Jasper: Hmm...?

Jasper stopped when he noticed a strange book with a symbol on it.

Jasper: (Didn't Mom get this from Nana Esther...?)

Ruby: Big Bro?

Jasper ignored her for a moment before opening the book. He stopped at a page titled...

"The Entity"

Jasper: Entity? Nana Esther reads Occult Books...?

Ruby cocked her head to the side in confusion. Of course, someone as young as her wouldn't know or at least understand the meaning of what occult books are.

Ruby: Occult Books...?

Jasper: They are used to contain knowledge of hidden unknown. Most people who are intested in the supernatural read them.

Ruby: Ohhh...

Jasper: Some occult books contain strange creatures of the unknown...Heh, maybe you're in here, Ruby~!

Ruby gave a him a small glare before sticking out her tongue. Jasper snickered before stopping hearing Mr. Hopp's demonic growling nearby.

Jasper: Ruby...Go find the key to the closet door. I'm going to find out more about this...Entity.

Ruby didn't like the idea of splitting up. Can't blame her but both siblings know we didn't want to risk being seen by Mr. Hopp whose now really upset about finding them.

So Ruby takes off into the hallway to go look for the potted plant containing the key while Jasper heads back towards the kitchen.

Jasper:...Huh?

For a second, Jasper could've swore at the window, he saw two large figures watching him. But that was only for a brief moment, because they disappeared.

Jasper: Maybe...That was my imagination...I hope...

After narrowing avoiding the dolls and toys all over the floor while keep hidden from Mr. Hopp. He finally made it back to the kitchen.

There, realizing he was safe for now. Jasper begins to read about the Entity in the book.

"The Entity is depicted as the living personification of a powerful deity that rules over the "Underworld", a realm beyond the living. Once thought to be the Guardian of Hope, the Entity is said to have been banished from "The Above" and sent to the depths of darkness for wrongdoings and corruption."

Jasper: Hmm...The Entity huh...? Does such a creature really exist...if it does...does that mean...it's still around...?

Jasper jumped while feeling startled once he saw Mr. Hopp's long arm popped out from the ground.

He quickly runs towards the attic remembering the strange writing he and Ruby found earlier.

"NANA LOOKED IN THE FLAMES OF HELL...AND SHE SAW ME!"

Jasper: Nana...The connection between Nana Esther and Mr. Hopp. Does this Entity have something to do with this?

The Entity lives off of fear and corruption, right? So...would that mean...

The Entity...created Mr. Hopp?

Jasper shook his head. No. That didn't sound right. But he does know one thing.

Nana Esther did not knitted Mr. Hopp. The strange toy had to come somewhere.

Maybe...someone else made him and...the Entity possessed Mr. Hopp?

Jasper:...

So many questions...and he couldn't even find the answers. So he turned back to the book. He begin to turn a few pages desperate for more answers...but stopped when he noticed a photo and writing about a necklace that looked strangely familiar to him.

Jasper: Six...Medallions?

"The Six are a modern mystery that were first discovered on ancient hieroglyphics. They were once worn by a pharaoh as medallions on a necklace. The Six have since been seen on many illustrations throughout history with the latest discovery in the year 1876. Despite this, their existence, use, and relevance to royalty and power has remained unknown."

"At some point, the Six were given to a young girl in the form of a necklace by the Entity. This ultimately led to the girl being shunned by her own mother and her execution by burning after she was accused of being a witch."

Jasper: Wait...What?!

A girl...made a deal with the Entity? Witch Hunts? Burning To The Stake?

Jasper: Why does Nana Esther have all this?

Then he remembered the Six Medallions. Didn't his Nana Esther had a necklace that looked similar to the ones in the photo.

Jasper: After Grandmother had passed away, Mom took it with her I believe as a momento...I haven't seen it downstairs...so maybe it's...in the attic...?

Jasper decided to take that chance and walked up into the attic.

"Jasper...Help Us..."

Jasper:...! Dad?!

Recognizing his father's voice, Jasper runs into the attic to see David not too far away from him.

David:...Jasper.

Jasper: Dad? You're alright...! Wait... Where's Mom?!

To his horror, it was a trap. Mr. Hopp suddenly appeared behind Jasper and grabbed him. His father's body mysteriously vanished after that.

Mr. Hopp: *DEMONIC* JASPER...PLAY WITH ME, JASPER!!!

Jasper: LET ME GO! LET ME GO!!!!

Mr. Hopp: *DEMONIC ROAR* SCREEECH!!!!

Everything went black after that.
