bronny🤌🏽.

bronny had been stalking juju since the day at the gym.. he couldn't get the pretty tall lightskin girl out of his head . there was something about her .. bronny hadn't been in a relationship or found anyone attractive since his last gf hannah . who cheated & used him for money & fame.

after hannah cheated on bronny it left him depressed & he had a hard time finding himself again.. he stopped eating, stopped playing basketball, stopped working out, and he couldn't even get out of bed some days .

but juju was different , he could tell & he could feel it. after scrolling through her page for more than 20 minutes he decided to dm her and see if she wanted to hang out sometime.

juju woke up & went to the kitchen deciding to make breakfast for her and ken . she made pancakes, eggs, & sausages ..

she fixed two plates and set out orange juice. she sat the cups down and her phone lit up. juju picked up her phone seeing an instagram dm.

|bronny| : hey ju, it's been a minute i was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime & catch up ?"

|jujubballin| hey bronny, sure id love to just send a time & date ! 🖤

|bronny| *liked your message* -okay bet!

juju sat her phone down smiling.. she couldn't wait to see bronny .. was that bad ? she just met him ? but she got butterflies thinking about him & being around him.

10 minutes later ken came out of the bathroom & went to join juju in the kitchen.

"aww bestie, you made me breakfast?" ken said squealing ..

"yess" juju said hugging ken.

"ouu girl guess who texted me ?" juju said showing her pearly white teeth.

"who ?"

"bronny, he asked if we could hang out soon" juju responded .

"YAYYYY AWW YALL SO CUTEE" ken yelled.

"man shhhhh be quiet , it's not even like that fr we just friends as of right now" juju said.

"yeah FOR NOW" ken said quoting it.

"we all know you like him ju, the way you smile when someone says his name or you talk about him . stop denying it we know girl and it's okay to like him cus he most deff like you to" ken said making juju laugh & roll her eyes.

"yk you just think you cupid ain't it ?" juju said as they ate breakfast.

"yes ma'am, i am" she said grinning.

practice ended a little early today so i walked to the coffee shop closest to my apartment to get coffee and breakfast . i walked in & ordered & then went to sit & wait for my food.

"bronny ?" i looked up & saw juju standing over me.. she was wearing a black crop top with ripped jeans & black & white dunks . her hair was in a bun & she came with the beautiful smile showing her pearly whites .

"ohh wassup juju" i said standing up and giving her a hug .

"you guys practice ended early ?" juju asked as she looked at her phone noticing on a normal day bronny nem would still be in practice.

"yup coach had a family emergency" bronny said.

"have a seat" he said pointing to the sit beside him.

juju sat down staring into bronny's soul .. she was trying to figure out his face . he looked over at her and smiled.

"what you thinking about ?" juju asked as she turned her body all the way towards bronny.

"everything , mostly basketball it's been a lot this past year took a huge toll on me and my health & almost took my basketball career away" bronny said looking in her lap.

bronny was kinda shy like just like juju.. he wasn't use to eye contact unless he was in a relationship.

"you can talk to me bronny" juju said breaking the silence . she put her finger under his chin & lifted his head .

"no matter the situation bronny, never put your head down. God got more in store for you.. he not gone give up on you like that you just gotta keep having faith in him" juju said making bronny look her in the eyes & smile.

"well about a year ago, i had the gf her name was hannah.. we were so in love or so i thought. we did everything together she came to all my basketball games & i went to all her volleyball games.. we were inseparable.. i loved that girl with all my heart" bronny said .

juju sat there & watched as bronny talked.. she was listening & taking it all in.

"she was my everything, i would do anything for her . life was good & i was the happiest version of myself.. until about 7 months later.. she became distant .. she never wanted to hang or for me to touch her.. she was very irritated with me for no reason.. but ive come to learn in the 7 months of dealing with a female that yall got a lot of emotions" he said laughing.

"aw wait now, we not that bad" juju said laughing.

"anyway, she started acting different towards me & i thought it was a normal girl mood swing or sum in that nature .. one night i came back from hooping with some friends.. i showered, got dressed, went & bought her flowers, i was ready to take her out on a date .. go to her apartment i heard morning, so i started recording made it upstairs & went into her room & their she was with another dude completely stripped.

"the look on her face gave horror, she begged me to forgive her & to delete the video . that broke the real bronny. i had no words just left found myself in my room crying & depressed ! i stopped eating, sleeping, going out, stopped playing basketball & i was a mess. i could not find myself". bronny said .

juju took in all the details her face softened when she realized bronny had went through a lot for a girl he loved. she never understood how people could hurt someone they "loved". It was just crazy to her.

"bronny, you have come so far & im glad you finding yourself again, cus you deserve nothing but the best. forget her she ain't worth it. God made you strong for a reason dawg keep going" juju said .

bronny & juju stood up and hugged .

juju could tell he needed that hug as he held onto her .

10 minutes later.

"no i cant believe your 16 year old brother is like 6'7 already" juju said as they both laughed.

bronny could feel juju's hand on top of his.. she looked at him and he smiled. making her feel much more comfortable.

"me either , like you don't come past me in height" bronny said rolling his eyes & laughing.

"no bronny stop" juju yelled as bronny held her over his shoulders .

juju looked down and saw bronny's butt & smacked it.

"aye shawty stop that" he said laughing. bronny put her down as they were at her car ..

he'd paid for her coffee... they spent 3 hours there talking and laughing . both of em wondered if this was a "date" they were to scared to ask .

juju could feel her feeling for bronny growing stronger .. the need to here from here every minute of the day or to see his face & even see his face . he really had that affect on her .

"aye shawty you ain't give me yo #" bronny said .

juju smiled as she took his phone saying her contact name as "big juju 🥰". bronny looked up at her and laughed but he wasn't gone change it until she was officially his.

"i had fun with you today bron bron" juju said smirking waiting to see his reaction to his new nickname .

"i had phone with you to ma" he said .

"MA 😫?" juju blushed that nickname gone forever have her in a chokehold.

bronny walked juju to her car they hugged one last time before she got in her car driving off they waved bye to each other.

he knew he wanted her, the way she made him feel.. like no other girl made him feel. she was beautiful, tall (but not taller than him ofc), smart, and was hard at basketball all he wanted in a female. the way her smile is so contagious.

i made it back to our dorm where i was met by ken at the front door..

" & where have you been young lady ?" ken said

"i was out with bronny.. we ran into each other at the coffee shop and decided to hang for a while" she said.

"awww yall like each other" ken said giggling.

"shut up ken" juju said.

after juju showered & brushed her teeth she settled into bed & got a message from bronny.

bron bron ❤️: good night ma, text you tomorrow & sleep good 🖤.

big juju 🥰: good night bron bron & hope you sleep well 🫶🏾.

juju put her phone on the charger turning over , she had early practice the next morning but she knew her sleep was finna hit.
