Author's pov:

In post 14, which was an emergency hideout for the Freedom Fighters, Vinnie was sitting on his bike and looking at the bike's side mirror where he saw himself with his badly wounded face. The Whole right side of it was covered with bandages, and the male barely remembered waking up just before the enemy had taken them away from the field. He had felt so much pain which had caused him to even get unconscious there.

"Mirror mirror on the handlebar, who's the studliest mouse in all Mars" He sighed while looking at himself from the mirror. Then he leaned against the bike before punching the mirror which flew to a rock in the cave where Modo was testing his mechanical arm's gun. The Mirror got shattered, but the white male didn't care. Post 14 was a hideout in a cave, hidden in the canyon that was located in a desert. But unlike the other places on Mars that used to be beautiful but nowadays were just red and dry ground left, this desert was actually one of those few deserts that had always been like this. And this exact desert was the same where a certain group of nine had had a mission many many many years ago, but on the other side of it..

"Wow! Uncle Modo, that's pretty hot!" Rimfire admired the laser that Modo was testing on a rock, but after hearing his nephew's words, he turned to him and growled. "Don't be impressed, Rimfire.. This Plutarkian fin ain't mine! It's made by the enemy.." He said before hearing the commander sighing deeply. He was sitting on a rock near them, with the bandage still wrapped around his head. He seemed to be down about losing his sight, maybe even depressed, which wasn't actually far away from either of them because of the situation.

"Look guys.. Timing is not the best, but we gotta cook up a strategy!" Carbine punched her other fist to her hand after walking to the males. She had checked if the cave was safe and they were still unnoticed. And also checked if they had enough gas left in the tanks of the bikes. "Sorry Sweetheart.. No can do.. Don't want to and no sense to.." Vinnie sighed while still sitting on his bike, near the bigger entrance of the cave. He had decided to guard them even if there was another smaller entrance at the other side of the hideout, but that was only noticed if the comer knew where it was and what to search for. That's why the brainwashed Stoker was a very dangerous opponent to them, he knew literally everything, which made their hiding much more difficult, not even mentioning possible strategies since he had been a teacher for most of them.

"We seem to be crapping out of this corrupt contest, big time!" Modo growled while leaning against a rock. But then they got a video call to the monitor that was there in the cave. The Sound of connecting barely with a weak connection, surprised Rimfire and made him gasp when he fell from a rock he had been sitting on. "Oh mama!" He said, making a female voice answer him. "Don't you mean old grandmama?" Said a voice that got Modo to stop the laser testing and turn around. "Heyy! Is that.." He smiled when he saw his own mother calling them.

"You don't write, you don't call.." The Female said, making Modo sit next to Rimfire in front of the monitor. "Oh mama!" He was so happy to see his mother after a long time. "And now the quality is shoddy.." The Female said, making the others but Vinnie, gather around the monitor too. They greeted the female named Adira, fast but still politely before letting Modo continue the call he had seemed to wait for long. "We gotta make this fast, mama! Tell sis not to worry! Rimfire's safe with me" Modo smiled while lifting his right arm on his nephew's shoulder.

"Of course he is, dear! Mericy is more worried about Rhea.. But don't you worry, your niece is safe with us! What about you Modo?" Modo's mother Adira said, making Modo sigh deeply and hid his mechanical arm behind his back to not let his mother see it. "Umm.. Well we have had better days.. Don't know who's fishing and who's cutting bait anymore.. Seems everyone's on the take.." He turned to look down before he felt Throttle's hands on his shoulders. He tried to help him relax a bit, while also being relieved to hear Adira's sweet and caring voice since she had also raised him, on turns with General Stoker. "Well son, like my dear white furred daddy used to say, food looks free on the mouse trap! Stay strong son!" She smiled before the signal ended, that Modo sighed and nod. "I will mama.. I will.." He said while noticing Vinnie driving inside the cave since he had been only one who hadn't gathered around the monitor during the call.

"Huh?" They all gasped when they heard a bike's growling coming to the cave from the smaller hidden entrance. It sounded different from Vinnie's and it also came from the opposite direction. They all got prepared for the company since they weren't sure if the comer was a friend or an enemy. "Let's see who's coming" Throttle said while they surrounded the comer with guns. But it didn't take long to notice from the voice that gasped that the comer was a female. She quickly took her helmet off to reveal her face.

"Harley?!" Carbine gasped and put her gun away first, making the others follow her lead. "Boy, my butt is so sore.. What a ride!" She sighed while getting up from her bike. Those kinds of bikes were in storage for an emergency and evacuation, but they surely weren't the best of their kind either. "Oh maan.." Vinnie gulped before walking away while hiding his face from the female. He didn't want his loved one to see how badly he was injured. In his past he had been rejected once when he had got injured after a fight, which he would always remember.

"Where's everybody else?" Modo asked, making Harley shake her head. "Captured.. Stoker.. Lead the raid.." She whipped her tears away fast when she noticed her crying. She had been the only one who had got away from her group of five. The Male soldiers had sacrificed themselves so the female had gotten away. "Captured? But that means Stilton's about to draft them under the stink fish team with Karbunkle's Mind Bender.." Throttle growled while leaning against a wall and throwing a small stone with his left hand.

"Had enough with those bush-lead barracudas!" Modo growled before shooting the stone with his mechanical arm's gun, making just sand fall to the commander's hand. "That means we don't have much time left.." General Carbine sighed while trying to think of any good strategy for their way too small group against an enemy that big, especially something that Stoker wouldn't get which was much easier said than done. "Like this wasn't already bad enough!" Harley sighed while turning to look down at the ground.

