They finally decided on the best option.

Break the windows.

Jongho grabbed a rock and smashed the front window. He unlocked the front door and unlocked the backseat.

Seonghwa grabbed his baby and held him close to try and stop him from crying.

This trip was a mess.

"Are you ok baby?"

"*whining*"

All Seonghwa wanted to do was be a good caregiver. He already made his baby sad once and regretted it. But he wouldn't let this trip bring them down.

He had a plan to make it up to him when they got back home. But for now, they would just get back on the road and try to get to Cali.

Seonghwa made a deal with Wooyoung to switch cars so he could be with his baby. He now rode with Hongjoong and the security guard.

"Here drink this. Or do you want an ice cream?"

"Ice cream."

Seonghwa handed him an ice cream cone he had bought for himself. Baby Joongie gladly took it.

The security guard removed the glass and covered the broken window. He then turned on the air conditioner and helped Seonghwa to buckle the baby back in.

(Time Skip)

They had been driving now for 7 hours.

"I'm so sorry for leaving the keys in the car. I should have remembered to pick them up. It was stupid of me."

"It's ok sir. It's fine. As long as he is ok."

Hongjoong got a text message. He picked up his phone and saw that it was Yoongi.

(Text Messages)

Hey Hongjoong. I just saw Jongho's tweet. Are you alright?

I'm fine. Tired.

Ok. Just making sure. I've kinda become attached.

Attached?

Yeah. To you. I've known you for a while and we share a common factor.

Oh I forgot...you're a little too.

Yeah. And I know stuff like that can be really stressful on littles.

Seonghwa saw Hongjoong smile and put his phone down.

He wanted to know who he was texting.

"Baby? Who was that?"

"Yoongi."

"Oh ok. He's making you smile I see."

"Yeah...*smiles*"

Seonghwa was happy for him. After all, his plan was working.

Yes, he asked Yoongi to make sure Hongjoong was alright after he stormed out of the hotel the previous day. He didn't ask any of the other members in Ateez because he knew Hongjoong wouldn't tell them.

Little did Hongjoong know, Yoongi had plans more than to just talk to him over text. And he was about to find out pretty soon.
