"No way.. He is dead.. Has been for many years!" Niv whispered to herself while gulping loudly. "Who? What are you talking about?" Harley asked when Niv slowly got up from the ground while holding her other side with her hand. "Only one person on Mars said those words together and has been the only master of making mechanical body parts.. How can you be even alive.. Dan?!" Niv growled, making Harley gasp while turning to look at the male. "No.. Mace's a rat! Have you gone mad, Niv?" She asked in a shock, before hearing the male starting to laugh evilly. "You really are something, princess.. You really are.. But too bad that means your end!" The Male grinned while slowly turning to look at Harley.

"You are a perfect little Martian without any additions to your body.. You wouldn't recognize me as I'm worth nothing to your kind! But.. Your sister here.." He said while turning to look at Niv while still grinning widely. "Your sister here has always treated me well. She has always been my client.. My most loyal client.. But then she changed my handmade tail to some scientist's work!! How dare you betray me?!" The Male shouted while some rocks fell on the ground from the roof only a bit far from them. "I didn't betray you.. You were dead when I got to a horrible accident.. With your help I would probably never have gone to a coma, not for that long.." Niv growled back to him, before Harley talked.

She was so confused but so shocked about what was happening there. "How are you even alive? Why are you doing this? Why.. How.. are you a rat?" Harley asked, making the male just smirk. "Such a stupid female.." He growled, when Niv lifted her knife towards him. "Your leg is wounded so badly you can't even walk.. So shut the fuck up and answer her!" Niv took a step towards him when he laid there on the ground. "Simply, I survived.. So did Jeff and we made a deal.. By helping him, he became one of the great three leaders of Mars! With his help, I got to know the most secret information about the royal family! That's right, girls.. But you see.. During the accident, I fell straight onto some pink diamonds.. Tetrahydro carbons, if we are more specific! They hit my spinal cord and got all the way to my bloodstream, but they got to affect me after I got to the planet of Earth and the daylight there is very much different than in Mars.. And how I got to the Earth, you ask.. Well that's also quite simple, as simple as my traveling company.." The Male smirked while laughing when he kept answering them. At the same time Niv was looking around the place, trying to get anything to help them out of there. The Cave's grumble told them it would start to collapse soon too.

"C- Company?" Harley whimpered while feeling hard to breathe. "Spitfire truly reminds me of you, Niv.. Even if she looks pretty much like her father, her own aunt and.. Your mother.." He chuckled, making Niv turn around immediately and ran to grab him by his cloak. She lifted him up a bit while growling. "WHAT ABOUT HER?!" Niv shouted before the male managed to cut her cheek again, now there being X shaped cuts on it. She groaned loudly but didn't let him go. "Niv!! He's just trying to get himself more time! Don't listen to him!" Harley tried to get her sister away from there since she knew how much her daughter had always meant to her, which got her even more worried now.

"Spit. It. Out.." Niv tightened her grip while grabbing her mechanical tail around his wounds tightly. That got him groaning loudly in pain. "The Plutarkians are quite handy, but pretty stupid for real.. That handheld transportation device was Karbunkle's handwork as much as your tail, princess.." He said, making her start to shake him roughly. "Screw that madman! What did you say about Spitfire?!" Niv growled, making him only grin. "You see.. I got the device straight from the planet of Plutark.. And I think you know exactly how I got there" He smirked, making her eyes widened. "The Red tower.." Niv took a step back while not letting him go at all. Her side was also hurting pretty much but she couldn't let it bother her now. "That's right.. I saved your daughter and she's alive.. But if you let me die in here.. You'll never see her again.. Because I'm the only one who knows where she is" The Male grinned, making Niv pant heavily while trying to think of what to do. The Next the cave started to collapse too which didn't give them too much time to think. Neither forgetting the pollen that made all three of them weaker and weaker the whole time, especially when the collapsing got the pollen to spread around the cave faster.

"Niv.. You need to leave before it's too late.." Harley started coughing more since she had been most under the effect of the poisonous pollen. The Male had only fed her to keep her barely alive, but mostly the poison did the biggest work of destroying her from inside. She was horribly underweight and Niv was more worried about her sister's condition than her own even though she was bleeding badly from her cheek and the deep wound on her other side. "Stop that already.. And you, tell us the way out of here before we all die.." Niv growled at the male, making him only laugh before starting to cough too. "Why should I do that?" He looked at her before she slapped his face with her mechanical tail, leaving a long scratch over to his nose. "I know the real Dan is still there!" Harley started, while Niv was just growling. "He might be bluffing.." She said, before she really saw something familiar in the male's eyes. They were also the same shade of bluish-green that she had seen on the male she had thought for a long time to be dead.