"Yeah.. And then there's Old Timer.." Vinnie sighed, making them sigh too. "Can't believe they managed to brainwash him for real.." Throttle growled, before they heard Modo talking. "Karbunkle is dangerous, we all have to admit that.." He said, making them nod. "They all are, but Stoker knows our moves and the way we think.." Carbine said, before Rimfire stepped forward. "I haven't been his student.." He said, making Modo shake his head. "No.. Your mother tears me apart if something happens to you!" He said, but then Carbine talked while rubbing her jaw. "I don't like the idea either, and even if I, Stoker's niece, have taught Rimfire.. I see his point being surprisingly good.." She said without thinking what she actually had said out loud, but then turned to look at Vinnie. "But what does that kid know about fighting?" He said, but then turned to look at the female who blushed and took a step back while moving her hands behind her back too.

"Carbine.." Modo crossed his arms while Throttle chuckled. "No wonder how his moves looked so familiar!" He laughed, making the gray furred male roll his eyes and sigh. "Since when.." He asked demandingly, but when Carbine turned to the youngster to prevent him from telling the truth, he blurted it out already, making her hit her hand to her forehead roughly. "A Bit over six years!" He said, making Modo throw his arms into the air while Throttle fumbled to lift his hand on Carbine's shoulder. "But ain't that good thing?" Harley asked, making Modo turn to look at her. "You knew?" He asked, making her blush and nod. "Just tell me you knew too, bros!" He growled, but the males shook their heads. "We had no clue.. But no wonder why she always wanted to babysit your sister's children!" Vinnie chuckled, making Modo turn to look at the general again. "Even my niece? Does my sister know about this?" He asked, making her rub the back of her neck. "Yeah.. A Bit her too, and no.. This was meant to be a good surprise for all.." She sighed, making him sigh. "Well.. I might have overreacted a bit.. But you know there's multiple reasons to be worried about those two.." He said, making her smile and nod before they heard Throttle talking.

"But ain't it turning to the late evening already? Can't say because my vision is gone, but my mind is still here.. So should we all try to get some sleep and rest a while?" He suggested before actually hearing someone yawning. The Sun was almost set down already, from which Throttle could also tell by the air that was getting a bit colder. "S- Sorry!" Carbine shook her head while feeling already sleepy even if she tried to fight against it. "Sounds good.. And even if some of us maybe can't fall asleep at all, at least try to think about the strategy silently.." Modo said while Vinnie got up from his bike and lifted his helmet on it. Modo's and Throttle's bikes were at the smaller entrance to block the comer's way which actually had been rather hard to pass when Harley had arrived, till the bikes had recognized her, they had moved aside. But would they do the same for Stoker, since they were still after all machines and didn't copy about the brainwash thing..

"Where are we going to sleep?" Vinnie asked, making Harley shake her head. "There might be that emergency storage but it has just medical stuff and some food and drinks that lasts long.. But not sure if they are still doable since I have no idea when someone has visited here before this.." She said, before Vinnie talked. "I can test the food!" He lifted his index finger up but got glared at by the general right away. "No you don't.. We are not going to listen, watch or even smell if or WHEN your stomach gets upset by old food.." She growled, making the males chuckle. "Have you seen what he eats regularly-? Oh.. Alright, I didn't say anything.." Throttle had laughed but then took his words back when he had heard her growling louder. "We won't be here for long, guys.. We'll do alright.." Harley said, making Rimfire start to walk around to find some spot for him to sleep.

"Let's just follow his lead.. There are no castles and fancy pillows here now, but we can manage.. Let's just decide now who takes the first turn to guard! Throttle and Rimfire are out of count.." The Black haired general said, getting the young male turn to look at her while Harley just smiled for some reason she only knew. She turned to look outside while clearly thinking about something. "Carbine ma'am is right! You are still too young and need more sleep than us.." Modo said, making his nephew sigh and nod before laying down a rock under his head. "I'll take the first turn" Modo said and got towards the bigger entrance to sit on a rock. "Alright, wake me up next. Couple of hours per each should be enough. We'll leave in the morning anyway" Harley said, making the gray furred male nod while the others curled down the ground to at least try to get some sleep.

"Can I come here?" Harley walked to Vinnie who had decided to lay down a bit further from Throttle since they needed to lay on the same place. At nights the ground got colder than usual since there weren't many plants or anything at all around. And fire would be noticed faster by the enemy. "Yeah, sure.." Vinnie sighed while making some space between him and Throttle's back. The Males slept on the sides while the females slept in the middle where it was much warmer. On the other side of Throttle was of course Carbine, and her other side was Rimfire. "Let's change places.. You should be in the middle.." Throttle whispered to Carbine while hearing Harley laying down behind him.

"No way.. If something happens, I'll cover you.. But Rimfire should sleep in the middle.." She said while gently petting her male's cheek, making him lift his hand on her palm while smiling. "I can manage! I'm 16, not a toddler or a baby.." Rimfire said but then leaned his back against Carbine's back while she curled up in the commander's arms, using his biceps as a pillow. That made her smile warmly since she knew how much Rimfire appreciated and cared about her, and the feeling was mutual. "You're a good kid, Rimfire.." Throttle patted his head, making him smile and nod to him while he just looked at his uncle who looked outside to the desert.

