They had been driving for entirely too long. Sadly, only 14 of the 36 hour long trip had been completed.

San, who was staring out of the window as they drive through every town, smiled at his new thought to make this drive more fun.

"Let's do a game."

Seonghwa looked at him with the most "not today" face anyone has ever seen, "What game?"

"Let's do a facetime call between one person in each vehicle. We ask each other questions and if you answer it you get a reward."

"What happens if we don't answer?"

"Then you recieve a punishment once we reach California."

"I'm in."

San started a facetime call to Wooyoung who was in another car with Baby Joongie. He then added Jongho to the call, who was in the last vehicle with the others.

"Alright, first question goes to our baby. Who is your favorite person in the group?"

Hongjoong smiled at the phone and made grabby hands for it, "Mama!"

Seonghwa took the phone from San and kissed the screen, "You're my favorite too baby!"

San semi-cringed at the cuteness, "Ew.. love. Anyways, next question is for Mingi. Are you going to marry Yeosang?"

Mingi smiled and turned away from the camera, "If he accepts my offer, then yes."

Yeosang gave Mingi an aggressive hug and smiled, "I would love to. But where is my ring?"

"Somewhere."

"What...you actually have one?"

"No...I mean yes but...no."

"Were you actually going to propose?!"

"Maybe..."

Hongjoong was practically eating the phone at this point which made Wooyoung take it back from him, "I have a question. This is for San. Can we get a cat?"

"Of course baby. Anything for you."

As they drove along they kept asking questions to each other. Baby Joongie was too busy watching Llama Llama on the screen of his phone to notice when they stopped at a stoplight.

It was only when he heard someone call his name from outside of the car that he looked up.

"Hey! Hongjoong?"

A woman in another car was smiling at him. He didn't know her, did he?

"You don't remember me? We met at a concert? Middle school?"

He nearly dropped his phone as he came out of little space for the first time in what felt like days.

Her name was Anna, an exchange student who briefly went to his school back in middle school. For a short amount of time, he had fallen in love with her.

"Hi Anna...it's been a while."

"It has, before this light turns green, can I ask you something?"

"Okay."

"Did you ever find someone else? Or was I the last?"

The light turned green and she sped off. Everyone had went quiet and remained that way until Seonghwa spoke, "Hongjoong, you okay buddy?"

He wasn't. Anna was the last girl he ever dated. Despite them being children, they had a connection unlike some adults. But she left him when she found out the truth...and she soon left Korea to go back home.

"I thought I would never see her again..."

Yunho asked, "Why did she leave?"

"She found out what I truly wanted in a relationship...
