"You are confined by the wall you built yourself."

He felt guilty, he didn't like that Mariza went out of her way to get him stuff that he can get himself. It was stuck on the back of his mind during the video, he kept thinking about it. Sure it was a nice thing to do and he appreciates it but...he doesn't like that he's burdening them. Which was what he asked Felix in the middle of the recording.

"Felix." He said.

"Next item—"

"I'm not burdening you guys, a-am I?" Seán asked with his voice cracking, catching Felix off guard. He looked at Seán. Seán looked away. "You guys have been doing a lot for me lately, you don't have to do it, you don't have to buy me groceries or take me out to lunch and stuff. I-I appreciate it but u-um..." Felix's eyes soften.

"You aren't burdening us, man. We don't mind doing this, we haven't really hung out a lot and we live in the same part of England, so don't think of it that way. Think of it as hanging out with Mariza and me." Felix said. Felix stared at him for a few seconds, in case he was gonna say something else, but Seán still felt bad, he wanted to go back home by that point.

"C-Can we take a break?" He mumbled to Felix. Felix nodded.

"Yeah, sure man," Felix said before Seán left the room, walking down the hall. He's trying to prevent himself from crying in front of his friends but he's having trouble. He stopped when Edgar stood a few feet away, wagging his tail at him making Seán smile a little.

"Edgar." He mumbled, the little pug ran to him, Seán slid down the wall, letting the little pug go into his lap, Seán petted him, feeling a bit better. Felix came out of the room, seeing him. He crouched down beside Seán.

"Do you want me to tell Mariza to not buy groceries for you? I can tell her, it isn't a problem." He said. Seán nods a bit.

"Y-Yeah." He mumbled not looking at Felix. Felix nods, standing up and walking down the hall. About five minutes later, Mariza came to him, she went on her knees beside him, hugging him.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings—"

"I know, Mariza. I k-know." He said. She lets go of him.

"You can tell me if you don't want me doing things for you, Seán. You don't need to protect my feelings or ask Felix to do it. You can talk to me." She said. He looked at her for a moment before Felix interjected.

"Okay, ready to continue?" He asked Seán. Seán looked at him, he nods.

"Yeah." He said.

By the time he finished the video with Felix, he felt a little better, being with friends does lift his spirits a bit, but only for a bit. He went back home, putting the groceries on the counter, putting the cold stuff in the fridge but leaving the rest on the counter. He heard his stomach growl, he stared at the bags, he knew he should eat, but he just walked out, going upstairs and going into the bedroom. He laid in bed, curling up in the covers, he closed his eyes, feeling his phone vibrating the bed and playing noise from notifications coming in. He ignores it, waiting for himself to fall asleep, which he eventually did.

He woke up about an hour later from his phone still going off. He groans, he grabs his phone seeing it is Mark, his eyes soften. He hasn't told Mark what happened yet because he wants to avoid that as much as possible, but that doesn't stop him from being concerned about Seán's sudden drop in performance for his channel and lack of presence on social media.

He knew he should tell him but he still didn't how. Sure that is an easy thing to tell someone about a breakup but...three years of dating one person only to have it end, it hurts. He unlocked his phone, going to Mark in his messages and texting him back.

Seán: Stop texting me, don't u have something better to do

He sent it and put his phone face down on the nightstand, putting his back to it, not wanting to read Mark's reply because he knows what he sent was mean. He grips his pillow, taking in a shaky breath as he buried his face into it. He heard his phone go off and he visibly flinches at it, scared it was Mark replying to him. He grips his pillow more, but he turns halfway, grabbing his phone to look at it, seeing Mark replied.

Mark: Jack, you okay? Is something going on that I don't know about?

Seán: No! I'm fine!

Mark: Seán

Seán hesitated, he bit his bottom lip, looking away from his phone. 'Felix keeps telling me to tell Mark...I guess it would get him off my back for a while.' He thought.