"Am I, princess?" The Male grinned, making Niv growl and pinch her nose when she turned to look away. She couldn't take the risk of losing the only information source that could lead her to her missing daughter. And also at the same, as much as she would have wanted to leave him there to suffer to his death, she knew her responsibility. It was like a weight on her shoulders that told her that he would get away too easily that way. He needed to be punished after all the terrible things he had done. "We'll be leaving together.. With you" The Princess said while turning to look at the male who grinned evilly in her grip. "Are you serious?!" Harley growled before coughing again. "I knew you were smart.." The Male grinned, making her shake her head while she barely could stay standing anymore. "You'll get your punishment when we are safely back to Mars! But for that we need to leave from here, the Ceres!" She said formally before starting to cough too while being close to collapse onto the ground. "Niv!" Harley coughed while closing her eyes. She had breathed too much poison so far, she wasn't far anymore from getting unconscious.

"Harley.. Don't give up yet.." Niv said weakly when she lost her grip from the male who was still just grinning. "I'd thought as a princess you'd be smarter than that.." The Male grinned, making her turn to look at him weakly when she collapsed onto her all fours next to him and he got dropped onto his other side. "W- What.." Niv growled while turning to look around weakly. She saw the Martian Blue Horn Ox's flowers still glowing when their pollen spread around the collapsing cave. "Radical.. temperature changes.. kills them.." Harley managed to say just before her head dropped immobile to the ground. "Harley!!" Niv gasped and grabbed a flare from her leather jacket's pockets. She threw it to the flowers, making the fire spread immediately at the same time when she tried to reach her gun with her hand. But then she fell onto her other side and the gun slid away from her. Her breath turned heavier and her arms were too weak to lift them up anymore which made her use her mechanical tail to grab the gun and shoot the rest of the collapsing roof to open up more.

"'Ker.. Code 7682" She managed to press one of her necklace's diamonds before she got unconscious too. The Male had also got unconscious a bit earlier than the creamish white furred female. Shooting the roof had got the cold atmosphere of the space spread into the cave, meaning the rare Martian flowers shut their flowers fast before dying. Neither of the three of them had helmets on them, which meant they would probably die soon too. But the coding Niv had managed to say before passing out, had got the princess' bike to react and send the emergency coding to the spaceship's monitors. The Spaceship started its engines itself and flew right above the princess before transporting her inside the spaceship. She opened her eyes and got up immediately but still weakly to hurry to the monitors while crawling on all fours.

She lifted herself with her hands against the controlling table before locking the Harley's and the male's spots to get them transported into the spaceship too, while she collapsed to sit on the pilot's seat. "This bloody heavy jewelry really is a life saver.." She took a deep breath while pressing the same diamond again. Soon she heard Harley and the male gasping for air while they laid there on the spaceship's flooring. "I might now regret giving up my title.." Harley smirked, making her sister chuckle when she turned to look at her. "You surely were an idiot.. But I'm so happy you are alive!!" Niv cried when she hurried to hug her tightly before helping her to get on a seat to put the backrest down as a kind of termporary bed. "Me too.." Harley sighed and lifted her other hand weakly to her forehead. Niv grabbed her hand to kiss her palm before they heard an unwanted voice talking.

"Only an idiot saves their enemy.." The Male growled which got Niv slam her hand on one of the controlling table's buttons immediately after she had walked to the table. It made a cage to form around the male when she just sat back on her seat. "Now there's at least one thing I agree with you.. But I have my reasons, did you tell the truth or not" She said while trying to navigate their location. "Either way.. I still won.." The Male grinned, making her growl. "No, you didn't.. Justice always wins.." Niv said but then heard him laughing. "I will find my daughter, with or without your help" She growled while coordinating Mars' location. "You know.. There are plenty of bounty hunters that I'd not be surprised to hear that are after your daughter.. But it's glad to hear you made sure Snow will take the crown if her older sister won't ever come back.." He laughed, making the princess turn the spaceship around rapidly that got the cage to slam against the wall. That got the male groaning loudly in pain and cursing something that Niv heard to be clearly Martian language. "Whoops.. Sorry! It's a female on the pilot's seat" Niv growled while looking at Harley who had fallen asleep at some point.