"Night everyone.." Harley said, making them say it too before Carbine and Throttle fell asleep right away. It could be heard by the sniffle. And even if they were in a desert, they managed to fall asleep fast because they were with each other and Throttle felt safe when he knew Carbine felt safe when he was around. That's why he fell asleep with a smile on his face, he had got his female back and alright. "Vinnie.. Do you sleep already?" Harley whispered as quiet as she could while trying to lean against the white furred male who had his back towards her. Not only because to cover his wounds, but also because laying on his right side would have hurt his face more. "I hope we are alright, Hot Shot.." She smiled weakly before turning to her other side, where she saw Throttle's back now. She also noticed that the couple had wrapped their tails around, which made her sigh deeply.

It didn't take long from that when she felt Vinnie wrapping his tail around her tail too, which made her smile and fall asleep faster. The White furred male was still awake, but it didn't take much time from him either to fall asleep when he felt her tail wrapped around his too. Even if he had avoided her because of his wounds, he still cared about her a lot. "Can't sleep, Uncle Modo.." Rimfire sighed while getting up and walking to his uncle, who turned to look at him a bit surprised. He patted the rock next to him, making the young male sit down there and lean against his hands. Even if he yawned, he just couldn't sleep.

"Thinking about your mom and Rhea?" Modo asked, making him nod. "How'd you know?" He said, making him smile and cross his arms. "I'm thinking about them too.. But also my own female.. Seeing those together ain't easy to be honest.." He sighed, making Rimfire turn to look into the cave and nod. "But I noticed that since you normally sleep a lot and can fall asleep anywhere.." He patted his head, making him sigh again. "It was before the war.. But let's not talk about that now.. What's she like?" He said, making Modo now sigh while they turned to look at the dark desert together.

"Jessica, huh? She's amazing.. But we.. Uh.. Have had some hard times lately.. It's not easy to have a mate during a war.." He said, making the young male smirk. "So she's your mate? Am I getting cousins soon?" He said, making Modo blush and shake his head fast. "No! I didn't mean that.. Besides I'm not talking about that with you now.. Not yet.. Go back to sleep.." He said, making the youngster shake his head now. "What about mom, grandma and Rhea? Do you think they are alright?" He said, making him nod right away, even if he actually wasn't sure about the answer either. "I know they are.. Mama seemed to be alright, but I saw her being clearly worried which is very understandable.." He said, making Rimfire sigh.

"She said something that mom's more worried about Rhea than me.." He said, making his uncle lift his hand on his shoulder. "She didn't mean it that way! You know what your sister's like.. Your exact opposite.. No wonder we all have gray furs.. But I can't believe you had that secret from us for over six years.." He smirked, making him chuckle and nod. "Maybe I'm not the worst at disobeying after all.. But are you mad, uncle Modo?" He smirked too, making his uncle sigh and laugh. "You are an angel for what comes to her.. But no.. I'm not.. It just takes some time to deal with it!" He said, before they wished nights for each other when the young male left back inside. When Carbine had rolled to her other side to sleep in a spoon with the commander, she had noticed the young male was missing and was about to get up when he walked back.

"Come here.." She sighed and opened her arms to him to sleep there right next to her so he wouldn't feel cold during the night time. "Night, aunt Carbine.." He said, making her smile and gently pet his hair to help him fall asleep, that made her remember the past days when she had babysit him before he had turned to teenage and needed no more babysitting at all, even if she had been teaching him secretly the army basics ever since he had just been 10 years old. She had always been proud of him, and dreamed about having her own, a son or a daughter to teach and raise someday. But now she clearly understood what Rimfire was probably going through.

Even if he was already 16, war was never an easy deal, especially for that young age. And she and the others knew it better than enough! "Good night, Rimfire.." She smiled before she fell asleep too under her male's other arm that he had lifted over her to sleep in a spoon with her while their tails were still wrapped against each other. After a couple of hours, Modo got up and walked to wake up Harley gently who had promised to take the next turn. After a couple of hours of her own watch, she had woken up Carbine, meaning that it was Vinnie's turn closer to the morning..

In the enemy's fortress, right after Harley had just got to the canyon's hideout

"Oh yeah.. Alternate post 14.. Harley's reached her destination" Stoker grinned while leaning against the device table after managing to track down the escaper. Dominic T. Stilton was waiting for some proper process after so many of the good test subjects had gotten away. He wasn't pleased about those new ones either since the Biker Mice was the enemy's elite, with or without General Stoker. Especially when he wanted to avenge his son's death to Throttle. "Hmm.. I assume you know the way in.." The Plutarkian leader growled, making the brown furred male chuckle.

"Like the back of my hand!" Stoker smirked before punching the monitor broken with his right hand. After that they heard a voice talking behind them which made both of them turn around. "Magnificently impressive display of machismo, dear Renegade Rodent! However.. Before you get to forth.. I want to introduce to you, the hideous Frederik!" Lawrence Limburger said after entering the room by elevator with Karbunkle and some kind of mutant that was sitting on a table.

"You can just call me Fred!" The Mutant smirked, making Stilton look clearly displeased about how Karbunkle used his time in the lab. He definitely got paid too much for lazy effort, and so did Limburger. They just couldn't be serious that this small muncher would be any help to the brainwashed Martian Silver Star General, or even have a chance to. "Small but lethal beast! I assure you.. He's a.." He mumbled, making the Plutarkian leader cross his arm fins. "I'll scale you later!" He growled before turning to look at the Martian mouse while Limburger groaned and sighed. "And as for you, my Warm-blooded Warrior. Go forth and finish business!" He commanded, making Stoker just laugh evilly before getting ready to leave first thing in the morning.

