Nora was born in Texas, she later moved to Nevada due to her parents getting new jobs. She is a kind and loving person however all of that changed due to illegal experimentation. She goes by the nickname: Nori but most of her human friends call her Nora. She was cross tested with many different species. The last test that she had gone through changed her DNA. She now is a cross between Human and Kitsune. Her Kitsune form is Tall, standing at 8ft, her fur color is Black, with red streaks. Her eye color in human form is Blue, but her kitsune form the eyes are a bright purple. In her kitsune form she can speak to other animals and humans if she trusts them enough. She can transform at will and use it to her advantage. 

Nora is not a sociable person due to the experimentation. She has major trust issues, and she has some slight trauma because of that. She tends to get nightmares however they come and go at will; she has some slight abilities in her human form, mainly just her normal senses are affected. Her nails can change from normal length to that of a cat's claw sharpness. She isn't angered easily however it is wise to not anger her in any way. She escaped form the lab and now she is wanted back due to her change.

Abilities: 

1. Shapeshifting

- Kitsune can take on a human form, often choosing to appear as young women, men, or elderly people. Mastery in shapeshifting grows with age and the number of tails.

2. Foxfire (Kitsunebi)

- Kitsune can turn invisible at will, allowing them to observe or evade humans and other creatures undetected.

10. Supernatural Strength and Agility

- Despite their small stature, kitsune have strength and agility that exceed ordinary animals or humans, allowing them to perform incredible feats.

11. Weather Manipulation

- Powerful kitsune can influence the weather, such as summoning rain, wind, or thunderstorms, often depending on their mood or intentions.

12. Mind Control and Hypnosis

- Kitsune can control or hypnotize weaker-willed individuals, bending them to their will or causing memory loss.

13. Tail Regeneration and Power Storage

- Each tail represents a kitsune's power. Older, more powerful kitsune with multiple tails are believed to be able to regenerate them if lost and store energy in each.

14. Enhanced Senses

- Kitsune have heightened senses of hearing, smell, and sight, surpassing both foxes and humans.

15. Teleportation or Instantaneous Travel

- Some kitsune can move from one place to another instantly, either by using portals or through pure speed, appearing to "teleport" in the blink of an eye.

Ranges: Nora has certain Range/Limits on certain abilities. Her Weather manipulation can only summon rainstorms and Harsh Winds. Invisibility can last up to if not 30 seconds and up to a minute.  Her teleportation is a harder one due to her having to memorize the specific area she needs to go to. Her mind control can only work on people who have short memory or short concentration.

 Her Immortality will not happen as she can get hurt in human form, however in kitsune form her injuries will heal quicker. Her dream manipulation can only work on people who have the following conditions: ADHD, Sleep Deprivation, Bipolar. Her possession ability can only last up to 2 minutes if she is out of range, if she is within 30-50 feet it can last for up to 6-10 minutes. Her illusions last up to an hour but can lose its appeal if someone goes through it or notices a change.