"You can prevent talking about this.. But you can't run away from reality" He growled in the cage, making her look at him in the corner of her eyes. "Neither can you.. How do you think your children or your wife might react when they hear about your crimes? If you really are Dan, I mean.." She said while the spaceship left the asteroid trio. The Fire had shut down immediately when the space's coldness filled the collapsed cave. She started to head the way she had located Mars probably being now. It would take some time and she could just hope there wouldn't be anything to bother their flight so she could take care of their wounds before they could get to a hospital.

"C- Children.." The Male said, making her nod. "Exactly.." She said before hearing him saying Adira's name, the way she could tell there, somewhere deep inside of him was still left the Martian male they all had once known carrying the name of Dan. But why had he turned to a bad guy if he had had a happy life with his family, hadn't he? "Mericy.. Modo" He thought to himself while feeling a tear rolling slowly down his cheek. Could there be any changes that there would still be something good in him after all the bad things he has done so far?

Timeskip: Some weeks later

The Asteroid had really been Ceres, but the third asteroid along with Ceres and Myrthia had been a much smaller one, formed from the separate pieces from the two others. That's why Niv didn't first realize it was the asteroid she had been looking for. But getting back to Mars from somewhere near Saturn and Uranus isn't any kind of short daywalk in the streets. It took many weeks to get back with the spaceship that wasn't the best of the Martian military. During that time, Niv had had time to take care of their wounds and especially her sister. Harley was slowly getting back on feeling better, but she still needed hospital treatment as soon as possible. Especially since there wasn't much food supplies left anymore in the spaceship.

"Here.. After this, you'll rest" Niv sighed after changing some medical bandages on Harley's wounds. Some of them had been close to being inflamed, but she had managed to get them healed a bit from the worst condition. Harley had even needed to be revived once after she had collapsed and stopped breathing. Even if she seemed better already, the danger wasn't over yet. "I want to help you.. Two pairs of eyes are better than one.." Harley sighed, but then saw her sister shaking her head. "Your side had got cut open!" She started, but Niv just walked back to the pilot seat while the spaceship was on autopilot. "I stitched it already when we got through the first asteroid belt.." She said, making her sigh deeply when she saw the princess scratching her shaved hair. "This is all my fault.. I'm so sorry, Niv" Harley started to sob which got her to sigh deeply too.

"Harley.. I would sacrifice my life for you! You know that! I don't give a damn about my hair when I have got you back!" Niv hurried to hug her tightly when she slowly got to sit up in the laid down seat. She was very worried about her sister since the medical supplies were running out too. Harley groaned and lifted her other hand to her other shoulder that seemed to hurt the most right after her back. They had actually found a couple of inflamed wounds that had caused her health to get worse again, from which had come from Mace stealing her fur. "You almost did! I would have never forgiven myself! But.. You have always been proud of your Mohawk.." She sobbed when Niv gently wiped her tears away. "I still am.. But hey.. You are more important.. And even if I was about to freeze my antennas and my arse there.. I got something much better back" She smiled, making her smile and nod back at her. "Don't.. say.. anything!" Niv growled when she started to cry against her sister who took a deep breath under her when they hugged each other. Harley felt guilty that her sister had gotten hurt, but it wasn't blaming her for having a fragile mind after that horrible experience.

"How cute.." The Male growled in the cage while looking at them. "Keep being quiet and you will not get worse.." Niv growled while preparing her gun to shoot the male. She was still prepared with her weapons because when they had just left from the asteroid the male had got out of the cage and made sure the spaceship would collide with the approaching asteroids. They had had a hard time surviving through the asteroid belt and the princess had to fight and knock the male out again to drag him back to the cage.

"You need me alive, Princess.." He grinned, making her shoot right near his feet that got him gasp and roll over at the ground. "That's what I thought.. But remember.. I'm a sniper. I always hit wherever I aim.." She said while placing the gun to the controlling panel to go to check Harley again. "Oh right.. Letting Lucas go was surely something a real sniper would do.." The Male smirked, making her turn to look at the male.

