The rest of Ateez was not excited about this roadtrip, but little Joongie was.

He helped his fellow members pack their bags that morning and load them into the car. He hadn't been in baby space since the onesie "party", which also brought attention to something else the members noticed.

"Hey San?", asked Wooyoung.

"Yes babie?"

"First off I'm not your baby, second off, have you noticed that Hongjoong hyung hasn't come out of his little space at all since that night?"

"First of all, you ARE my baby, second, yes I have. I was wondering if that was normal."

While they were talking, they didn't notice Joongie rolling around in the grass, getting his clothes dirty.

Yunho saw this however, but proceeded to pretend like he didn't see anything to avoid being the one who had to clean him up.

When someone finally said something, Jongho being that person, he carried the little inside and changed his clothes.

"Ok baby, overalls? Tshirt and shorts?"

"Shirt! *grabs drawer handle*"

"Ok let's get you changed."

Before he could make a move, he heard a yell from downstairs.

"KANG YEOSANG I WILL HURT YOU!"

"MY CHICKEN!"

"I BOUGHT IT!"

"FOR ME!"

"FOR MYSELF!"

"I mean both of you could just shut up...", intervened Yunho.

Jongho then continued to dress Hongjoong again while trying not to laugh at Mingi and Yeosang's chicken dilemma.

When all were ready, they took two separate vehicles. Vehicle one had Seonghwa, little Joongie in a carseat, San, and Wooyoung. Vehicle two had Jongho, Yunho, and the chicken couple.

They drove off and began the long drive to California, but quickly realized that driving with a little was going to be difficult.

"Mama."

"Yes baby?"

"Pee."

"What?"

"Go pee. *unbuckled his seatbelt*"

"I asked you to pee before we left and you said you didn't need to."

"I lied Mama. Had to pee."

"......Joongie you can't just lie about having to pee."

"But I did Mama. Now have to pee more."

"I can't stop, we just left! San let him pee in your water bottle."

San slapped Seonghwa on the back of the head, "Don't give him any ideas. Just stop and let him pee."

Seonghwa reluctantly pulled over the car and let Joongie into a convenience store. Meanwhile, he looked through the store for road snacks.

"Ooo, cheetos...maybe these will keep Joongie occupied."

When the little emerged from the bathroom, Seonghwa paid for the snacks of hot cheetos and left.

"Mama."

"Yes baby?"

"Am I cute?"

"Of course! You're the cutest baby ever!"

"But Wooyoung said I look like a white chocolate rat."

In the backseat, Wooyoung was trying his hardest not to laugh.

"Wooyoung?"

"Yeah? *laughing*"

"Did you call him that?"

"No...*laughing*"

"Are you sure?"

"I said dark chocolate not white chocolate..."

".......*sighs* Why."

Little Joongie looked out of the window and noticed clouds above them.

"Mama! Storm!"

"I see that baby. We might have to pull over soon."

"We make camp Mama. I make fire."

"You will absolutely NOT be making any fires."

"I make fire Mama. Keep us warm."

"No."

"How we stay warm with no fire Mama?"

"We stay in a hotel baby."

"Hotel don't have fire Mama. They don't like fire."

"...baby please don't make any fires ok."

"I got matches already Mama."

"Who gave you matches?!"

"Sangie. We make fire to cook bacon last night."

San looked at him, "Is that why I smelled bacon at 2 in the morning?"

"Yep."
