"Darkness can be broken by light, you just need to find it."

Seán woke up feeling someone lightly shaking him. His eyes cracked open, squinting at the light till he turned his head seeing the person beside him, an old lady, woke him. She gave him a small smile.

"We're gonna land in ten minutes." She said to him. Seán nods a bit, pushing himself up so he sat in his seat. "You look tired, have family in California?" Seán pulled out his earphones, he shook his head a bit. She loses her smile. "So what brings you to California then?" Seán hesitated, but he looked at the old lady. He's been on three airplanes so far, he's exhausted and just wants to sleep for a few hours or maybe even days straight.

"Visiting friends." He said seeing the shock in her eyes for a second.

"Not from around here, huh?" She asked. Seán shakes his head.

"No." He said. The lady looked ahead.

"Well, you were sleeping for basically the entire trip from Atlanta." She said. Seán leaned back in his seat, feeling his phone vibrate in his pocket, he looked at it, seeing messages from Mark, Amy, and Felix and twitter notifications as well. The old lady starting a conversation with the other person in their row. Seán unlocked his phone, seeing tweets with people tagging him. He looked through them but stopped at one in particular.

It was a picture of him, at the airport in Atlanta making anxiety heighten in him, in his desperation to left Britain...he forgot to tell anyone he was leaving in the first place. His fans know he was torn about going to Vidcon, but he never told them what was going on and he's been offline for a long time again. He just hasn't had the motivation or the courage to tell them the truth. He wipes his face with his sleeve, biting back his emotions again. He goes to his messages, going to Mark.

Seán: Mark, can you do something for me?

Mark: Mark is driving right now, so you're talking to Amy. You okay with that?

Seán hesitated, he knew Amy pretty well...well not very but well enough that he knows he can trust her. Besides, he trusts Mark's judgment.

Seán: I guess...

Mark: So what's up?

Seán: I forgot to tell my fans what I was doing and they...they're figuring it out with rumors and...stuff I just don't want to deal with or see...

Mark: I'll make sure Mark will say something, is that what you want?

Seán: yea

Mark: Then okay, Mark will deal with this

Seán: Thanks Amy

Mark: No problem!

Seán heard a ding, making him look up from his phone.

"Attention ladies and gentlemen, we are ten minutes out from the airport." The pilot said as he continued talking.

Seán: Gonna land soon, so I'll see you at luggage claim

Mark: See ya!

Amy looked up from Mark's phone, looking at him. Mark glanced at her, seeing she didn't look happy.

"What did he say?" He asked. Amy turned off his phone, putting it in a cup holder as she sighed.

"Well, he's landing soon, so we'll meet him in luggage claim. But there is something else." She said.

"Okay, what is it?"

"He wanted to know if you could deal with the rumors and drama that his fans are starting up about him because he tried to but he can't," Amy said. Mark parked the car, shifting it to park and turning it off, he paused, thinking. He doesn't mind doing that for Seán, but he doesn't know if he should or what he would even say. He looks at Amy.

"I'll think about it," Mark said. Mark takes the keys out, they both get out of the car, going to luggage claim, Mark sat on a bench, Amy beside him while Mark was on his phone, checking Twitter with Amy looking over his shoulder. Mark bit his bottom lip. 'Okay, yeah. This is getting out of hand.' He thought. Mark stopped once he saw a comment that caught his attention "Oh no." He covered his mouth with his hand, Amy looking concerned.

"What? What's wrong?" She asked. Mark hit the link in the comment, going to YouTube, and pauses the video.

"Keemstar...Dramaalert, they did an episode on Jack and it doesn't look good." Mark said. Amy's eyes widen a bit, Mark goes back onto Twitter. "I need to say something now." He pressed the circle on the bottom right, the keyboard popping up and he started typing.

'Leave @Jack_Septic_Eye alone, everyone. Jack is having a really hard time right now. So, just please, I shouldn't have to ask for you guys to stop being such jerks to him. And @KEEMSTAR, we need to talk, now.'

Mark hit the tweet button without bothering to read it and he felt his stomach drop, he's mad, and he doesn't think straight when he is mad but he wants to protect Seán but he knows that wasn't the right thing to say. He covers his eyes with his hand, sighing. Amy puts her hand on his back, moving closer to him as she put her chin on his shoulder, lightly kissing his cheek.

"What did you say?" She asked. Mark showed her, not moving, Amy read it to herself, she was gonna say to delete the tweet but the damage was already done as people were already seeing it.

"I'm a moron," Mark mumbled. Amy took his phone, reading the comments, her eyes glanced at him.

