Down goes up and yet up goes down again,

I doped up last night, I can't exactly remember when,

I told myself I'd stop, I needed to quit this shit,

But damn it, I'm pathetic, one fucking offer and I'm down - I'm hit,

The abstinences volume up, same as the content of my gut,

Yet everything I am and could be sinks down and begins to rot,

What am I doing? I let go of a broken yelp,

Inside I'm dying, I'm crying out for help.

I can't tell what's suppose to be up and suppose to be down - my bathroom is filled with gore,

My body aches, my limbs they shake, and yet my veins are crying out for more,

I need a fix, I need a cure, I need that dulling to my bod,

Please, somebody help me, I'm crying out to you; Oh, help me God.