At the alternate post 14 when the next morning had barely even turned from the night, Vinnie had left before the Sun rose to speed around the canyon when it was his turn to guard and Carbine had barely even fallen to sleep yet. And by speeding around, he meant destroying some places to help him with his nerves. "Wa ha haoo!! Rocking and rolling! Crashing and cruising!" He howled while shooting a rock in front of him. He was laughing when he felt himself finally being relaxed and full of morale to fight. After almost a half an hour, when he finally felt him being back to his normal self, he got back to the hideout to see the rocks falling down to the canyon after he did some decorating there with the touch of macho mice.

"Letting out a little steam, huh hero?" Harley smiled when she heard him coming back and walked to him. "Wow, uh.. Just don't want to blow a gasket that's all.." He chuckled and took his helmet off, while the female walked to put his mirror back on the bike which she had found in the cave and fixed it for him. "Talking of which.. Do you mind if I check into the hood?" She said, making him blush and chuckle. "Sure, why not! I guess being half impressed is better than not being impressed at all, alright.." He felt a little awkward since he didn't want her to see his wounds, but he also couldn't say no to her.

She leaned towards him to unwrap his bandages while he gulped deeply. "Stay out of trouble.. I'll be right back!" She smiled at him before walking away, leaving him to just sit there on his bike. "Oh sure thing! I'll just hang out here and spook up some wildlife.." He sighed while looking towards the canyon. Everything seemed to be calm there, but it was just up to time when they had to leave back to the field or they would be found from there.

When Harley walked back into the cave, to head to the emergency storage that had some supplies in it, she saw Modo practicing with his mechanical arm's gun while Rimfire was still sleeping near him. They didn't want to wake him up yet when the Sun had just risen and everything seemed still calmer so far. The Others had woken up when Vinnie had outsourced his turn of watch to speeding out, meaning that Carbine who had her turn before him, hadn't slept at all after that. She had used the time for good and was trying to modify Throttle's helmet to be better for him.

"Here, try this.." The General said while putting the helmet on the commander's head. He was sitting on a rock while thinking if he had even woken up yet. She had unwrapped the bandages around his head, but he still saw nothing but white which made him very frustrated. "I've adjusted your helmet's polarizing control" She explained while pressing the laser visor to close. He saw something, but it was still all blurry and unclear to even recognize his own female standing next to him.

"No go, Carbine.. Look, babe.. I appreciate what you do.." He sighed deeply while leaning against his hands on his knees. That made Carbine walk around him to be now in front of him. "You haven't even begun to appreciate what I can do, babe!" She smirked while adjusting the helmet to be even better for him. "I'm adjusting for whiteout visibility.." She explained just before getting it finally ready for him. He smiled immediately when he finally saw the female again which made her smile too.

"Mm.. Hey there beautiful!" He smirked while lifting his left hand towards her, making her sit on his lap and hug him. "Well, here's looking at you handsome" She smiled and leaned her head against his shoulder, making him sigh deeply. "Thank you babe.." He said, making her turn to look at him. "Anything for you, Throttle" She opened the visor just to kiss him, making him close his eyes before kissing her back. After that the visor got closed so he could see again. When Harley walked past them again, she smiled at the view. Modo had seen them too and was smiling even if his thoughts were at Jessica. Where might she be now with the army forces? He hoped she was alright, but did she miss him too?

"Here we go Hot shot.. Flex plate shielding for vehicle repairs and the occasional macho mouse makeover.." She smiled while putting some silver molding shield on the right side of Vinnie's face. The Wound looked bad but they would heal nicely under his new mask. The Male started to smile and laugh happily when she turned the mirror to him to see his face. "Ya haooo! We're talking heavy metal mug here! Oh yeah!" He howled and smiled before hugging her tightly. They started laughing together since they both enjoyed seeing the other part being happy and alright.

"Hey.. I.." He started and was about to thank her, but she kissed his cheek, making him blush and feel the atmosphere getting warmer. "You're welcome, cutie.." She smiled before walking back inside, but then Vinnie grabbed her hand in his and pulled her into a deep and powerful kiss. "Thank you, Sweetheart.." He smiled, making her blush and kiss him back, but when she was about to sit on his lap, he got up and winked at her. "Maybe umm.." He started to mumble, making her lift her other eyebrow up when she looked at him.

"Just say if you don't.." She started while dropping down her ears. "No! I.." He stuttered, making her sigh and walk back inside. "Harley!" He dashed after her, leaving no-one to continue guarding after him. Neither of them saw someone hiding behind the rocks in the canyon. "Harley!" Vinnie ran after her to the emergency storage where she had walked to patch her own wound when Mace had shot her shoulder during the escape. Seeing the white furred male running after the female, made his bros just chuckle which made Carbine roll her eyes and poke Throttle's chest before glaring at him. She was still sitting on his lap when he got confused about what he had done wrong now.

"Harley.." Vinnie said when he entered the storage, which was a short tunnel away from the main hideout. It was a bit under the ground but still close and part of Post 14. But when he entered the storage, his jaw dropped down to the ground when he saw the brown furred female standing there shirtless, her back facing him. "Vinnie?!" She gasped when she heard him coming there. She was just cleaning her wound that got noticed by the white furred male. She had also checked if she had any other wounds since her body hurt like she would have some there. "Sweetie, are you hurt?" He swallowed and walked to her, making her stop him right there by lifting her tail against his chest.

"Mace shot me.. But I'm alright.." She said, while turning to look away from him. He started to growl right away after hearing that. "I'm alright, Vinnie!" She turned around fast, but then remembered she didn't have her shirt on which made her lift her hands up to cover her breasts while blushing and turning to look down at the ground. "You don't have anything to be ashamed of.." Vinnie sighed while walking to her when she pulled her tail back down and swallowed.