Seán: Get on teamspeak

Seán gets up, going to his computer in his office, or as he puts it, his padded cell since every inch of the walls are covered with black foam.

But the time they both got on, Seán slipped on his headphones and turned on his microphone.

"Hey, Jack," Mark said. Seán bit his bottom lip, kinda regretting doing this now. He turned on his webcam, letting him pop up instead of a black screen. Seán leaned against the desk, not looking at Mark who looked worried.

"You know, I'm fine. You don't need to keep checking up on me." Seán said. Mark's eyes soften, Seán went on the internet, onto YouTube to check something.

"You don't look so good, Jack." He said. Seán's eyes widen a bit seeing a red dot beside Mark's username. He clicked on him and saw he was livestreaming from YouTube again. He looked at Mark.

"If you're livestreaming, this can wait—" Mark shook his head.

"No, no. Jack, it's fine. I haven't talked to you in weeks, people are wondering what's going on. Don't worry, they can't hear our conversation." Mark sais. Seán stared at Mark, he looked stressed and upset, he couldn't tell if it was for him or something else, either way, he felt guilty.

"S-Signe and I broke up...I haven't been taking it too well." Seán said not looking at him. Mark's eyes widen a bit.

"What?! Why? What happened?!" Mark asked shocked. Seán didn't speak, Mark's eyes soften. "Sorry, you don't have to tell me if you don't want too. How you been doing?"

"Okay, I guess. I just....I-I didn't realize how much I needed her till she was gone." He said.

"Your depression back?" He asked. Seán nods, looking down. Mark knows a lot about Seán, but one thing most people don't know about him is the fact he was really depressed before Signe came along, Mark was happy he found someone to be with, to help deal with his depression and all, but now he's worried again. Looking at him, Mark knew Seán wasn't doing good. "Do you want me to come over?" Seán looked at him.

"N-No! No, don't. I'm f-fine. I'm just...I need some time to...heal is all." Seán said looking away. Mark looked at his stream and then back at Seán.

"I can end my stream now if you want, we could talk, maybe play a game, invite Bob and Wade. That might take your mind off things." Mark said. Seán looked at the stream title, he was doing a charity livestream.

"No, you are doing charity livestream. I—"

"We could play a game together for it, how that?" Mark asks. Seán thought about it for a second, Mark unmutes himself from the stream. "Who wants to have Jack in this stream because I have him on teamspeak right now?" Seán looks at the chat seeing it light up, Seán looked at the desk, staring at it. Mark looks at him. "You don't have to if you don't want too. I just thought you could use a pick me upper with everything that happened recently." Seán smiled a bit, appreciating him not saying what actually happened in front of the stream. He sighed.

"Okay...fine," Seán said. Mark unmuted Bob and Wade.

"Yeah, Jack! Let's do this!" Bob said. Seán sits up a bit more.

"Hold on guys," Mark said muting them from the livestream again to talk to Bob and Wade. "Jack, if you don't want to, you don't have to."

"No, no. It's fine. I haven't recorded stuff in a long time so..." Seán admits.

"You gonna go to Vidcon?" Wade asks Seán. Seán shakes his head.

"No...I need time to myself for a bit." He said.

"Three weeks wasn't enough? It's like you died." Mark said. Seán smiles and loses it.

"She meant a lot to me, Mark. I just...you know what...I'm not in the mood for this—"

"No, no. No! I'm sorry, I'm sorry! That was too far on my end. Ignore what I said." He said.

"Did something happen to Signe?" Bob asked. Mark sees Seán visibly tense up. Mark explains what Seán told him, Bob nods now understanding.

"Ooohhh, okay. Okay. Sorry man, that sucks." Bob said. Wade nods agreeing with Bob.

"Yeah, Jack. Sorry, this could be a great pick me up for you." Wade said. Seán looked down, he knew he has been moping around for a long time and that he should try to move on. So he sat up a little, nodding at them.

"Alright, let do this then," Seán said. They smile. Mark looks at his stream as he spoke.

"That's what I like to hear."
