He turned around to see who's behind the voice but there was no one there except thousands of fire flies lighting in pastel colors

"Why is there thousands or fireflies or even millions of it near the three bell flowers"

His curiousity got the chills so he went near the flowers to see why are fire flies getting close to it and it is his first time seeing thousands or millions of fireflies

As he walk almost getting near the flowers he froze since his instincts said what if danger might came along all of the sudden without any warning so he walked slowly

Before he went near the flowers he looked at his waist to see if there are any sword around or any gear for protection he don't want to have a bad funeral

He looked and looked around but sadly no gear was found so his mind ended up like a wurl hole circling around in fear

Somehow something popped up on his initiative an idea, his idea is to find any material that is capable of hitting a villain like anything strong

He searched and searched but only he saw was a stick he have nothing left except a stick since the balcony is isolated

"I mean a stick is a bit strong"

He thinked twice not only twice but thrice that can a stick can defeat a villain and his brain said no well his idea failed yet another plan has popped up

His plan is to use combat but he don't think he could do it and alot of more negative things went up to his mind

His pov "I haven't trained in a while of just using my fists I am more capable of attacking a villain using gears but what can I do there's nothing left except my strength"

Many positive thoughts went up on his mind that he can do it always trusting hisself clearing those negative thoughts he went near the fire flies walking slowly with his fists on a punching position preparing for signal

When he was near the fire flies nothing happened to him his just safe well his nerves were getting chills I guess causing him to have such a reaction

He stayed there for ten minute straight to double check or triple check if it is one hundred percent safe there and yes it is but he don't accept the fact it's one hundred percent only twenty percent

During looking there if there is any harm that might pop up the fire flies are forming a sphere between the flowers they spinning around like a wrecking ball

His eyes widen as he saw the fire flies forming a sphere and inside the sphere is an interesting figure quite unbelievable since the fire flies are creating a creature like figure

"Holy great heavens, did I just see what I see.."

The King's mouth shut as he can not explain what he just saw that there's a mysterious figure that's appearing infront of his very own existance

The voice was heard once again saying "King Peter" calling his name

King Peter looked around but no one was there except one glowing bell flower

Peter can't believe what he saw and thinks he's going delusional

"Probably I haven't slept properly and this is causing my mind to go reckless.. I should go to sleep"

King Peter looks away and tries to head towards down stairs but suddenly the group of fireflies stopped him then he was flabbergasted

"What do you fireflies want!? Are you sent by the witches?"

King Peter looks at the ground with a deep thought "and if that's the case, I thought witches were long gone for centuries. I can't let this happen.. Witches have powers while we only have swords. I must protect my kingdom"

One glowing bell flower floats as the fireflies followed making it a sparkling globe while heading towards King Peter while he fell down in fear while stuttering

"W-what do you w-want from me!? If you are really back w-witches.. please don't hurt my fellow citizens. I must be the one to suffer"

The glowing bell flower in a female tone said "King Peter.. aren't you ungrateful for what you did to me?.."

King Peter recognized the voice from the bell flower and said "Isabelle?.." as he reaches towards the bell flower

The bell flower transform into a human figure by thousands of fireflies intertwined with the hands of King Peter "aren't you ashamed?" as it looks at King Peter

King Peter looked down with his weeping face and said "Y-you.. are.. NOT ISABELLE".

The fire flies figure touches King Peter's face and said "don't you believe me? I'm your beloved wife.. Isabelle" with a teasing tone

"If you really are my wife.. you have to prove it then."

"Sure? That's uncomplicated, but If you don't believe me.. won't our daughter will?" Laughs wickedly

"Don't you dare touch my daughter!"

"And why can't I? I thought it was our daughter?"

King Peter looks at the figure of fireflies with a sparkling expression and said "w-well.."

"Hmm? What is it darling? You can tell me anything?"

King Peter got the stick from the ground and waves it around and tries to attack the figure of fireflies while saying "YOU ARE NOT MY WIFE! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT AN ILLUSION!"

Before the King tries to stab the figure of fireflies, suddenly it vanished to thin air

He looks at his hands then throws the stick that he was holding

After saying those terrible words, he felt angst and had a break down for a couple of minutes while his tears flush down on his cheeks

"I-I can't believe I said that.. I am really awful.."

As he sob and felt numb, he still has hope to save the citizens from their Kingdom so he wiped his tears and sniffs "I shouldn't be a sad ugly wolborf and I am the King after all. There's nothing I can do but make my citizens desperate.. I should arrive hard" (Wolborf is a type of imaginative specimen where it has colorful feathers with the figure of a fox)

King Peter blinks for multiple times to wonder what is happening so he stood up and looks around but the fireflies disappeared except for the petals of bell flower

He got frightened so he hurriedly walks towards his room with his traumatized face with the thought of "Are they after me?. Impossible witches were extinct centuries ago but I can't believe that they are back.. I have to think of a plan so my citizens won't get hurt"

The butler saw the King went inside his room rushing so he was concerned about the King and knocked on the door twice then the King responded "What is it?"

"Is everything alright sire?"

"yeah, everything is all right , don't you worry about me"

"Oh I thought I saw you running through the halls as fast as a Wolborf and looking like you've seen something trumendous"

"W-well nothing is wrong, you should to slumber I suppose"

The butler sense something indifferent but he pushed that thought away for the King and mumbled "I shouldn't have interrupted the King, I mean he also have his private life and why should I interfere when I'm just a butler.."

"Is there something you would like to say?"

"No sire, I was just concerned about you! You should sleep now sire, there are a lot of duties you have to do for tomorrow and don't let the bed bugs bite"

"My sincere gratitude for your concern and you too"

The butler grinned and said "I'll be off now"

"Farewell"

The butler as he was walking through the halls with a sigh of relief said "Oh I am glad that I am serving an obedient and sincere kind of King, I wish him long live"

Meanwhile the King sitting on his bed while having a long monologue about a while ago zoned out

"I can't believe what I saw, was it even real? Or was it just illusions or am I going delusional? Or perhaps it is coming back! Witchcraft.. I have to find a way so my Kingdom won't have to worry about living here but I will inspect for a few days if they are really back and if they are I will prepare for what troubles they are after.. or perhaps my.. is coming back!?"

The King noticed something strange from his wardrobe so he stood up and walks towards his wardrobe and looks for something until he saw something surprising

The surprising this was glowing in green light and he haven't saw this strange item before even when he was born

"Why is this weird box glowing?.."

He reach towards the item in curiousity and he with his deep thought realizes he haven't saw this for so long and said "I wonder what this is"

King Peter opened the the strange item and..
