Tiasha what a beautiful name she has, Karna thought to himself while walking towards Vrushali's house. He couldn't help but admire the way her voice resembles the gentle flow of a stream down a river. Her voice felt like the sweetest music he had ever heard.

But why did she look at him like that as if he was a ghost? Does she know him?

He doesn't know her for sure but still, it felt like he had a connection with her that can not be put into words.

Standing in front of Vrushali's door Karna called, "Kaki?"

Vrushali's mother came from inside. She looked at Karna with a smile and said, "Putra Karna! it's so nice to see you after this long."

Vrushali's parents always wanted Karna and Vrushali to get married. Now that Karna is back they plan to talk to Adhiratha and Radha soon.

Hearing Karna call Vrushali also came out following her mother.

Seeing her Karna said, "Come, Mata is calling for you, She is awake."

Vrushali had already told her mother about the incident in the morning. She looked at her mother and she nodded telling her to go.

Vrushali followed after Karna. Karna was lost in his thoughts. More specifically in the thoughts of the girl who is currently resting on his bed. Unknowingly a deep blush appeared on his face when he remembered that he was thinking about holding Tiasha in his arms. How indecent of him, yet it felt so right. He doesn't have any idea what is happening to him, why is he having such thoughts? And that too for a girl that he has just known for only a few hours.

Vrushali saw the blush appearing on Karna's cheeks. This sight brought colours to her cheeks also. Is he thinking about her? Is it because they are seeing each other after so long and because they are walking so close? Does he feel the same way about her? Vrushali's thoughts started running wild. But before she could ask him anything they reached in front of his house.

After Karna left, Radha brought a warm glass of milk and the medicine Vaidya gave.

Mixing some honey with the herb she held it in front of Tiasha, "Putri... take this, Vaidya said it will help you heal faster."

For a second Tiasha hesitated. Her heart wanted to trust Radha. Radha has been nothing but caring and sweet to her. But her head doesn't want to trust anything. This woman just said that she is in Hastinapur. How is that even possible?

In the end, the heart wins the battle. Maybe because Tiasha has started to see her mother in Radha.

Tiasha smiled at Radha and took the herbal medicine.

"Putri, now drink the milk. Vrushali will be here by then. She will bathe you. And she will give you some clothes also. Then you need to eat something. You don't have any problem wearing these types of clothes do you?" Radha held the glass of milk to Tiasha's mouth and put the other hand on her head, soothing her.

Tiasha took the glass from her hand and shook her head indicating she had no problem wearing those clothes.

She found it weird. This was so unlike her. She usually had a hard time trusting others. But she is trusting Radha from the very beginning. She feels like she belongs in this place with these people. She is not at all freaking out like she is supposed to. She feels at peace and a sense of familiarity with this place. But at the same time, she has so many questions. Radha told her that they found her beside the river. How did she get there? Thank God they are not asking many questions.

Karna along with a beautiful woman entered the room. She was skinny and tall. Had a fair complexion though not as fair as the man beside her. Big doe eyes, small but sharp nose and rosy lips. A head price adorned the long dark hair.

Vrushali sat next to Tiasha and with a friendly smile asked, "How are you feeling now?"

Tiasha smiled back and replied, "A lot better."

Vrushali introduced herself, "I am Vrushali you can call me di... Wait how old are you?"

Tiasha crackled, "I am Tiasha and I am 23 years old."

Radha looked at Tiasha shocked, "You are 23? you don't look a day older than 19, Putri."

Tiasha laughed a little, "I get that a lot maa, but I am 23. I guess I have to thank my mother for that." Her smile was contagious. Radha, Vrushali and Karna who was standing at the foot of the bed smiled.

Mentioning her mother Tiasha's smile disappeared. Seeing her expression change, Vrushali said, "Hey, then you can call me just by my name, I am 23 as well."

She looked at Radha and continued, "Kaki, shall I take her for a bath?"

"Yes Putri, you two go take a bath. And Putra you come with me you haven't eaten anything since morning." Radha replied.

