As you and Macintosh came to the barn everypony that came to help were at multiple tables scattered around with a lot of different types of treats. Smiling widely "I guess the apples that weren't used went to good use." You said unloading the apples from the basket you and Big Mac were carrying. Nodding Macintosh looked toward a purple and pink mare chatting happily with a brown and yellow stallion. "Do you know her?" You asked following his gaze. Taking at quick glance at you before shrugging off the half full basket and walking way "Ah use to." Was his reply before walking away from the table. Tilling your head you followed after him as he weaved threw the tables and ponies. Trying your best to keep up and Talk to him you were stopped by an orange and yellow mare. "Oh hey Applejack." You greeted watching as Macintosh disappeared from sight. "Ah'd leave em be Sugarcube. Ah didn't think he'd see er here." Applejack said sadly after her brother. Rasing a brow at that "Are you talking about that mare over there?" You asked looking back to the mare you saw earlier. "Yeah Cheeraley (I don't know how to fricken spell her name -_-) and ma brother used ta date, until Carmel stole er away." Applejack said looking a little mad at the stallion next to Cheeraley. Mouthing an oh you looked to where you thought Macintosh went. "Poor guy... When his sister leaves I'm going to go look for him." You thought as you moved to a serving table with Applejack. As Aj moved to the other end of the table to talk to some other ponys, you made two plates with (favorite apple treats). After making sure that Aj wasn't watching you, you made your way behind the barn. As you rounded the corner you spotted the red stallion you were seeking, sitting and leaning up against the wall with his face buried in his fore hooves. Grimacing "Hey...there Big Mac. I brought some food for you..."  You said awkwardly walking over to him. Glancing up threw his hooves and main at you. Big Mac sighed and dropped his hooves to fully look at you. "Ah don't want it, sorry." Blinking a couple times "You've been working pretty hard, you need to take at least a bite of something." You said sitting across from him with both plates in front of you. Sighing again at your persistence Big Mac took one of the plates and brought it closer to himself and took an apple treat  from it. Smiling happily at getting your way you took up a treat and bit into it. "So why so upset all of a sudden?" You asked knowing the answer. Looking away from you and to the ground "Sorry, its nothen ya gatta fret about." Furrowing your brows together "You seem so up set though, it can't be nothing. And I know its not my business but I want to help, so please?" You said leaning toward him. Looking at you from the corners of his eyes. "It was a mare ah used ta like. See'en er just hurt a bit." Getting up from your stop to sit right next to Macintosh "I know that feeling pretty well then." You said leaning your head against the wall and looking at the clouds. Turning to you "Is that why ya moved here? Big Mac asked tilting his head. Turning just enough to look at him "Sorta, I just couldn't handle the secret I had to keep." You said closing your eyes. Rasing a brow at your statement "What kinda secret gets a mare like ya self ta move?" Turning to the stallion next to you "Well the kind that will hurt not only yourself but everyone you care for." You said sadly looking at the plates with sweet treats on it. Not wanting to press, Macintosh wrapped an arm around you and patted your shoulder. Smiling slightly "Why don't we move to a different subject like you offering me to help unpack?" You said turning to the male holding you. Chuckling slightly "Alright why don we go nd do that now? Pinkie ought ta be done with this order." Macintosh said getting up and helped you to your hooves with a smile.