"Let me check your wound.. You have always patched me.. Which I'm very thankful for, really! But.." He said while looking at her. They both were blushing when she turned to look at his pink eyes. He leaned a bit forward to her, making her almost jump to him when she wrapped her arms around his head and neck to kiss him powerfully. She pressed herself against him when he kissed her back and wrapped his arms around her body.

"I had just got it cleaned.." She panted when they finally got separated. "I see.." He smirked, making her blush again when she noticed him eyeing her breasts since she didn't usually wear any bras either. "Vinnie.." She turned to look away while seeing him shaking his head in the corner of her eye, making her turn to look back at him. "You are gorgeous! And what I was about to say out there.. Was that I'd like to take the next step with you in our.." He said, making her eyes widen while she dropped her ears down a bit. "Oh Vinnie.. I'd love to!" She smiled, making him smile too before he kissed her again, making her walk a bit backwards, he followed her right after.

Then she felt the cold ground wall against her back before Vinnie lifted his hands on both sides of her. "So we are now official? Like.. Can tell the others too?" He smirked, making her nod and blush. "We have already been, but now more serious.. Don't you dare to flirt with other females anymore even if it's part of your nature.." She smirked, making his jaw drop down dramatically before he chuckled. "Hey! Do I really have to?!" He growled, making her giggle and nod. "If you want to get this.." She said and enhanced her body with her hands going from up to down, making his eyes narrow suggestively when he gulped and chuckled.

"I see your point.." He winked at her, making her wink back at him, before she pulled him against her from the weaponry belt that was going across his chest. "So we have a deal?" She whispered to his ear while lifting her hands to his belt that was around his waist before moving them a bit down from that. "Yeah.." He moaned when he closed his eyes after feeling her opening his belt and moving her hand inside his beige uniform pants.

"I see we can't leave from here before sealing it.." She kissed him before biting his lower lip, making him sigh and nod before feeling her pulling his pants down after noticing his bulge there. "But here?" He turned to look at her when she started to unplug her own belt. "In the canyon then?" She smirked, making him chuckle and kiss her again before lifting her against the wall, her legs around his waist, once they had got their pants down and Vinnie's shirt and vest off too. "Oh Vinnie!!" She moaned his name which could totally be heard on the other side of the tunnel, in the hideout.

"Don't they remember there's a child in here?!" Modo growled while covering the sleeping Rimfire's ears, making Throttle chuckle while Carbine blushed and had her eyes widened at first. "Seems like they'll be having their own soon if Vinnie doesn't remember.." The Commander started, but got another poke to his chest before the general got up and headed to the bigger entrance. "Hey! What did I do now?!" He lifted his hand up in the air while Modo just rolled his eyes when they had no other choice than to listen to their friends love making.

"Is everything alright?" Throttle asked after following Carbine outside where Vinnie's bike still was. "Move this inside.. You know it'll obey you more than me.." She said while crossing her arms and nodding towards the bike while swinging her tail the way he saw something was bothering her. "Just this?" He said, making her chuckle and roll her eyes. "Don't lift yourself up too much.." She rolled her eyes, making him press a button on Vinnie's bike that made it drive itself to where it located Throttle's and Modo's bike being. After that he walked to the female and was about to wrap his arms around her, before she slapped his arm with her tail a bit too roughly she had meant.

"Ouch!! Carbine, what's wrong? Just tell me!" He growled while rubbing the spot where she had slapped him. She just glared at him before turning her back to him. "Fine! Keep sulking if you think that helps with anything!!" He growled and was about to head back inside but then saw Modo standing there and pointed at him to get back.

"Even if I don't want to hear another couple's love making when my own lady is somewhere unknown.. I don't want to see you two arguing with each other either.." He said, making the commander roll his eyes. "Well sorry if we can't have some sixsome.." He said, but then heard a warning growl from the big gray that made him sigh and turn around. But then they both saw that Carbine wasn't there anymore. "Carbine?" He said and got a bit worried. "Keep everyone here, I'll check where did she go.." He said, making Modo sigh and nod.

"That's not even a problem.. I'd take Rimfire out of here if it was safe.. All thanks to those two.." He rolled his eyes before crossing his arms and leaning against the wall. "Well.. You know we have all the rights to tease him now.." Throttle chuckled, making him chuckle and turn to look at the horizon to keep guard while the commander jumped down to the ground level to go to search the general. "Carbine?" He said worriedly, before hearing someone sobbing near his current location.

"Babe?" He said when he found her sitting on her knees behind two huge rocks that kept her hidden from others. "Babe.. I'm sorry about what I said.. I shouldn't have shouted at you.." He said while squatting down next to her. "It's not that.." She sobbed and turned to look away while moving her position to sit the way her legs were curled next to her. "What is it then?" He asked carefully, making her drop her ears down while sobbing.

"I.." She started before she felt him wiping his tears away, which made her get up to hug him. "I'm sorry I slapped you!" She said, making him sit on his knees now and wrap his arms around to hug her tightly. "That won't make me fall down.. You know that.. I saw you didn't mean it to be that rough.." He sighed while gently petting her hair, making her bury her face to his neck which was actually a bit hard because of the helmet he had to wear, but it was better than nothing to get him to see again.

She nodded before sighing deeply. "Did Harley and Vinnie have something to do with this?" He asked carefully, but was actually a bit surprised when he felt her nodding again. After that she ended the hug and sat back down on the ground in front of him. "Want to open up a bit?" He said, while looking at her moving some hair stripes behind her other ear. Gosh he had missed seeing that beauty even if it wasn't that long when his eyes had still worked normally. He had truly been afraid of losing his sight again, even if the helmet didn't make things any easier but was better than nothing.