"Just for your own health.. I'll make sure soon you wish that you would have died during the climbing accident!" Niv growled while continuing flying the spaceship herself. "I would have if the tetra hydro carbons didn't save me.. They have surprising effects.. You should try!" He chuckled, making her roll her eyes. "No thanks.." Niv growled before hearing Harley talking. "I would never have imagined I would get kidnapped by my friend's father.." She sighed while Niv agreed with her. "I would have never believed it either if someone had told me about my future beforehand.." They heard the male saying which got the females turn to look at each other before turning to look at him again. Suddenly he sounded different, almost like.. Nice?

"Are you willing to tell us more or do I need to search your brain? Believe me.. I'd have all the rights to do it after what you have done.." Niv crossed her arms after turning the autopilot back on and turning the seat to see them better. Even if her side was still hurting pretty much actually, she didn't show any signs of being in pain to the enemy. "I had my reasons to take Harley away.." He said, making the brown furred female roll her eyes and turn her head away. "And what would be a good enough reason to kidnap someone?" Niv asked while at the same time looking at the autopilot to do as it was supposed to do. "Not just someone.. A Former princess.. And.. to ask for help.." The Male sighed, making Harley's ears move as a sign of hearing.

"Help?" Harley turned to look at her sister who was just growling. "You should have just asked for help instead of torturing her.. You literally stole her fur and harmed her badly.." Niv glared at him deathly. She clearly didn't buy anything from that. He must be lying, right? "When I got to Earth with Spitfire, I transformed into a rat so badly I never got back to my Martian form.. It's because the tetra hydro carbons got into my bloodstream.. Not just affecting me by touch.." The Male said, making Niv snort while shaking her head. "So that makes you turn into a vicious rat and you seem to be needing help for that.. But you are now nice because?" She said while looking at Harley who turned away from them again. "Because of them.. You both know who has been after you ever since Harley did what she did.. They would have gotten to know too much.." He said, making both of them look more serious.

"Why does anyone have to do anything with the fact that I left my title as a princess?" Harley said before seeing her sister turning to look away. "Niv.." She started, making her sigh deeply. "You know about the civil war on Mars.. The Other side has always been against our familyline.. But after you gave your title away.. Some of them wanted.." Niv felt so bad and couldn't say the rest of it out loud. "Wanted what?" Harley asked, but then heard the male talking. "You, to die.." He said when Niv wiped her tears away. "What? And why haven't I known about this?!" She asked and was clearly devastated. "We needed to protect you.. You were too young to know things like that.. Even if you also were too young to leave your title too, but I know you get what I'm trying to say now!" Niv blurted out, making her start to cry.

"I only wanted to live a normal life.. Without all the fame, glory and pressure.. Why did our own citizens want to get me killed just for my own dreams?!" She cried while pulling the blanket on her more to hide herself. "That's why.. They were more specific about how the royal family should act and do things.." The Male said, making Niv turn to look at him. "What does this have to do with you?" She asked, making the male growl but when she lifted her gun towards him, he sighed and nodded her to put it down. Niv had it prepared even if she put it onto the panel. "I was at the secret forces to keep Harley safe when I got to know you two were sisters.. But after the accident.. Gahh!!" He said but then the Sun light got him to growl and turn back to the more evil side. But before they got to know anything more from him, the sisters saw something familiar approaching.

"Mars!!" Harley cried now happily when they finally saw the red planet in front of them. She felt more than relieved about seeing her home planet after so many years. She was really getting  back to home now- She was going to see her family and friends, and Vinnie after a long time. "Hold on tight.." Niv said when they entered the atmosphere of Mars, but during that the male broke free from the cage and attacked the princess immediately. "NIV!!" Harley gasped when she saw the huge rat throwing her sister against the wall like a wet rag. "You both shall die!!" The Male growled while making sure they got too fast to the atmosphere, making the whole spaceship heaten up rapidly. "NO!! Mace, Dan, stop! We know you are still there!" Harley shouted while trying to get up, but then faced the wall as fast as her sister when the male threw her away too. Harley couldn't do anything more than just to scream when she joined her sister on the floor. She felt something probably breaking which caused her even more pain.

"Say hey to your father for me.. In paradise!" He laughed evilly when he ran to the bike storage to get the bike ready while Niv tried to get up from the flooring. "You are not getting away from us.. You are facing justice and get your punishment from this!! Your children surely are going to be ashamed of you!" Niv shouted, making the male stop right there in his place. "Modo.. Mer..icy.." He mumbled under his breath. "Yes! And your wife! Adira!!" Niv got slowly and weakly up from the flooring to head to the controlling panel after checking her sister that nodded her to go. Then she made sure the spaceship slowed down while she signaled an emergency signal there, hoping someone would see it soon when she turned slowly around to see the male.

