Backstory: Said to be born in Canada during a terrible blizzard, this loving girl took her love to the freezing temperatures to the extreme. Raised by a single mom, she was taught to help others more than to be selfish towards herself. It was until she decided to go exploring when a blizzard struck and her liking to the cold gave her ice powers along with changing her hair color because....reasons?