"I'm deleting this tweet, Mark," Amy said but before she did, there was a message that popped up at his phone, she looked at it. "Mark." Mark took his phone, going to his messages seeing Keem's name and a message from him. "Don't answer back." Mark looked at her and back at his phone. He hit the message, reading it as they heard their names. Amy standing up as Seán walked up to them. Amy hugged Seán, smiling. "It's so nice to see you."

"You too," Seán said. Amy looked at Mark, seeing him texting and not looking up at them.

"Mark," Amy said.

"I'll get my stuff I guess," Seán said walking away from them.

"Mark!" Amy snapped. Mark's eyes looked at her. Amy took his phone, looking at the message, she read it to herself. "Mark, you're making it worse. Stop! Don't you remember what happened last time you ended up doing something like this with dramaalert?" Mark stood up, looking at her.

"Yes and I'm pretty sure that we can both agree that I wasn't anywhere near mentally and emotionally stable when that happened. I'm trying to defuse this before it gets out of hand--"

"Too late, it already did. Did you see Jack's face? You ignored him completely, he's more important than this dramaalert stuff, Mark." Amy said. Mark's eyes soften, he looked over at Seán, Seán has his hood up, looking at the different suitcases for his. He looks at Amy.

"I-I know. I'm sorry--"

"Don't apologize to me, apologize to him." She said. Mark flinched a bit, Amy's eyes soften. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, Mark. I just...Jack needs you right now, and you ignored him." Mark gives her a small smile.

"It's okay, don't worry about it. I'll talk to him." Mark said going pass her and to Seán. "Hey, buddy." Seán looked at him, smiling a bit. "Sorry about that...ignoring you and all." Seán shrugs his shoulders.

"It's alright—"

"No, it's not, Jack," Mark said. Seán stared at him, he looked at the claim. Mark smiled a bit seeing the bags under his eyes. "You look exhausted."

"I am, never felt more tired in my life," Seán said.

"That's called jet lag." He said. Seán smiled a bit at that before he grabbed his bag, Mark taking the duffle bag. "I got this." Mark puts the strap on his shoulder. "Let's go."

*Two hours Later*

Seán was asleep in the back, Amy and Mark in the front seats, Mark driving was Amy were on her phone, she was on twitter, looking through things. Though, she stopped when she saw Mark's tweet, her eyes widen a bit.

"You didn't delete it." She said looking at Mark. Mark looked at her confused for a second.

"What?" Mark asked. She selects the tweet, looking at the comments on it. She bit her bottom lip, reading them to herself, but stopped when she saw the name Keemstar and reads it aloud to Mark.

"We need to talk you say and yet you won't talk to me. And here I was thinking that our conversations were over after you had your supposed mental breakdown. If you are gonna be so demanding to talk to me, at least talk back instead of hiding like a coward." Amy read aloud to Mark. Mark gripped the steering wheel a bit. Amy looks at Mark. "Don't answer back, its what Keem wants--"

"What are the replies?" Mark asked. Amy hesitates before looking at them, reading them to herself.

"They are either defending Keem, you, or telling you to calm down, that you are--Felix commented...he replied to Keem," Amy said.

"What did he say?" Mark asked. Amy reads it to herself, she smiled a bit.

"He defends Seán--"

"What does it say?" Mark asked again. Amy sighed a bit, reading it aloud.

"Keem, I'm gonna be honest here in saying that I'm dreading when Jack sees that video you made because he is in a very dark place right now and you are not helping his case. So leave Jack out of this drama you've created, he doesn't need it right now. And Keem responded to say: Well if Jack didn't want to be involved he shouldn't start it. And nice to know you don't care about Mark at all." Amy said. Seán's eyes looked at Amy, listening to it. He pulls out his phone, going on twitter, seeing the situation that has blown up. He bites on his sleeve, reading the comments, seeing Felix and Keem's argument, Seán's eyes watered. 'I knew coming to America was a mistake.' Seán thought to himself. Seán hits the reply button on one of Felix's comment, his keyboard popping up. He pauses for a second, thinking of what he could say that would at least stop the argument between Felix and Keem, but he backs out, not typing anything instead but starts a new tweet and about to type when he gets a text message, his eyes looked at it, staring at it for the longest time. He goes to his messages seeing it was from his mother. He bites his bottom lip, reading it to himself.

'Call me once you settle in, I want to talk to you.' He read to himself. He put his phone down, his eyes looked out the window, ignoring Amy's and Mark's conversation and just staring out the window until he falls asleep again.