She grabbed her gun to be ready to defend herself and her sister but to her surprise, the male collapsed onto the ground. It had been even a miracle he had gotten up with that leg, but now it seemed too painful to even stand with it. And his family seemed to have a more powerful effect on him than pain. She sighed deeply while dragging the huge male back to the cage when he was just growling but couldn't do anything because he felt so much pain. "It seems like.. You were an agent for us.. But.. Since you helped Jeff, it makes you a double agent. You worked for both sides.. Gosh why can't our citizens just behave and live happily together.. We are the same species and barely even survived after the war with Plutarkians" She leaned against her hand at the panel when she sat back on the pilot's seat.

"To keep all of you safe.. You know I never wanted anything bad for you.. But then you betrayed me.. I can't forgive you from that, princess.." He said while still growling in his rat form, making her lift her other eyebrow up. "Betrayed? When and how?" She asked, which got him to growl more while laying at the floor in the cage. "I knew only you could get the hints from Ceres.. But you never showed up till now.." He said, making her cross her arms. "I was in a coma for the Goddess' sake! For 14 years.. It happened years after your 'death'.." She said but then turned to look at her sister. They looked at each other the way that told that they clearly knew something, but also they were the only ones that knew it. "Coma?" The Male said, before Harley talked. "You said that to yourself too when Niv appeared to the Ceres.. Don't you remember it?" She asked, making Niv doubt his words too, but then they felt the spaceship landing which got the princess to hurry to the door when they saw military forces approaching the spaceship fast.

"What are we going to do with him?" Harley managed to ask, when Niv turned around just before opening the door. "He will be heard, but the royal forces decide the rest of it, along with our mother who makes the last decision with Stoker" Niv said formally before pressing the doors to open. Soon the soldiers ran in and took Harley and Niv straight away to the hospital while Mace, or actually Dan after the secret had come out to the others too, was taken to the highly secured prisoner hospital where the doctors had no other choice than amputate his badly wounded leg to make sure he would survive to face justice after what he has done. Niv had managed to take care of him the way to keep him alive, but it wasn't enough to save the wounded leg. It took a couple of weeks from Niv to get out of the hospital while Harley had to stay there for a couple of months to recover from the kidnapping physically. Mentally it would need much more time, probably even years if she could ever recover from that completely. The Soldiers took care that Dan wouldn't see freedom at all while waiting for the sentence.

The Doctors and highly rated generals had got the princess' permission to search his brain while the Queen was finally being transported back from her new hideout that Niv's friends had helped her to. Niv made sure the certain Freedom Fighters would take care of her since she didn't trust anyone other than the Martians she knew very well. During that time she had taken the lead from Dan's case, from which the generals had got to know that he really knew many highly secured things about the royal family and some other highly secured secrets too. But when the crown princess demanded to meet her husband, she was told that no-one had managed to contact him or got his signal even from some of his own secret hideouts, meaning that it seemed like he wasn't even on the planet. Even though some of his hideouts were so hidden that they couldn't be found by no-one other than Stoker himself, it started to seem quite odd.

"WHAT?! Where is my husband?!" She gasped while sitting at the Commander in Chief's office, waiting for any news about Stoker. The Office was left after her father Darius, but since Niv wasn't queen yet, Stoker had to wait for his promotion too. He did some of the Commander in Chief's job already, but till Niv's mother's still a Queen, Stoker didn't carry the official title yet. "He's on secondment with the two of the Biker Mice.. No-one knows anything more, your Highness" The General said, before another one ran to the room without knocking. That got the other general to prepare his weapons to defend the princess, but when he recognized the comer, he calmed down. "What is it?! Haven't you heard of knocking? Or see that I'm busy!" Niv growled at the panting general. "It's about your mother.. The Queen.." The General said, making her eyes widened.

She hurried from the other side of the table while having a very bad feeling about this. "What about my mother?!" Niv asked, but the general's expression told everything. "She's been taken to the hospital! Her health situation has gone worse" The General said, making her hurry immediately after him, even if she still had stitches on her side and medical bandages wrapped around her. But where was Stoker, Vinnie and Modo? They really should get to know about what has happened lately, but how could anyone tell them if they were nowhere to find?!
