose a lot of popularity until Bill was able to debunk the rumor.

Usually they handle hate very well, but this period of time really messed with their heads and brought them down.

Fans who believed the rumors were false started project "Hug The Stallyns" to cheer them up with hugs and gifts until the rumors blew over. They, in turn, gave the fans who participated free merchandise for sticking with them.

The rumors were proven false and their popularity grew more than ever before.

During the time when they were getting hate, Bill and Ted would always talk to each other and reassure their band mates that they knew the truth. Ted even said in an interview, "believe us if you want, or don't, but I know Bill better than anyone, so I know that this is wrong."
Unknowingly, Bill had said almost the exact same thing in his interview, about Ted.

They never allow fame to get to their heads because they keep each other grounded. <3