"What?" He chuckled when he saw her blushing and turning to look down. "It's that.. It has been so long when we.." She started, making him blush too and cough to clear his throat. "You know we can't do it here too.. That's not even appropriate from them.. Not even forgetting our titles.." He mumbled while blushing so badly. "Well excuse me, Commander who happened to care as much about the titles when we were in that Plutarkian spaceship!" She laughed, making him open up his scarf a bit from his neck that felt a bit tight now.

"But Modo and Rimfire.." He started but got her sighing again. "Yeah.. Our wills need to wait.." She sighed while getting up from the ground, making him get up too. "Our wills, huh? So you are that hungry, General?" He smirked, making her blush and turn to look down when he lifted his hands on her arms. "It's not only that.." She sighed, making him lift up his other eyebrow. "What is it then?" He asked and clearly didn't get it. "Carbine.. Is there a reason for me to get worried?" He said when she just looked at the ground, but then he felt her tail wrapping around his tail tightly.

"I want to have a baby with you!!" She blurted out while turning to look at him, making his eyes widen up and it took a moment to understand what she had just said. But the moment seemed to be long since he saw another tear rolling down her cheek again that made him blink and get back from the shock. "I.. I thought you.. Uhh.. It's alright if you don't.." She unwrapped her tail and was about to hurry away, but he wrapped his arms around her and his tail back around hers. He hadn't realized that her biological clock was ticking that much already, which definitely got him happier, but also a bit sad.

"Oh Carbine! Of course I want to have a family with you!" He said, making her eyes water up again when she turned around to hug him tightly. She buried her face to his chest while would have done the same to her hair if he wasn't wearing the helmet right now. "Throttle.." She started to laugh while crying since she felt so relieved after hearing he really wanted the same. "But.." He started, making her gulp and jump a bit. "But what?" She asked, making him turn to look at the horizon when they started to walk back to the base. "But after the situation calms down.. I don't want to stress about the baby's wellbeing during the war.. It's honestly enough for me to have my heart aching already when I see you getting hurt, dear.. I just couldn't handle more at the same time.." He said, making her nod understandingly, just before they heard some howling and evil laughter from the horizon.

"We found them!!" Someone shouted while they were climbing back to the cave that was at least a few meters above the ground level. "No.." She gasped while climbing up there, then she realized what she was doing without the robes and started to panic. "Carbine! We need to warn the others! Our weapons are inside!!" Throttle shouted while she was a bit above him, but she seemed to freeze right in her place for the first time when there were enemies approaching. Her eyes were widened when she just stared at the horizon, making him climb quickly past her and wrap his tail around her waist to literally throw her up from there.

"Got you!" He smiled when the female landed in his arms, making her growl immediately while trying to get her panic levels down. "Do that again and I'll choke you!!" She shouted, making him chuckle while lifting her down. "Before or after the baby?" He winked at her, making her knock his helmet rather hard. "Alright!" He chuckled, but then the enemy started to shoot towards them when they got close enough to reach them with the lasers. They barely dodged it to run inside.

"They found us! Modo, go get Vinnie and Harley! Rimfire, get ready to fight!!" Throttle commanded, making the gray furred male to groan. "Do I really have to?" He said, making the commander chuckle. "If you don't want to send your nephew there.." He laughed, making him growl at him and hurry to the emergency storage. "Rimfire, help me to prepare the guns!" Carbine said before they ran to get their weaponry while Throttle whistled the bikes to get there. "That will never leave my retinas.. Or actually just one of them which is still too much!" Modo rubbed his right eye with his fingers after getting out of the storage, Vinnie and Harley followed a bit later than him, half dressed and whole time hurrying to put their clothes back on.

"Hey bros! Did we get some company to play?!" Vinnie grinned while his face was almost as red as his bike. "Like you didn't have some already.." Carbine smirked while seeing Harley blushing badly when she got herself dressed while Vinnie was stuffing his shirt inside his pants before closing them and the belt properly. "Get yourself ready at once, Vincent!" Throttle handed him his vest and chest belt, making him chuckle and laugh. "Alright, alright! The Whole time!" He hurried while they saw some Sand raiders cars there along with Mace and Stoker. The General was on a bike while the others had the raiders' vehicles when Mace stood up and aimed a bazooka towards the Alternate Post 14.

"Dead ahead.." Mace grinned just before shooting right above the bigger entrance. The Group of six had just got out of there when the wall above then started to collapse, making them gasp loudly. But that made Stoker just growl at the rat who laughed evilly while seeing their enemy having some hard time surviving. Seeing that gave him another clear flashback back to his own youth.

"We'll be there soon! Just this hill and we are back in the city!" Young Stoker, age of 27, said while crawling over a dune in a desert. Even before the war against Plutarkians, there were already a few deserts around Mars, from one of them where a group of young soldiers were on their way back to their hometown from a dangerous mission during the civil war. "I don't think Dex will handle that long.. Stoker, we need to rest!" Niv panted while leaning against her hands while being on all fours.

There was a sandstorm raging on and they had lost their bikes a few hours ago to the opposite side from which they had barely escaped. Dex, Stoker's older brother, had gotten shot in his chest during that and he was bleeding badly. "He will! There's not a long way to go anymore!" Stoker growled before hearing Lune shouting at him. "Your wife just gave birth less than a year ago!! Lose your nerves Stoker!" She shouted, making Stoker drop down his ears while turning to look at his 26 year old wife who was panting heavily. She had some wounds on her knees and arms, but was otherwise alright. This had been her first mission after giving birth, and now their baby was at her parents' place. Normally she should have been on maternity leave still, but since she was the best sniper on Mars, she was badly needed there.

