Backstory: Karayan was abandoned as a child. One day, while fighting to survive on the harsh streets, a coven of casters saw potential in him and took him in. They moved to the Wormwood fortress where he was trained how to fight and use dark magic until the time he became a young man. At that time, the fortress was overrun as those who attacked them learned of the dark magic cultivating there and planned to destroy it. Very few survived. Morgana was one of the few in Karayan's coven that survived. Now grown, they explored their blooming relationship. At some point, Morgana's brother, Uther Pendragon expressed his desire to conquer the five kingdoms and create a better life for the family. Karayan, Morgana, and Fenrir, a dear friend and blood brother of Karayan's, helped him achieve this dream but, when Uther meddled in affairs beyond his understanding, he banned magic and banished the pair from the realm. Their relationship didn't last long beyond this. One day, Karayan has a vision that he would return magic to the land and rule over all. In addition to this vision is one where he sees himself with a beautiful enchantress on his arm, this being the Lady Rosella. When he is refused his future, he kills those that did so and chases his beloved. However, she escaped and he shrugs it off knowing he will get her anyway.
