Lucia is a Water Lightning dragon in Earthland. She has a human form that looks that of a Brown haired blue eyed women of the age of her early thirtys to late twenties, Her actual form is a light blue dragon with electrical water like particals flying off her scales mostly on her tail and wings. She looks far and wide for her dragon slayer and even went between world's to find them... and when she does, she brought them back to Earthland where she trains them in the art of her dragon slayer magic... she also has a small thing for igneel.