"Alright.. But after this hill! We can't stay here or we'll get noticed!" He commanded, making their group nod while continuing crawling slowly in the storm. When they had got down the hill by walking, Dex had literally fallen on his knees since the pressure on his chest started to feel worse. The Laser had hit his other lung, making breathing almost impossible. "Dex!!" Terry, Stoker's older half brother, gasped while running to help their brother. "How bad is the situation?" Lucas asked while Stoker turned to look away. He might have been a born leader but he wasn't still good at situations like this.

"He won't make it if we don't get to the hospital soon.." Miya, Niv's friend, sighed after checking the male's situation. "We need to continue.. Xam, Nemi, can you carry him?" Niv said while trying to cover her eyes from the sand. "Of course! We'll make it, buddy.." Xam, friend of Niv, tried to smile, but when they were about to lift the male up from the ground, a giant Saber Squid appeared from under the ground and soon there were a few of them. The Group was surrounded and barely had any weaponry left from earlier fights.

"Leave me.. They smelled my blood.." Dex coughed, making Stoker turn around after they all had gasped because of the creatures. "Never!!" He shouted, making his brother smirk weakly. "Go.. You won't get away if you carry me around.. You have better chances to get away without me.." He said weakly, making Lune and Miya start crying while Niv turned to look at Stoker. "You are my brother!! I won't ever leave you!!" He shouted and felt his body starting to shiver while Lucas had commanded Xam and Nemi to help him to keep the Sand Squids even a bit away from them. They hadn't managed to lift the wounded male up yet and now they had to at least try to figure out how to defend their friends from the beasts.

"Are you going to say that to Spitfire from the afterlife.." Dex growled weakly before collapsing to lay on the ground now on his back, making Stoker feel tears filling up his eyes when Niv lifted her hand to his shoulder. Terry squatted down to their oldest brother. "You have an under one year old daughter.. Both of you should be with her now.. But if you don't go now, you'll never see her again.." Dex said before turning to look at Terry, his half brother. "Take them out of here.. Do anything possible! Knock him out if he won't.. Leave otherwise! Spitfire needs.. To see her parents!! That's more important.. Than my.. Life.." He said weakly, making his half brother cry too before nodding.

"No! No!!!" Stoker started to panic before they heard a terrifying scream of pain behind them. When they turned around they saw two Saber Squids fighting with Xam's body that had been torn apart. "Leave! Now!!!" Dex shouted when they saw Nemi running towards the creatures, trying to free their already dead friend's body to get it safe. "Nemi no!!" Lune shouted in horror when she saw her loved one running to his death.

"We need to leave now if we want to survive.." Terry said while forcing Niv and Stoker to turn around. "Stoker.." Niv was trembling while crying but she knew that she wouldn't forgive herself if their daughter lost their parents before even getting to know them properly. "Do it for Spitfire.. Otherwise their sacrifice will be wasted.." Terry said after they heard another friend facing their death.

"Take this.. Give it to Spitfire if he can't keep it.. It's our mother's.." Dex said while handing a necklace to Niv who was now closer to him while Stoker took a step away from them to think. "I will.. Thank you Dex.. For everything.." Niv cried while holding the male's hand for a moment. "You are perfect for our Stoke.. Make sure to.. Put him in his.. Place when he needs it.." Dex coughed, making her nod before she turned away to push her crying and trembling husband to move. "We'll go now!!" She yelled as loudly as she could, making their group of six now run as fast as they could while knowing that it would be a miracle if even one of them survived from there. The City was still a couple of kilometers away after all, since they had counted wrong, but that would have been alright without the Saber Squids that had come surprisingly close to a city.

"Nooo!! Miya!!" Lune gasped when a tentacle got wrapped around their friend during the run. Niv was screaming in horror while Terry tried to push her forward. "City is not far away!! Move!!!" He shouted, making Stoker wrap his tail around Niv's waist to pull her to run with him while all of them were crying. They didn't even have a chance to say goodbyes to their friends when the furious creatures took them away too early. Some of them were already in their thirties while some of them, like Niv, were still just 26 years old. All they could do now was just pray and run as fast as they could to reach the city line before the creatures caught them.

"Niv!!! NO!!" Lune gasped and turned around immediately when she had seen Niv collapsing onto the ground and the tentacle was about to take her next. "NIIIVV!!" Stoker turned around but Terry pushed him away since he felt the ground moving under them. One of the Saber Squids jumped up from there and swallowed Stoker's half big brother immediately in front of his eyes, making him freeze to his place.

"Help!!" Niv's voice made him snap back and run to her, but it was too late. Lune had got to her first and had pushed her to the side just in time, making the tentacle get wrapped around her. "Lune!!" She screamed when Lucas lifted her up from the ground and forced her to move quickly. "The Royal family is more important!! Make sure Spitfire gets a good life with her parents!" She heard her friend's last words just before she was taken away also early. "So three of us left.. I'll cover both of you if anything happens!" Lucas said when they could now see the city already even if there was still the Sand Storm raging, meaning it wasn't far away anymore.

"Lucas but your dreams.. About leading Mars someday.." Stoker said while they continued running. Even if he, Niv and Terry had still carried their weapons with them, they all were lack out of lasers because of their last fight before the creatures. "No big deal what comes to you.. You three will lead it someday when she carries the crown.." Lucas smiled at them, making Niv nod and smile weakly back at him while still crying. But then there was another Saber Squid attack underneath when they were running, and this time a huge tentacle threw the last female into the air, making her scream.