Tiasha looked at Karna and apologetically said, " I am so sorry, I caused you so much inconvenience, I feel so bad."

This is the first time Tiasha has directly talked to him. His heart leaped. He stammered, "It's...it's nothing, Devi, you are fine that's enough for me."

Radha said, "Oh don't say it like that Putri, it's nothing, we are happy to have you."

Vrushali noticed Karna's stutter, maybe it was just that he hadn't spoken to many girls that's why. She lets that pass and holds Tiasha's hand, "Come we should go. Oh, can you walk? your ankle is sprained?"

"I don't feel any pain actually, I think I can walk." Tiasha got up from the bed. She pressed a smile to Radha and Karna went out with Vrushali.

While walking with Vrushali she saw she was in a Village. Quite a big and prosperous village. And everyone was wearing clothes that looked from ancient times. As she was looking around with curiosity and confusion, she saw a lot of soldiers around.

Tiasha asked, "Vrushali why are there so many guards around?"

-"OH the kuru Rajkumars are returning from Gurukul in a few days, they are having a pradarshan of their Vidya in the royal arena. That's why."

Tiasha frowned, "Who are the Rajkumars?"

Vrushali looked at her questioningly, "Why?"

-"Just curious."

Vrushali smiled, "There are 105 of them, the Kauravas and the Pandavas."

Tiasha's eyes widened, and looking around she thought, 'Am I really in Mahabharata? In Dwapara Yuga? But how is that even possible?'

They reached a nearby Kunda, where everybody bathed.

Vrushali took off her jewellery while Tiasha lost in her thoughts started at the water.

Vrushali noticed Tiasha lost in her thoughts. She touched Tiasha's shoulder, startling her.

-"Sorry didn't mean to startle you, now take off your clothes and let's get in the water."

Tiasha looked at her with wide eyes, "Here?"

-"Yes."

-"But what if someone sees us?"

-"Oh no don't worry this kunda is exclusively for women. Now take them off."

Tiasha rubbed the back of her neck getting embarrassed, "You mean in front of you?"

Vrushali laughed at her action, "What you have never taken a bath with your Sakhis?"

Tiasha gave her an embarrassed smile, "Actually no, I have never been naked in front of anyone after growing up."

Vrushali smiled, "It's ok, we are all women."

"Ok, I guess" Tiasha slowly took off her clothes.

Vrushali couldn't help staring at Tiasha's body.

'She is the definition of perfection. Nothing less than a goddess. She is gorgeous' Vrushali thought. She had an hourglass body small waist full round hips and full breasts. Her soft tan skin glowed like gold under the sunlight.

Vrushali took a step towards Tiasha. Tiasha gave her a nervous smile.

-"Come I will help you clean up." Vrushali's hands glided all over Tiasha's shoulder and back. At first, Tiasha was awkward. Eventually, she eased a bit. Then she helped Vrushali as well.

After they were done Vrushali helped Tiasha with a simple blue blouse, skirt and uttyaria and some simple jewellery. They kept their wet hair down.

Vrushali smiled "You look so beautiful in this." Tiasha smiled and they started walking back towards Adhiratha's house.

Karna was sitting in the front yard sharpening his arrows. Although, his heart and mind were somewhere else. Tiasha, he loved everything about her, her smile, her laughter her voice, her eyes. He loves! What is she doing to him?

Karna looked up as he heard voices coming from the entrance. There she stood in all glory laughing about something with Vrushali. Adorned in a simple light blue attire wet hair cascaded down her shoulder reaching the middle of her back. Her eyes sparkled in amusement. Then she looked at him.

There he was, Sitting down. Sunrays reflecting from every curve of his muscles, sweat bids forming on his wide forehead. He looked nothing less than a living version of a statue of a Greek God.

As if time has decided to stop there for the two. A pair of dark brown orbs stared at the warm Amber ones. Fate smiled, forming an unseen bond between the two.

Vrushali's voice brought them back to earth. Vrushali took her leave. And Tiasha went inside looking for Radha. When she passed Karna a slight pink colour brushed her cheeks as Karna continued staring at her, unknowingly.