"NIV!!" Stoker shouted in horror while seeing his wife dropping down towards the creatures' mouths that were fighting who would get the next piece. "Leave her alone!!" He shouted while grabbing his gun and throwing it straight towards the Saber Squids, hitting straight towards one head. The Creature turned around while shaking the hurt head. "Over here!!" Stoker and Lucas started to shout when they saw Niv falling onto the sand behind the creature. "My wife is more important to our daughter.. Let's distract that thing so she can reach the town.." Stoker said, making Lucas nod before they started to run, getting the creature to chase them immediately.

"Stoker no!!" Niv groaned while trying to get up from the ground, but her mechanical tail seemed to have gotten damaged when she fell on her back, making her movements much harder. "Ghh.." She tried to swallow her tears since she didn't see her husband anymore when he had got the creature after him and Lucas. When she finally got up from there, she started to run towards the city while wondering why the Saber Squid didn't eat her after all. But then she felt sharp pain on her lower back, making her fall on the ground just between the first buildings of the city.

She had got hit by the poisonous tentacle to her lower back, also meaning that the creature's teeth had hit her tail and damaged it instead of the ground. That was probably the reason why the Saber Squid hadn't eaten her after all. Her mechanical tail had saved her life, but what was the meaning of it if her husband didn't survive too..

"Stoker, I found Niv!!" Lucas shouted when he had managed to run to the city too after a while of running for his life. "Stoker!!" He cupped his hands to his mouth while squatting down to the female. "Niv, do you hear me?! Niv!!" He shouted while looking at the petrified female laying there on her stomach. Then he saw Stoker running to them, meaning that to their surprise all three of them managed to reach the city, but the loss was too much for them. "Niv?!" Stoker gasped when he saw his wife laying there immobile. "She has got poison to her back! We need to get her to the hospital! Take her to your back!" Lucas said, making Stoker hurry to lift her up before they started to run towards the closest hospital that was just one block away.

"All six of them will be remembered.." Lucas said while panting when they finally had got to the hospital and the doctors and nurses hurried Niv inside. "Seven if she doesn't make it.." Stoker punched his fist to the wall while crying. His whole body was trembling, and the reason for that wasn't all the running. Even a thought about losing his wife would be too much for him, especially after losing his older brothers and friends. He started to pray in Martian while wishing all the deceased a safe journey to the afterlife and saying that he loved his brothers so much. Now he was the only one left from their siblings since their older sister had passed away too nearly ten years ago. "She will survive! She's Niv!! The Next Queen of Mars! Not a Saber Squid will take her down!!" Lucas shouted at him, making him turn to look at him, but only after a couple of hours a nurse had come to tell them that Niv had gone into a coma since the poison had affected her body too long, meaning that the damaged mechanical tail didn't do its work either.

Nowadays Stoker would still hear himself screaming in fear, in anger and in horror after he had heard those news. And that memory was the last memory to wake him up from the effect of the Mind Bender Beam. Seeing his own biological brothers and his and her wife's friends dying in front of them had been too much for him, and now it was going to happen again for his bros, his niece and his wife's younger sister. He just couldn't let that happen.. Never.. Never. Never again!!

"I didn't order you to shoot!" He pointed at him, making him only grin wider. "Good point! But I don't wait for orders.. Especially from a mouse!" Mace laughed, making Stoker growl fiercely at him. "One word of advice.. Start!" He slammed the rat straight to his head with his mechanical tail, making him go unconscious for a while. Hearing the Biker Mice jumping down towards them, made him turn to the Sand Raiders and command them to fight. "Battle time, comrades!" He shouted, making them head to fight already. In his mind he was currently having his own battle already. A Battle against the effect of the Mind Bender Beam..

The White furred male seemed to be too powerful against the Sand Raiders alone, which made Stoker run to him when he fell off his bike. He wrapped his mechanical tail around Vinnie's gun before throwing it away after he had beaten another Sand raider and was laughing proudly at it. "What a little showstopper for me?" He laughed before gasping when someone stole his gun. "Nice performance, Punk! But now.. It's over!" Stoker grinned, making him turn around to see his brainwashed mentor standing there arms crossed. He whipped his mechanical tail towards him, but he managed to do a front flip just in time to dodge it.

"Not for this mouse, Old timer!" Vinnie chuckled while dodging also his next tail whipping that now smashed a big rock behind the white furred male. When he got up, he punched his mentor's jaw roughly, making his helmet fall off his face and take a few steps backwards to rub his jaw. "Wake up Old Timer! You know who truly needs you!" Vinnie shouted at him when he got up from the ground. "Yeah.. Plutark's kingdom!" He growled while starting to walk towards the male, making Vinnie backed up while shaking his head. "No! The Kingdom of Mars needs you!! Freedom Fighters needs you!" He said, but the words of Martian Kingdom got the brown furred male to stop walking. "The Kingdom of Mars.." He said while turning to look down at the ground which Vinnie saw clearly. Was he about to come back for them?

"Yes! Mars' kingdom! And Freedom Fighters!" He repeated, making the male groan while holding his head with his hands, he was about to fall down while trying to fight against the effect of the Mind Bender Beam. "The Royal family is more important!! Make sure Spitfire gets a good life with her parents!" He heard Lune's last words in his mind which made him groan loudly. Also Throttle and Modo had heard his groan as well as the enemy forces too. Then he noticed his own mechanical tail next to his feet on the ground. "Niv.." He said silently, but Vinnie heard it and got his eyes narrowed when he saw something glimmering amongst his mentor's hair, close to his left antenna. Was he really getting back to his own kind?
